Just arrived home after closing weekend and had a fantastic time! We were greeted with a warm friendly smile and a super helpful receptionist. All the staff chilled out, helpful and in good spirits. Great Party hotel. The bar staff in Chambreneuf - absolute legends! Smiley, helpful and worked soooo hard. Great place!

Traditionally stylish hotel, but not exactly quiet. The three of us stayed in two rooms over X-mas. Pros: - Very stylish, beautiful hotel (charming bathrooms, beautiful furniture, old-time elevator, beautiful building) - Great staff, super helpful, very friendly - Outstanding and moderately priced breakfast buffet Cons: - Loud: We were on the first floor and could hear loud music from the bar / restaurant below every night. They do make sure to stop around midnight, but in my view if you pay top $$$ for a room, it shouldn't be shaking with the booming of a live band for six hours. - Loud: The hotel is opposite the train station and that makes the whole place feel very busy. There are always people outside, tons of skiers walking around in ski boots, trucks stopping in front of the hotel, etc. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this is not for you. - Space: This ho

Great location opposite the train station and central Chamonix. The receptionist was very helpful in giving us great advice and complementary train tickets to access the slopes. Room is quite small but clean and comfy. If your after apre ski - there is a very popular bar built into the hotel which is quite loud from 5pm-8pm. But the music always went off at 8pm and you couldn’t hear it on the second floor. Ski room is located external to hotel with no lockers so would recommend taking shoes you don’t mind leaving behind.

Vi var här söndag-torsdag och är supernöjda! Bra läge på hotellet, väldigt god och bra frukost! På kvällen serverades 3-rätters vilket också var kalasbra! Sen låg det centralt och man kunde tag tåg alt skidbuss till pisterna! Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Sehr sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Stil und sehr zentraler Lage! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Monte Blanc, was wirklich nicht zu viel versprochen war. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Hotel und die Zimmer waren durchweg sauber. Das Buffet hat sehr gut geschmeckt und alles geboten was es braucht. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Besuch! Nur zu Empfehlen!

Catastrophique comme hôtel il ne mérite pas une étoile J ai payé une chambre supérieur on m a dit 4 eme étage après on m a Donné une chambre au 3 eme étage trop petite

Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Nous avons été très bien accueillit. La chambre était nickel et avait beaucoup de charme. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir chamonix à pied.

While the room was a bit small—likely due to the short notice—it was incredibly cozy and featured an amazing view - attached pictures. Me and my family came here for NYE, it was fantastic. It was a set menu including smoked salmon bellinis at the entrance. When we arrived we were given a glass of champagne. The food was incredible, the fillet of beef was the highlight. The vibes were also really great. The staff were incredible, so chatty and super attentive, we constantly were having our glasses filled. I strongly recommend this place, especially for new years eve. A plus the value for money was amazing!

Perfect location opposite the train station, 2 minute walk from main shops and restaurants which meant it was quiet. Lovely friendly staff. It’s obviously newly renovated so some loose ends they are just tying up but we really liked it. Small rooms and is normal in hotels in Europe but enough space for two!

A surtout éviter si vous êtes Français Ils préfèrent les étranger Ils ne répondent jamais au téléphone Vous arrivez et tout et froid et en travaux, tout est en cours de démolition, et on ne vous prévient pas Pas de restauration malgré ce que dit le site internet. Acceuil déplorable, il ne retrouve pas votre réservation. Les chambres sont minuscules et salles nous n’avons pas pu rester tellement lamentable ET ILS APPELLENT CELA L’ACCEUIL SCANDINAVE C’est une cata un bon conseil évitez

Nous y avons Dîner simplement. Bon Dîner, bon service, ambiance très calme, mais playlist très sympa, et serveuse discrète, pro, et très aimable.

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Un hôtel très bien rénové entretenu. Excellente accueil. Chambre très sympa. Très bon petit déjeuner. Tout cela en face de la gare et à deux pas du centre-ville. Sans hésitation allez-y

Ein super gelegenes Hotel. Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr schön von Innen und von Außen. Das Frühstück ist nach unserem Empfinden etwas spartanisch, aber absolut ausreichend.

Parte del personal prepotentes,maleducados y con falta de empatia,,, habitacion sucia y con las toallas manchadas ,,, desayuno ( no bufet, como dicen ellos) con muy poca calidad

Prachtig centraal gelegen hotel. Mooie en schone kamers Heerlijk en goed verzorgd ontbijt! Het meest opvallend, ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel!! Een warm ontvangst! Leuk team van jonge mensen met hart voor het hotel en zijn gasten!

It is close to the train station. The staff are kind and friendly. It is Pet friendly accommodation. The hotel has a nice restaurant where I got dinner. I had Pesto pasta, Caesar salad, Creme brûlée, everything tasted good. I would recommend them.

Frente a la estación. Desayuno excelente. Ubicación excelente. Habitación pequeña con dos camas individuales pegadas, pero correcta y muy limpia. Personal muy amable. Para mí, lo peor los colchones que son muy blandos y dobles. Uno blando debajo y otro más fino y duro encima. Dormí fatal. Aunque supongo que será cuestión de gustos.

Myself and my husband stayed here for our anniversary and we had the best time! The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, such friendly faces every time you entered! Location is perfect, right beside the train station. Rooms were beautiful with such character, our balcony had the most amazing view over the mountains! Thank you

Un hôtel plein de charme à la décoration soignée et charmante. Bonne literie, j’ai beaucoup aimé mon petit balcon avec vue sur les montagnes. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas proposé sous forme de buffet.

Hotel sympathique, proche du centre, chambre propre, prix correct, mais 2 petits détails: parking tellement minuscule qu'il ne faut pas compter dessus, et une chose un peu surprenante mais sans doute typique de Chamonix : personnel ne parlant pas un mot de français pour le petit déjeuner
