Just arrived home after closing weekend and had a fantastic time! We were greeted with a warm friendly smile and a super helpful receptionist. All the staff chilled out, helpful and in good spirits. Great Party hotel. The bar staff in Chambreneuf - absolute legends! Smiley, helpful and worked soooo hard. Great place!

Traditionally stylish hotel, but not exactly quiet. The three of us stayed in two rooms over X-mas. Pros: - Very stylish, beautiful hotel (charming bathrooms, beautiful furniture, old-time elevator, beautiful building) - Great staff, super helpful, very friendly - Outstanding and moderately priced breakfast buffet Cons: - Loud: We were on the first floor and could hear loud music from the bar / restaurant below every night. They do make sure to stop around midnight, but in my view if you pay top $$$ for a room, it shouldn't be shaking with the booming of a live band for six hours. - Loud: The hotel is opposite the train station and that makes the whole place feel very busy. There are always people outside, tons of skiers walking around in ski boots, trucks stopping in front of the hotel, etc. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this is not for you. - Space: This ho

Great location opposite the train station and central Chamonix. The receptionist was very helpful in giving us great advice and complementary train tickets to access the slopes. Room is quite small but clean and comfy. If your after apre ski - there is a very popular bar built into the hotel which is quite loud from 5pm-8pm. But the music always went off at 8pm and you couldn’t hear it on the second floor. Ski room is located external to hotel with no lockers so would recommend taking shoes you don’t mind leaving behind.

Vi var här söndag-torsdag och är supernöjda! Bra läge på hotellet, väldigt god och bra frukost! På kvällen serverades 3-rätters vilket också var kalasbra! Sen låg det centralt och man kunde tag tåg alt skidbuss till pisterna! Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Sehr sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Stil und sehr zentraler Lage! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Monte Blanc, was wirklich nicht zu viel versprochen war. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Hotel und die Zimmer waren durchweg sauber. Das Buffet hat sehr gut geschmeckt und alles geboten was es braucht. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Besuch! Nur zu Empfehlen!

Me and my family came here for NYE, it was fantastic. It was a set menu including smoked salmon bellinis at the entrance. When we arrived we were given a glass of champagne. The food was incredible, the fillet of beef was the highlight. The vibes were also really great. The staff were incredible, so chatty and super attentive, we constantly were having our glasses filled. I strongly recommend this place, especially for new years eve. A plus the value for money was amazing!

Perfect location opposite the train station, 2 minute walk from main shops and restaurants which meant it was quiet. Lovely friendly staff. It’s obviously newly renovated so some loose ends they are just tying up but we really liked it. Small rooms and is normal in hotels in Europe but enough space for two!

Prachtig centraal gelegen hotel. Mooie en schone kamers Heerlijk en goed verzorgd ontbijt! Het meest opvallend, ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel!! Een warm ontvangst! Leuk team van jonge mensen met hart voor het hotel en zijn gasten!

It is close to the train station. The staff are kind and friendly. It is Pet friendly accommodation. The hotel has a nice restaurant where I got dinner. I had Pesto pasta, Caesar salad, Creme brûlée, everything tasted good. I would recommend them.

Myself and my husband stayed here for our anniversary and we had the best time! The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, such friendly faces every time you entered! Un hôtel plein de charme à la décoration soignée et charmante. Bonne literie, j’ai beaucoup aimé mon petit balcon avec vue sur les montagnes. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas proposé sous forme de buffet.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Chamonix centre. Nice interior design in the room we lived in and apparently PERFECT noice isolation, because we were not once disturbed by the best after ski Chamonix has to offer just two floors below our window.||The personnel was greasy and offered first class service and the food was magnificent.

Super accueil de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Ils sont très arrangeant et à l'écoute. L'ambiance est très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé : À 5minutes à pied du centre centre même de Chamonix, à 100m de la Gare pour prendre le train qui longe toute la vallée de Chamonix (Argentière, Vallorcine etc.). Pour les sportifs : des départs de randonnées, de la remontée mécanique et du grand parking centre ville 800 places. Les chambres sont dans un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour Chamonix. Encore un grand merci à l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et son service. Mon voyage était à but professionnel mais je reviendrai pour des vacances.

Vi har precis kommit hem från en långhelg i Chamonix i slutet av mars, och ännu en gång valde vi att bo på Hotel Gustavia – och vi är väldigt nöjda. Det här är ett fantastiskt skidhotell, otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal med tydligt fokus på skidåkare, perfekt beläget och med allt man behöver för en riktigt lyckad Chamonix helg. Hotellet är välrenoverat, har en trevlig atmosfär och bjuder på en generös frukostbuffé. Vi hade halvpension och middagarna var väldigt bra– välkomponerade trerättersmåltider med bra variation och vällagade. En extra bonus är att hotellet rymmer afterskibaren Chambre Neuf, som håller högsta klass – bäst afterski i hela Chamonix enligt mig! Jag har bott här ett par gånger tidigare och det är alltid samma höga nivå. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Stayed at this gem of a hotel, not far from the main train station and 10 min walk to the bus terminal. A very good location, shops and restaurants are a plenty. The hotel is quite ok and we had a fairly big room, bed was comfy, decor was ok, bathroom a little antiquated, breakfast was ok but the dining room was dimly lit.

Best hotel to stay in Chamonix, it’s just outside the train station, very near to mountains and amazing view to the mountains and accessibility to everything. The staff is amazing; went outside their comfort zone to serve us with everything we needed. Don’t think of anything but just book this hotel and experience amazing service

Great historic hotel. Location is perfect. Parking free. The rooms are spacious and traditionally appointed with appropriate decor. The antique lift is a luxury to be experienced. Our balcony views of Mt. Blanc in the moon light and with our morning coffees were spectacular to say the least. The front desk manager Valeria from Argentina was happy, helpful and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would not for a second hesitate to recommend to all family and friends. Thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable.

I recently stayed in the Langley Hotel Gustavia when visiting Chamonix. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the service and food was very good. I would definitely consider staying here again at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel at a great location. It’s situated just next to the busy streets so everything is close by but not so loud when you want to sleep. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony with a stunning view of the Mont Blanc. Breakfast was also great!

The staff were super nice and went out of their way to help in any request we had. The hotel is in a central location next to the train station which is good for the TMB, and the rooms have everything you need.

The woman behind the front desk is very unpleasant. It’s the last thing a weary traveler needs. She needs to work on her professionalism. The lights in the room don’t work. The breakfast is overpriced and not very good.

Nous avons réservé une nuit à cet hôtel. Points positifs : L’hôtel est charmant de l’extérieur, les chambres sont sympathiques. L’emplacement idéal. Petit déjeuner très bien. Points négatifs : nous sommes venus avec un chien, on ne m’a pas prévenu des frais supplémentaires dû à la présence du chien avant la réservation. Sur le site il est annoncé un parking, il y a 3 places qui se courent après. Nous avons dû aller nous garer à un parking payant. Pour le repas, les haricots n’étaient pas cuits. Et enfin le personnel ne parle pas un mot de français. Inadmissible sachant que nous sommes en France. Chambres non isolées, on entends nos voisins et la musique du bar. Pas d’eau chaude pour la douche. Nous nous sommes faits notre propre avis et nous ne reviendrons pas.

The location is great.|The staff are friendly but their local knowledge & advice is weak.|The hotel appears to have recently been refurbished as it smells a little of paint & all the furnishings appear new. However, the refurbishment, furniture & design is simply not fit for purpose.|The bed/matteress is way too soft & very uncomfortable.|The so called double bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together with independent single matteresses & quilts. Niether ideal or comfortable.|The lighting is dim & poor, certainly not sufficient for reading, etc.|There's no safe box!|The bathroom sink is stand-alone & has no shelf or surface around it so you have nowhere to place your toiletries! There is a small shelf above the toilet behind you but it's neither convenient or big enough.|The towel rack is too small for the towel & the towel hooks are placed so

Amazing, wonderful hotel

Its a beutiful building on the main streets of Chamonix. Thats where the positive stops, Im afraid. We were a few friends, living in different rooms, the one worse than the other. ||||In general the building smelled like paint and since one of the levels was closed, its safe to asume where it came from. The renovation seemed to happen in strange hours though, so it disturbed in the evenings. I have never been to a hotel with this bad lightening, ever. Its dark, everywhere, and especially in the rooms. We barely saw what clothes we took on, that says enough. One of the rooms were so small we did not even have space to open the suitcase and unpack. But, there were nowhere to put our things anyway. Actually really bad space for hanging clothes, putting things overall and yeah, its difficult to stay in these rooms. The bathroom, also minimal and quite unhygenic. Its in need of renovation. Th

Locarion is excellent in the heart of Chamonix, just by the train station and top attractions in walking distance from the hotel. I had room in top floor, it had small window in roof, plenty of space, quiet, clean and bed was ok. Sceneries are beautiful and other rooms have bigger windows. There is old elevator in the hotel, but that is pretty slow... good exercise to walk the stairs. 😀 Basic breakfast in the hotel, also lunch and dinner available. Plenty of restaurants also near by. During my visit in October hotel was peaceful, even some renevation still ongoing in few of the floors.

Lovely hotel located opposite Chamonix Mont Blanc train station. Fantastic staff and a good breakfast is available from the restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms are lovely and we were lucky to have a balcony with a mountain view. Lovely furnishings and fantastic bathroom.

Overall I had a very nice stay and would go back again. The rooms are small-ish but thoughtfully designed. Good shower, pretty views outside and very close to everything in Chamonix. The breakfast could have been a little better but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was there in August so still very touristy, prices were a bit high for the rooms all considered, but I did have a very comfortable stay.

Bra och mysigt hotell. Prisvärt. Frukost serveras i en restaurang bredvid hotellet, och håller en hög kvalitet. Läget är mycket bra med nära till stationen och en kort promenad ner till stan. Bra restauranger i närheten. Sängar och rum var mycket fina. Mycket bra service och vi kunde förvara våra väskor där när vi vandrade TMB. Bor gärna där igen.

I did not stay at this hotel, but I must write a 5-star review after my sister and I’s interaction at reception today. Around 17:00 on July 15th we walked into the hotel panicked as a relative of ours just had to be taken to hospital, so we desperately needed to get a taxi to see them. The gentleman at the reception (I really wish we got his name) was incredibly kind and didn’t question us once when we explained the situation and that we would like him to call us a cab. He let us relax in the lobby, got us cold water with ice, gave information on purchasing charging plugs, and expressed wanting an update on our relative’s condition when the taxi picked us up. Truly an amazing and kind person and I hope he reads this review and knows we are very appreciative! But yes, thankfully our relative is all fine now :)

Mooi oud hotel aan de buitenkant, eerste twee verdiepingen zijn nog een bouwplaats. Het restaurant, de ontbijt ruimte werd niet gebruikt. Ontbijt werd opgesteld in de kroeg van de buren. Ventilator bleef dag en nacht blazen, slechte, kleine, krakende bedden. Zeker geen 3 sterren waardig.

It is generally accepted by those in the know that the hotel is in a less salubrious part of Chamonix. Opposite is again what is generally accepted to be one of the roughest pubs in Chamonix which is full of young hippie types and is very much a party pub that plays very loud music almost constantly. The noise from downstairs was unbelievable. Screaming children, large groups of drunk people shouting to be heard above the music meant I couldn’t get to sleep. At around 1am it became quiet. Then the bed bugs came out. I wrote two emails to the hotel concerning the bed bugs and asked to move rooms. Reception rang me shortly after to tell me I was being moved to a different room - 307 down the hall. I remained in this room for the duration of my stay but was attached by bed bugs every night. There had been drilling going on on the floor below most of my stay. Unbeknown to me or anyone els

Otel ortalama ancak hizmet çok kötü. Bir eksikten dolayı resepsiyondan yardım istedim bayan hiç yardımcı olmadı. Çok rahatlıkla çözüm bulabilirdi.

Somewhat worn down. Have probably been a very good hotel at one point. But has not been taken care of properly. Poor ventilation, and somewhat funky smell in our room. Water damage in the ceiling. Small... Especially the bathroom. You are basically showering in the sink. Distance to ski bus is a bit longer than they are saying. I would guess it is about half a kilometer to the main bus stop. Best afterski in Chamonix, without a doubt. Can be a bit loud if you end up living on top of the bar... However, food was really good!

INADMISSIBLE ! Attention ne pas aller ! Pas de place de parking comme mentionné (il y a 4 places dispo pour un hôtel entier ce qui vous oblige à payer le parking payant très cher à côté), sèche-cheveux défectueux et dangereux, téléphone ne fonctionne pas, pièce insalubre, poignée de porte cassée, je suis resté enfermée dans les toilettes. Forte odeur d'égout dans la chambre et beaucoup de poussière. Confort et propreté laissent à désirer ! La réception 24/24 est introuvable à partir de 23h et le personnel ne parle pas français. Le Gustavia Langley hotel Chamonix ne tient absolument pas ses promesses pour une chambre à plus de 200 euros la nuit... Honteux.

On a été pour le weekend du 12 au 13 novembre. Hôtel très sympa, chambre simple avec grande salle bain assez spacieuse. Hôtel super bien placé. Nous avons eu la chance d avoir une petite place dans le parking de l hôtel. Petit déjeuné complet, dommage que le capuccino soit payant mais prix raisonnable. Personnel sympa, bel accueil.

De statige buitenkant van het hotel is prachtig. Mooi gelegen in het centrum. De entree ziet er netjes uit. De kamer is oudbollig, zeer stoffig (de volgende ochtend ligt er een stoflaagje op het scherm van je telefoon), velourse gordijnen en vloerbedekking dragen hier niet aan bij. Stof ligt, op de stopcontacten, achter de radiator. Het raam in de badkamer kan niet open, na het douchen een gratis stoomcabine waar het vocht niet goed weg kan. Voor ons geen tweede keer in dit hotel. Wij verbleven in kamer 106.

Extremely disappointed on arrival as we had paid for a superior room. Ok we had a balcony and Mont Blanc view but if the room was classed as "superior" then God help whoever stayed in the standard rooms. The room was small with "tired" and worn furniture. Although the bathroom was a good size we found that the toilet seat was only attached by one loose bolt. However, we found the staff ganerally helpful and friendly. We were also disappointed to find out that we had to eat our meals on wooden benches in the bar which was also used by the general public so sometimes were not able to find a table to sit at. Also, although frendlyl and polite the bar staff who also served the meals in the evening seemed to be able to dress how they liked which was often quite scruffy. Hôtel très bien situé face à la gare au centre. Mais surprise le Personnel ne parle pas français et ne fait pas l'effort non plus. Chambre face à un bar. Donc bruyant jusqu'à 2h du matin. Nuit très courte. Odeur d'égout au réveil dans la salle de bain. Chambre un peu vieillotte mais salle de bain propre. Moquette au sol qui ne fait pas propre. Un réel contraste entre la réception qui est moderne accueillante et l'arrivée dans notre chambre. Grosse déception...

Esternamente é molto carino, in classico stile Chamonix, ottima posizione vicino la stazione ma nessun rumore (noi affacciavano sul retro), le camere in effetti andrebbero rinnovate, più che altro nella nostra camera mancava un piatto doccia, considerando i prezzi di chamonix però ci sta, non si può pretendere troppo visto il prezzo, c'è anche un piccolo parcheggio, ottima la posizione, vicino c'è tutto!

Everything is just not good :( , We were told to check in after 4 pm, a little bit late already after the whole day walking and have to wait hours to check in. And the the fun part is that after we come in, the room looks like it just got cleaned few moments ago with foam in the toilet. The chair, doors, furniture are very very very old, so used. And of course the TV is broken. What can I say. 3 Star Hotel 170€ room By the way ;)

J'ai réservé 29 chambres à l'Hôtel Gustavia pour les invités de notre mariage. J'ai annulé 3 chambres 4 jours avant (maladie - décès dans la famille), elles m'ont été facturées le jour de mon mariage ! SCANDALEUX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aucune sympathie. Par ailleurs odeur de moisissures dans les chambres. Ma mère s'est réveillée dans la nuit à cause de l'odeur, nauséeuse. La propreté, avec la moquette, laisse à désirer. L'hôtel n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles.

Main reason for giving low rating is as below The room I was offered was different than the pictures of the room when I had booked it. I informed the staff about this and showed them pictures from the booking as well that the room booked has big windows and looks different. I was told the room cannot be changed but I can submit a written complaint, which I did right away but didn't hear anything afterward. I feel it's a depreciation of the services that I paid for. The room are very dark, even in the middle of the bright sunny day, we had to turn on lights in the room. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is made up of glass, anytime someone turns on light in the bathroom in the night will by default wake up the other person in the room due to light entering the bedroom. On a positive side, Staff was very friendly and spoke good english, Our room was cleaned everyday,

This is one of the best scenic hotel in Chamonix which is embraced with the beautiful mountains near the train station and close to many restaurants and tourist places. The staffs are so cute and always serve with their best. They answered every question, helped us draw direction on the map, recommended to go and save your time.

Le + : très bien situé au centre de Chamonix, en face de la gare, proche du départ du petit train et du téléphérique vers la mer de glace. Bel hôtel à l'extérieur. Le - : odeur horrible dans la salle de bain : mélange de rat mort dans le tuyau ou de choux fleur en train de cuire. Aucune isolation : on entendait nos voisins parler comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre.

Nice hotel but could do with a makeover. The rooms, although comfortable, are not quite as they appear on the Web. The food is good and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. And, it's a bit of a hike to the bus stop with skis. Otherwise a nice place.

Erg genoten van ons verblijf hier. Superior kamer was precies zoals op de foto’s. ||Ontbijt was lekker en gevarieerd en ook het avondeten was heerlijk. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. ||Het hotel ligt tegenover het treinstation en aan het einde van de winkelstraat. ||Chamonix is een prachtig stadje.

Very disappointed with this hotel for many reasons. 1 - It's a dark old hotel. The photos on the site deceive you. 2 - You pay for the entire stay in advance and then they don't care about you anymore. Even so, they still ask for a credit card at check-in. 3 - Dinner was included in the daily rate (I paid for it). At the hotel I asked about dinner and was informed that there would be no dinner because the hotel restaurant was closed. I insisted on the receptionist. So my wife and I had to have dinner at another restaurant outside the hotel. Worse still, we had to give explanations in the other restaurant, which was shameful. 4 - The internet doesn’t work properly. I couldn’t connect my laptop and it brought me a lot of problems. 5 - We stayed 3 days at the hotel and no one cleaned the room. I even found in the room a COVID mask left by the last customer of the hotel. It's

Rooms are small and dark. 1 and 2 floor were not renovated at all , so if you are not lucky, you will feel yourself like in an old cheap basement 1-star rated. NO FRIDGES, NO KETTLES. Annoying key from ski room, if you’re living on the wrong side of the buiding- you will hate it’s bell starting from approximately 7 a.m. Really poor breakfast with barely boiled eggs. Works till 10 a.m. , but you will probably find nothing after 9 a.m.

Warm and cozy.

Le cadre est charmant, vraiment, mais pour un 3 étoiles le service est limité. Une prise abîmée et dangereuse dans la chambre 308, pas de théière à dispo dans les chambres, petit déjeuner sympathique mais un peu limité. Malgré tout, le charme de l hôtel rattrape ces côtes qui peuvent facilement être corrigés.

Angenehme Unterkunft mit einem fantastischen Blick in die Berge. Leider keine Garage für die Motorräder. (Aber die Polizei war ja in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft 🤭). Mitten in den Beschränkungen durch Corona war das Hotel natürlich recht ruhig. Der Vorteil war, dass die wenigen Gäste individueller umsorgt werden konnten. Auch schön: Das Frühstück wurde nicht als Buffet angeboten, sondern direkt am Platz.

Nous avons payé 300 € pour une nuit/chambre double avec le petit-déjeuner. Pour ce prix, nous nous attendions à un hôtel de classe. Les meubles dans la chambre devaient dater de 1890, date de l'ouverture de cette hôtel, et dans salle de bains bcp de choses étaient cassées (lumières, robinets, etc.) Lors du petit déjeuner, nous voulions un vrai café, il fallait le payer à part. Ils se sont largement moqués de nous. Un conseil : ne mettez pas les pieds dans cet hôtel !

Very friendly staff. Fantastic location literally across the street from the gare. The breakfast was a good value but underwhelming for variety. I ate a few times at the restaurant (cafe neuf) and had a pleasant meal. My room on the forth floor has a fantastic view and had exceptional housekeeping. Recommended!

J’ai mis beaucoup de temps à mettre un commentaire car d’une je voulais pas forcément réagir à chaud et de deux ça me fait pas plaisir de mettre des commentaires désagréables sur un établissement. Malheureusement … mon fiancé et moi avons eu une très très mauvaise expérience. J’avais réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel pour fêter nos fiançailles car sur les photos l’hôtel donne envie… et même les commentaires d’ailleurs … sauf que visiblement j’ai l’impression qu’on a eu le droit à la seule chambre pourris de l’hôtel : poil et cheveux dans la salle de bain (douche, WC, et lavabo); papier peint déchiré dans la chambre; trou dans les murs et au sol; moisissure; la lumière qui ne marche pas (sauf qu’on était en période de couvre feu donc passer la soirée dès 19H dans le noir pas top). L’hôtel étant complet impossible de nous changer de chambre. Le seul point positif et je pense que je me doi

Good hotel with friendly staff an in an excellent position.

Die Zimmer haben ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Lage ist zentral (direkt beim Bahmhof) und trotzdem ruhig. Was uns begeistert hat, war die Flexibilität und Freundlichkeit des Personals: Es wurde auf spontane Reisepläne Rücksicht genommen (ohne Aufpreis!) und der Checkout auf den späten Nachmittag verschoben, so dass sogar eine Dusche nach der Klettertour möglich war vor der Abreise (herrlich!). Wir waren jetzt schon 4 Mal in Chamonix (in unterschiedlichen Unterkünften) und dieses Zuvorkommen haben wir noch nie erlebt. Und weil ich die Hotel-Seife so liebte, haben sie mir zum Schluss sogar zwei Flaschen geschenkt... 😍 Besten Dank

Utrolig dejligt og hyggeligt hotel med flinke, unge, svenske tjenere. Vi boede i et stort 3-personers værelse med stort badeværelse, lille altan og enestående udsigt, og morgenmaden var i øvrigt upåklagelig. Hotellet ligger meget centralt lige op ad både restauranter, shoppingbutikker, liftstationer og togstationen. Kan helt klart anbefales!

Hotel molto deludente, non ho parole! Appena arrivati (verso le 09:30) non c'era più nessuno nella reception e le nostra chiave per la camera era stata lasciata sul bancone. Camera piccolissima con bagno molto piccolo e puzzolente! Moquette sporca, e poltroncina con macchie! Un letto matrimoniale e poi un letto a castello in legno con letti abbastanza piccoli, però materassi abbastanza comodi. Hotel davanti alla stazione.

Chambre spacieuse et tout confort. Idéalement situé face à la gare et au centre-ville près des rues piétonnes. Dommage que la moitié des employés parle mal le français ! Probablement dû à la gestion suédoise du groupe, employant beaucoup de leurs ressortissants... A noter également que la bagagerie est une cabane où sont entreposés des sacs de ciment... pas très adapté pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Super hôtel, très jolie chambre, très bonne accueil

Chambre correct mais je m’attendais à mieux, il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre et il y a pas de clim et le petit déjeuner il y avait des produits bas de gamme de chez Carrefour. La nuit on entendait des personnes sortir de leur chambre car l’hôtel est ancien. Mais il faut préciser le personnel est gentil et souriant .

Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute pour un week-end de la saint Valentin, pas de bol pour nous, on a eu une chambre au 1er étage. + vue sur la montagne, literie confortable, personnel agréable avec une possibilité de check in plutôt. - Petit déj pas terrible, moisissures, très mal isolé, le plafond du haut et le nôtre grinçait énormément, salle de bain pas du tout fonctionnelle notamment la douche carrelage avec juste un rideau pour protéger l’eau. On s’est réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit car il faisait froid, jusqu’à -17 dehors et impossible de régler le chauffage (ancien). = Pas de énormément de places de parking mais il y a un parking gratuit à 5min à pied de l’hôtel. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon week-end, et une bouteille de prosceco nous a été offert, des couverts, une bouteille d’eau, assiettes et autres étaient à disposition à l’accueil.

Très classe avec son salon cheminée et le piano. Très bon accueil. Parfaitement situé à proximité du centre ville. La salle de bain est très confortable et très bien chauffée. Une petite réfection de la déco est à envisager.

Etablissement situé en face de la gare et à 5 minutes de la zone piétonne. Arrêt de la navette gratuite à côté de l'hôtel. Nous ne.sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. Dommage car notre chambre était absolument superbe. Surclassement par le réceptionniste. Chambre 405 avec balcon et vue sur le Mont Blanc. 2 petits bémols : Pas de support à savon dans la douche Petit dejeuner pas très copieux compte tenu du prix. Parking gratuit mais les places sont limitées. Parking public à 200m. Bref, je recommande vivement mais il faut faire attention, ce ne sont pas toutes les chambres qui sont rénovées. Sauf erreur, que les chambres au 3e et 4e étage le sont...

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana. La posizione è ottima ed il parcheggio interno, quando lo si trova libero, è davvero il top. Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior, molto gradevole la recente ristrutturazione e la vista ma di dimensioni ridottissime ... più adatta ad ospitare un letto singolo che un matrimoniale ....||La colazione una delusione totale: ovviamente, causa covid, il buffet non esiste, senza chiedere nulla ci hanno portato un piatto confezionato da loro con una varietà di cose sopra, di cui la maggior parte salate, non di nostro gradimento. Assolutamente bocciata questa modalità di servire la colazione senza chiedere le preferenze del cliente .....

Hotel centrale ma fuori dal caos cittadino, tranquillo, arenoso, fresco, e con vista spettacolare sulle alpi e sui ghiacciai. Belle le camere, sia la standard che la mansardata, in puro stile baita alpina. Personale gentilissimo, parla anche l’inglese (raro in Francia).

Mala recepción, antiguo,sin aire acondicionado, falta limpieza.

Chambre correcte dans l'ensemble même si je m'attendais à mieux.On entend les écoulements sanitaires en pleine nuit pas ideal pour récupérer Petit déjeuner et service moyen.

Hôtel sympa et propre. Reste à voir le petit dej. Bon petit déjeuner aléatoire,cela dépend de qui fait le service. Attention à la note,tendance à l'erreur.

Loved the hotel. Staff was more than friendly, location was perfect and I really liked the decoration of the room. The breakfast was tasteful and they were really helpful with our baby. Would definitely come back!

Very service minded staff and good hotel - great location!

El hotel en sí tiene una buena ubicación. Está súper cerca del centro de la ciudad y frente a la estación del tren. ||Las habitaciones están muy bien, sin embargo les hace falta una mini refrigeradora. También, el agua no circulaba bien en la ducha y entonces el agua se rebalsaba e inundaba el baño. ||El staff no es buena gente ni servicial. Nos hablaron feo y sin ganas de ayudar. La mayoría ni hablaba francés estando en Francia. Y, poco inglés. ||El desayuno completo, pero falta de atención del personal. No te limpian la mesa, no te preguntan si necesitas algo y no ponen más comida si se acaba.||El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y estábamos en el cuarto piso. El de la recepción no nos quiso ayudar con las maletas hasta que mi acompañante le insistió. ||Se aprovechan de la buena ubicación para dar un mal servicio. Es una lástima porque podría ser un muy buen hotel.

Catastrophique!! Moisissures aux murs, chambre bruyante, vétuste et sale. 200 euros la nuit pour un supposé service 3 étoiles?!! Sèche cheveux ne fonctionnant pas et odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre. Fuyez!

Très bon accueil, chambre petite mais très accueillante, très propre avec vue sur montagne ! Lit HYPER confortable ! Excellent week-end !

Vi har varit här ett par gånger förut men denna gång blev upplevelsen annorlunda. Förra gången,för några år sedan,var detta ett hotell med väl fungerande men lite slitna rum, fantastisk mat och en livlig bar. Nu hade det renoverats mycket märkligt, bara ett ca 25 cm djupt förvaringsskåp, dålig belysning max 40 w totalt, badrum utan duschvägg så allt blev blött, rummet litet och möblerat så att vi hade svårt att röra oss samtidigt. Detta var sommartid, hur gör gäster på skidsemester?||Maten var av ojämn kvalitet, från med tvekan godkänd till ganska ok ( halvpension). Bara vitt baguettebröd till frukosten. Baren folktom på kvällarna. Personalen( särskilt tack till Johan) var hjälpsamma även om vissa i serveringen var nybörjare. Chamonix är annars fantastiskt.

Although we booked a room for 3, it was small but the views and the location (very centric) made it exceptional.

Prima hotel. Perfect gelegen tegenover het station. Niet nieuw en zeker niet modern. Eerder gezellig van buiten en ook van binnen. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie. Minpuntje: de lift met een schattige antieke uitstraling in een organen kooi tussen de trappen weigerde 2x dienst, terwijl alle kamers boven zijn; de onze op de derde verdieping. Kamer met parket, lambrisering en radiator uit het jaar nul. Goed bed, alles netjes en schoon. Helaas geen waterkoker. Badkamer met koperkleurige kranen e.d. Regendouche, maar geen thermostaatkraan, zelfs geen mengkraan. Goede leeslampen bij het bed.

Optimala Hotellet i Chamonix för oss. Rummen är nyrenoverade och superfräscha. Frukosten är välfylld och lite för alla smaker, After-skin i lokalen bredvid (Chambers Neuf) är i världsklass och alla som jobbar är oerhört hjälpsamma och härliga. Vi kommer tillbaka år efter år.

Good service

Var tvungna att lämna rummet efter första natten pga stark mögeldoft i badrummet. Ersättningsrummet gick inte att sova i pga starkt oljud & vibrationer i väggen vid huvudgaveln (varmvattensystemet) fram till tretiden på natten. Att det dessutom var ljust i rummet pga en halvcentimetersglipa i dörren ut till den upplysta korridoren var ju inte heller något plus. Tredje rummet var nyrenoverat och fint 👍. Inte helt ok dock pga att det helt saknades klädhängare för ytter-/ och skidkläder, rumsbelysningen var av typen ”ledljus” (uppskattar totala effekten på ALLA lampor i rummet till 40 watt, trots helt avstängda element var man tvungen att ha ett fönster öppet för att temperaturen skulle bli tolererbar (trots att det var minusgrader ute) samt att det saknades duschdraperi, vilket gjorde att takduschen överhuvudtaget inte kunde användas samt att det blev översvämning på golvet trots extre
