Had a great meal here, the chef has put together some excellent dishes and executed them superbly. The prawns pil pil and the Korean chicken wings were really well flavoured. The beef and Guinness pie was a hearty meal. Wish I’d had room for a dessert.

j’adoreee le food le personnel tout !! on a pris des chicken wings buffalo qui étaient un peu salées et sèches (dommage), par contre les moules frites étaient trop bonnes, et le poulet rôti délicieux aussi (le curry patate douce était top)

Nous avons dîner avec un couple d'amis dans ce restaurant et quelle surprise ! Une cuisine qui satisfera 99% des convives avec des produits frais et un large choix au menu ! C'est un plaisir de trouver un restaurant avec ce rapport qualité / prix à Chamonix !

Had an amazing meal here. Owned by a lovely Irish team - they were really welcoming. Food was incredible and the atmosphere was brilliant. We’ll be back for sure

Sehr tolles Restaurant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Der Service war wirklich hervorragend – man hatte nie das Gefühl, einfach nur ein Gast bzw. eine Nummer zu sein. Es wurde regelmäßig zwischen den Gängen gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und das obwohl bei unserem Besuch alles reserviert war. Wir saßen auf Barhockern nahe der Bar und konnten direkt in die offene Küche schauen – das war wirklich ein Highlight und hat eine sehr coole Atmosphäre geschaffen. Als Vorspeise hatten wir die Sticky Korean Chicken Wings, danach Fish’n’Chips und Mussels & Chips. Alles war super lecker und die Portionen waren großzügig. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe gekocht wird. Die Atmosphäre ist locker und modern, perfekt für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden oder als Paar. Für uns definitiv eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🤗✌🏽

Amazing food and absolutely worth it. Like most good places in Chamonix, you’ll need a reservation — it gets busy for a reason. We ordered starters and steak for dinner, and everything was excellent. The quality, flavor, and presentation did not disappoint. The restaurant was full, and we noticed that guests who came earlier seemed to wait longer for their meals. Our 8pm reservation turned out to be the perfect time — the service felt smooth and we avoided the earlier kitchen rush. Would definitely come back!

Excellent restaurant hidden away not far from the tourist walking area. Well worth your effort to find. Just 4 minutes walk from Chamonix Sud bus stop. Service was excellent willing to suggest some dishes. Pet peeve of mine when servers tell you “everything is good!” and really suggest nothing. We chose the buffalo wings (very tasty), calamari (nice and crunchy), Beef and Guinness pie (very hearty) and the Pan Fried Sea Bass ( delicious and well seasoned). They have plenty of beers on tap. Dessert was the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream on top - excellent! Atmosphere was festive and comfortable. Lots of young people, families and quite a diverse crowd. Overall an excellent find and well worth searching for. Do yourself a favour and spend an evening here!

Best food we tasted the full week as well as the tastiest pints served in the whole town and resorts. Muscles, steaks and chicken wings all cooked to perfection. Staff couldn’t be nicer and the front bar have pints of Asahi that were top tier. Completely justified rating and reviews 🔥

Oh wow. I got some Beef Pot Pie 🥧 that they call Torte au Bouef here. It was really good. I ate the whole thing and was tempted to lick the plate. The mashed potatoes were good too. Needed a reservation to get a table here. Our waitress was highly skilled and a friendly person. I recommend for sure 👍

Lovely experience here. Portions were great food was a little slow but not too noticeable My steak was very fatty, expressed opinion and they fixed it. Will definitely come back.

дуже смачна їжа, ми приходили сюди щодня на вечерю, пробували їнші заклади, але тут найсмачніше і не сильно дорого, трохи шумно із того що тут і бар , не багато місця, ремонт не дуже, але кухня дуже смачна.Важко найти, бо знаходиться в углі будинка, і там розташовані ще інші бари

Wonderful hidden gem of a restaurant! I only wish we’d discovered this place sooner. Small but perfectly curated menu with something for everyone, fantastic value for money, wonderful warm welcome with charming and attentive staff, lovely ambiance with low lighting and not too much background noise, just absolutely 10/10 experience. Really recommend the moules frites, they could compete with the finest Parisian restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

You truly feel at home at Synge. The service was impeccable. Loved the lighting and ambiance. we started with the tomato basil soup and then I had to do the Guiness pie, which was just beyond incredible. Blanche beer to wash it all down and a white Ukrainian (not Russian).

What a fantastic restaurant!!! The food was only outdone by the great serving staff. Keira, Suzy and Louis were simply the best. Both of our dinners were delicious. It is very obvious that the chefs really care. Their attention to detail and flavours was outstanding. The prices are so very reasonable. The atmosphere is casual and cozy. It was a Tuesday in late January and they had a full house with what appeared to be locals. I highly recommend Synge&Co. It is one of those places that just feels instantly like home.

Nous avons été accueilli par notre serveuse Anglaise qui était adorable ! Nos plats étaient délicieux !!! C’est un restau / Bar style PUB Irlandais ☘️ La bonne humeur est à son comble. C’est très vivant et donc un peu bruyant.

Came here for glass of red wine while waiting for my bus to come, was sat on the bar. Staff are nice.

Went with my fiancé, they managed to find us a table without a reservation. The staff were amazing, couldnt ask for better service and the fooooood!!! So good, compliments to the chef and the menu. We love Chamonix and this restaurant takes top spot for us and absolute perfection! Rarely write reviews but this place deserves it, well done and bravo 👏🏻

Such a great restaurant. We absolutely loved the food, had the two types of wings and the seabass. The waiter was so kind as well, we will definitely come back!!

Superb dinner this evening, Louis was excellent and the food spot on. Will come back
