Everything is perfect,location in heart of Chamonix...Very secure place,from lift that no come in without card,room,ski room...quiet place,you can relax at night...On first floor is gym who need,,,on fourth floor is sauna with great view on center of city...Room very clean,enough number of towel which you can change every day,soap,champoo,TV if you like, big terrace with excellent view on mountain...if you want breakfast its 16euro and also you can choose between many things and to have enough strength for skiing...Down is also big bar with terrace to enjoy in food or beer to relax...people who work there is so kind and helpful...After check out they give you card for lift and luggage room and also on first floor in gym you can take shower if you ski that day and before your trip,very great thing...all recommendations for visit this hotel if you are in Chamonix 😎

친절한 직원분들. 깨끗하고 정돈된 객실이 아주 좋았음. 가격도 타호텔에 비해 괜찮은편. 호텔 바로 앞에 슈퍼, 맥도날드 있어서 아주 좋음. 발코니도 있음 단점. 자차가 아닌 버스 대중교통 이용시 거리가 좀 있는편, 밤에 밖에 너무 시끄럽고, 타객실에서 밤새 노래틀고 떠드는게 다 들림, 옆객실 쓰시던 분들이 그 객실찾아서 조용히하라고 했음.

This is a great hotel in central Chamonix. Tips take the number 14 bus to Le Brevent or better known as Pravant Platz at the 'iris, eye shop' 5 minutes from the hotel to get up the slopes. The young staff are lovely. Shout out to Jacob and Constanza for their smiles and positive help. We ate there 4 nights out of the 5 as the food was great and 20-30 euro each. Walk thru the lovely French shops and great service and cheese/ham/wine. Remember your manners and say 'Bonjour' when the shop holders say the same. Room excellent. Ask for a kettle if you bring your own tea. Tried the sauna and it was lovely. Chamonix is not pretentious and I've come back with a renewed admiration for French cuisine. Coffee at the little coffee shop serving Brioche sandwiches 100m towards the town centre in the left. Apres ski sit in the French wooden restaurant in the evening sun 100m up

We had a fantastic experience at Pointe Isabelle during our stay in Chamonix. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and our waitress Julia was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The food was excellent – really well prepared, generous portions, and full of flavour. It’s a great mix of classic bistro dishes and local Savoyard influences, and everything we tried was delicious. The drinks selection was also fantastic. The manager recommended a bottle of Drappier Brut Nature and it was incredible – crisp, clean and the perfect pairing with the meal. The setting is brilliant as well, right in the heart of Chamonix with a lively but comfortable atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend the whole evening enjoying great food, great wine, and excellent

I live in dubai and cannot visit due to the regional issues. I asked for assistance with my booking and they flat out refused. Zero compassion or empathy just lining their own pockets at others expense. Quite frankly disgusting behavior and I hope they never experience what my family is going through.

This was the ideal location to stay - so close to the main walking area of town (2 min.), yet off the main street so it was quiet at night. The front desk staff were AMAZING! They couldn't have been any friendlier or more helpful. Also, our room had a balcony and an exhilarating view of the mountains all the way to Aiguille du Midi. There is even a grocery store across the street, though they have a bar/restaurant inside. They also can store your skiing equipment or luggage. Just all in all a great experience.

Alors là wow, le restaurant il est magnifique, l’ambiance est calme, le staff hyper sympa et on a reçu nos plats super rapidement (et c’était un délice). Le tiramisu OH LALALALA INCROYABLE!!! ✨ Merci a Danina pour sa gentillesse et son service!

The hotel has a really good location near the train station by 3 min walking , perfect greeting from the staff , and the rooms is has great views to the mountains.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel pointe isabelle 3nuits durant les vacances de Noël. Mon choix s'est porté sur cette hôtel pour 2raisons principales: l'emplacement et le parking. Figurez vous que le parking n'a que 6places et que les probabilités que vous ayez une place sont clairement proche de 0. Nous avons donc traversé le centre ville avec tous nos bagages et nos enfants en bas âges pour rejoindre l'hôtel. L'accueil est froid. Rien est fait pour vous faciliter. La chambre est spacieuse mais le gros problème était l'odeur de cigarette qui sortait de la VMC des toilettes et qui se propageait dans toute la chambre y compris la literie. Si vous comptez vous reposer, sachez qu'il est impossoble de faire une grasse matinée. Vous serez levés à 6/7h du matin par les bruits des livreurs ainsi que l'aspirateur dans les couloirs. Le personnel est terrib

Врут про парковку. На парковку отсылают на городскую. На муниципальную. А там мест нет никогда. Завтраки совсем плохие. They lie about parking. They send you to the city parking lot. The municipal parking lot. And there are never any spaces there. The breakfasts are really bad.

Stayed in 106. Amazing hotel. Everyone is lovely. The room is modern and clean. Great value. Good gym and sauna. The staff are very accommodating. Very central location. I will be coming again.

L’hôtel est très beau et la location est idéale. Cependant, le service ne suit malheureusement pas… a l’arrivée, pas de parking car celui-ci était complet mais nous n’étions pas informé d’une éventuelle réservation. Nous avons ensuite posé quelques questions pour connaître la tarification ainsi que la localisation des places aux alentours mais le personnel s’est montré très peu coopératif et investi, l’hôtesse d’accueil m’a même soupiré au nez!! Ensuite, la mauvaise chambre nous a été attribuée et il a fallu s’y reprendre à 3 fois pour enfin obtenir les clés de la chambre que nous avions réservé. Mais ce qui m’a le plus déçue c’est le manque de considération, aucune réponse à nos bonjours et ni même un aurevoir lors du checkout…

Central, practical, and friendly. Our twin room was quiet with firm mattresses, soft pillows, fast Wi-Fi and handy power/USB; balcony useful for airing kit. Heating responded well and windows sealed tight. Bathroom delivered steady temperature, mid-range pressure, and an easy clean-down. Downstairs works as a basecamp: double doors, hard-wearing hex tiles, wipeable booths and a well-organised bar for breakfast or late returns. Location on Place du Poilu puts cafés, buses and bikes on the doorstep. Reception were warm, kind and efficient; bar staff characterful and cheerful. A solid, well-run hub for Chamonix days.

I was traveling for work at Pointe Isabelle for the first time two weeks ago, with a group of Brazilians. Everything was perfect! The accommodations, the restaurant, the breakfast, all the service, especially from Cassandra and Jacob! Very attentive, answered all my questions (I don't speak French) and helped me resolve some unusual details. Thank you immensely! I will certainly be back!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons remarqué que l’équipe de l’établissement constitue une véritable plus-value : elle est très chaleureuse et à l’écoute. La localisation est également excellente, à deux pas de la gare et des parkings. L’hôtel se situe au cœur du centre-ville : il suffit d’en sortir pour se retrouver directement dans la rue piétonne, idéale pour se promener à tout moment sans se poser de questions. Nous sommes aussi à deux pas des téléphériques et du petit train rouge. Comme on dit, une localisation idéale ! Nous avons également pu profiter d’un bon repas lors de notre premier soir, alors que nous étions arrivés malgré l’heure tardive. Nous nous sommes régalés et le repas était bien copieux. Nous remercions encore l’équipe de Guillaume pour notre séjour, ainsi que le barman, qui ont contribué à nous faire sentir comme chez nous.

Nice enough hotel in a convenient location. Check in time is 4pm - super late if you happen to be arriving jetlagged or getting back from being in the mountains. Not sure if this is the norm around here, but the staff didn't seem too interested is finding a solution for an earlier check in.

I had the best stay at this hotel all thanks to Cami (I hope I wrote the name right!), she’s beyond helpful and extremely friendly. Truly amazing and made the stay at this hotel the best it can be! It’s right on city center. location is great, price on the other hand can be better. 😊

Il personale e la gestione è pessima

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was poor, the rooms were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was extremely small. No one offered help with carrying luggage in or out. At checkout, they unexpectedly asked me to pay extra for parking and cleaning, which is unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here at all.

Beautiful hotel in Chamonix. Front desk was very friendly and allowed luggage storage before and after our tour. This is a G Adventures affiliate hotel, so lots of tour travelers coming through. No refrigerators or air conditioning the room. So ask the front desk to store your temperature sensitive items. And for a fan during hotter days. Room had a patio that opened to a lovely mountain view. Located in the center of Chamonix, would highly recommend.

"Pointe Isabelle" est très bien situé en centre de Chamonix au milieu de toutes les commodités. Le service est impeccable et le personnel au petit soin de chaque client, dépassant même les demandes intiales. Quant à la restauration, elle ne nous a jamais déçue, bien au contraire. Merci à toute l'équipe qui fait fonctionner plus que bien cet hôtel qui reste familial, et non pas de chaîne hôtelière.

Je met jamais de commentaire sur internet normalement. Mais je me sent tellement obligé part mes principes et mon métier de passion qui et la restauration. Je vie dans la vallée de Chamonix et je vient souvent boire un verre au bar de sette hotel car j’aime beaucoup l’accueil et le cadre. Les serveur sont très courtois et agréable. Mais je suis venus en famille manger et j’étais très déçu du repas mais en plus de sa on entend un cuisinier mal parler à un serveuse pour lui dire de débarrasser les tables plus vite car il doit prendre sa pause. Je n’ai jamais vu sa de ma vie et pourtant j’ai 20 de métier. J’ai écris de message en espérant que sa aide les restaurants d’aller dans une meilleur voit. Mes sincères salutations Chloé

Hyper cher, un burger à 19€ + des frites « fraiche » à 6€ le pain de qualité grande surface et tout sec, une salade César plus salade que César supplément sans sauce, et le ponpon l’apéro servi après les plats. Piège a touristes

They really need to install a functioning ventilation system in the bathroom. There’s no window and no switch to turn on an exhaust fan. They also need a screen door to prevent the bugs from entering.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Pointe Isabelle in Chamonix. The hotel has a fantastic central location- just a short walk from the train station, with easy access to the main streets, lifts, and some beautiful hiking trails. The room was modern, clean, and sort of quiet considering how close it is to everything. Only downside - the blue light coming into the room from the terrace is very unpleasant, ruins the aesthetic and peace at night.

I had an excellent stay here an would definitely stay again! Extremely convenient location right in middle of Chamonix, very comfortable rooms, and excellent service with a luggage room where I was able to leave my things while checking out for a night to stay in a mountain hut. They have a usable gym and breakfast is decent, although perhaps a little expensive but still not a bad deal. The one caveat with this place is it can get loud on weekend nights due to various bars nearby, and this is worse if you visit in summer because you might need to open the balcony door at night to cool down the room. So definitely bring ear plugs!! This was only a major problem on my first night thankfully, and the front desk does offer ear plugs if you forget This is a great place to stay!

The hotel only has three stars but should have four. We paid extra for a room (fourth floor) with a view of Mont Blanc. When we arrived, it was raining. The following day was clearer and the following morning it was crystal clear. They only have SIX parking spaces, which must be booked in advance. The nearest car park is 45 euros a day; one farther away is 22 euros a day. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent although we ordered cocktails, starters, wine, and mains. We expected everything to arrive in that order, but it came wine, starters, cocktails, and then mains. Breakfast is 16 euros and was disappointing. There was only one type of cheese and the hot food - sausages, hash browns, streaky bacon, scrambled eggs - was rarely replenished. When we got down to breakfast at 8.00, every table was littered with dirty crockery from previous guests. The reception and bar staff were frien

I am giving this hotel 5 stars primarily for it's service. Cami at the front desk is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. Lovely person! Even though the weather was partly terrible we had a fabulous stay. The location is a short walk to most of the attractions. Easy check in and check out as we were able to pull car up and we were able to grab complimentary parking not too far away. The rooms are small but are very well laid out and have shelving and hooks. The bed is very comfortable. We will definitely return again!

A very good restaurant and good value for Chamonix. A good vibe in the evenings and the lunchtime menu is usually extremely fairly priced. Lots of local people use it, so a sure sign of quality.

Situato praticamente nel centro di Chamonix, è un bellissimo hotel, garage sotterraneo, camera spaziosa con terrazza, ottima e abbondante colazione, personale molto gentile ed é per questo che siamo ritornati visto che adoriamo Chamonix. Da questo albergo in un minuto sei praticamente del centro.

L'hôtel est très pratique car parfaitement situé en plein centre, parfait pour marcher en ville, aller au train de la mer de glace ou au téléphérique du Brevent. Le style est joli, la chambre moderne, mais la mienne était très petite et difficile de trouver une place pour ouvrir ma valise. Le balcon est un plus. Le lit est confortable est chaud. Le restaurant est excellent, petit déjeuner et surtout dîner vraiment délicieux. Le gros point noir est le bruit de la rue en soirée et la nuit : les clients des bars de la rue hurlent comme des hystériques jusque tard dans la nuit. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel qui reste une super option dans Chamonix. J'y retournerai avec plaisir en espérant avoir une chambre plus grande et loin de la rue la prochaine fois.

Very basic rooms, basic linen, dated television, not at all worth the price paid. The staff are a mixed bag, some are polite and helpful, others are abrupt. The location is central, but there are clubs close by, the music is very loud until late, there are drunk people in the street outside making noise until all hours. This can’t be helped by the hotel obviously, but I would not recommend staying here for this reason alone. We’re currently on night 2 of 3 and can’t wait to leave.

L’hôtel est confortable & bien placé à proximité de tout sauf de la station de ski( il faut marcher 10 min pour prendre le ski Bus ) à la fin on s’y habitue. Belle vue sur les montagnes enneigés du mont blanc depuis notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher mais bien garni pour attaquer les pistes ( dommage qu’il n’y avait pas d’omelette et que les œufs étaient durs et pas chauds ). J’ai aimé l’utilité des rangements dans la chambre et aussi les penderies pour vestes de ski. Il manquait une bouilloire mais il suffit de demander à la réception pour qu’on nous la prête.

Je n'ai pas séjourné à l'hôtel. Par contre le restaurant est très bien. Repas copieux et équilibrés. Qualité prix très bien.

3 of us to a room. The hotel was modern, functional yet not too generic. For a ski trip when some modern amenities are needed, Pointe Isabelle was just right for us. Location is great, on the edge of the shopping area so it's not too noisy. Ski bus is close by but you do need to walk to either Place du Mont Blanc or the Mummery stops for most of the ski areas. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had dessert there. Restaurant prices are similar to others in town. Hotel has 6 basement parking spots if you're driving but be sure to reserve in advance. Ski storage in the basement so it's convenient. Hot water is fantastic! Finally, it was interesting to learn about Isabelle Stratton, the first person to summit Mont Blanc in the winter! We had a great time in Chamonix!

The hotel is located at the center of Chamonix, many restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the hotel was really quiet, the receptionist was polite helpful, i would definitely stay in this hotel again

Super hôtel bien situé dans le centre ville de Chamonix

Stayed at Room 404 Summit Suite with balcony and sauna. Nice big corner room at the top most floor with 180 degree view of Chamonix. Large toilet and bath area. Sauna is for one person at a time only. We were told that rooms on the 4th floor are newer. Hotel has a great location. Train station is about 200m away. A supermarket is located conveniently across the hotel. Very walkable to most areas of the town. Did not ski but they have a storage area for your equipment at the basement of the hotel. Only complaints would be — no slippers, not yet smart tv (no access to netflix etc) Visited Late February 2025.

Overall great stay at this hotel - would recommend. Good Points - Check in/out was really easy and quick - Reception staff were all friendly and helpful - Bar area was good for an evening drink - Breakfast was decent and good value (for Chamonix) @ EUR 16 (maybe I missed a coffee machine - that would be a good addition if there is not one there already) - Hotel was clean (common areas and room) - Good location, close to town centre and bus stop - I stayed in a single occupancy room - not huge, but enough space for one person and ski clothes etc without feeling too cramped - Room had a good adjustable heating system and could be cooled down by opening a window if needed - Ski/boot storage area was well organised with plenty of space - Right opposite Sport 2000 (for rental gear) and a small supermarche for supplies - Wifi was decent - Some people have noted noise at night from outside bar

Our group of two families stayed at Pointe Isabelle in mid-February for a ski trip. The rooms were comfortable, the location is amazing - right in the center of everything, and we reserved a parking spot in the garage (you must reserve). The garage parking was very convenient, but spots are tight, so I would not bring an enormous vehicle. We purchased the breakfast the first day, but did not purchase it for any other days, because it is gross. The only eggs were cold, hard boiled eggs, that looked days old. The fruit was actually rotten, and none of our family of 4 liked the food....and we're not picky people. It was just that bad. There are really nice cafes around with much better breakfast for a better price. The bar downstairs closed pretty early and was never loud, even though I read that it was on previous reviews. Overall, a good experience, and worth the money.

The food in the pub was espetacular! - My sister in Law stayed on this hotel and it was good. She likes it. - But the pub food, amazing. French onion Soup really good!!

Overhaul nice experience, perfect location and great vue and the bar downstairs is chill. Didn’t get parking as they have only 6 spots. Sauna available on request.

Great hotel in the centre of Chamonix. Convenient for ski bus, can walk to a gondola station, great for aprés ski. In front of it there is a smaller rental Sport 2000, super convenient. Nice bar as well.

Not on the Main Street but is fine. Just extra 1 min walk to the Main Street. It’s super close to the train station. There is a MacDonal nearby. The room is very dark even all the light turned on. The view of my room is bad, it’s facing other room’s balcony. Kettle needs to be requested. It’s better to provide it in the room. Check in ladies are very cheerful and kind.

Et la mienne est malheureuse... oui l'hôtel est idéalement situé, la chambre que j'ai occupée était propre et spacieuse. MAIS mon objectif principal était de me reposer et là, la nuit fût un drame ! Démarrage de machines à 4h du matin dans un fracas infernal. Puis quand ce fût fini c'était au tour des camions de livraison avec la désagréable sensation que les livreurs s'amusent à faire le plus de bruit possible. Alors, effectivement ce n'est pas en lien direct avec l'hôtel mais avec son environnement. Et ce qui semblait un emplacement idéal en centre ville se révèle être un cauchemar pour celui qui aspire au repos.

Positive: Location is good, spacious rooms. Polite and nice staffs. Negative:The rooms beds are very uncomfortable, didn’t sleep most of the stay, and cleaning isn’t done properly (so much dust and dirt under the beds - it has been weeks since someone hoovered). The bed sheets are also very basic. The restaurant food is average for the price. A lot of staff members can’t speak French. No scramble eggs for breakfast. Value for money is a little low.

Ponte Isabelle in Chamonix is a fantastic spot for a meal. The food is excellent, and the service is attentive and friendly. It's a great venue for a nice dinner or a casual meal after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend it!

Loved this hotel. We had a standard room. The rooms were large with a balcony and a great view (ask for a room facing the street). The bathroom had great space - with lots of space for your own toiletries. The lobby and bar area were lovely. The breakfast was quite good. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel lors de l’ouverture de la saison. Nous avions réservé une chambre double avec balcon, petit coin bureau et fauteuil et assez spacieuse. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre toute petite pas du tout conforme à la description et aux photos. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont trop étroits. Juste la place de tourner autour du lit mais même pas de table de nuit ou quoi que ce soit, rien à voir avec les photos du site. Le personnel (pourtant sympathique) ne nous a proposé aucune solution. La literie et les oreillers ne sont pas très bons non plus. De plus, le parking est facturé 20€ la nuit alors que personne ne nous l’avait mentionné au moment de la réservation. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est très beau et bien situé et le personnel agréable mais les photos et les descriptions des chambres ne sont pas du tout conformes à la réalité…

Un charmant hôtel en centre-ville de Chamonix. Nous avions réservé notre chambre via une wonderbox et tout c'est très bien passé. Nous avons choisi cette hôtel car il accepte les chiens. La chambre que nous avions été bien agencé avec un grand lit en 180x200, salle de bain avec douche et wc séparé. Le balcon de la chambre avec vu sur les montagne est très appréciable. Au niveau des services, l'hôtel possède un immense Sauna situé au dernier étage avec vue sur les montagnes. Il y a également une salle de sport. Had dinner here during my time in Chamonix. Not recommended for dinner, however I ordered basic stuff i.e. salad and pasta, the food was poorly made. Salad was over drenched in sauce and pasta was overcooked and dry. Staff tried their best and when I rejected the salad, they replaced it with another one which didn’t taste any better. Not a good experience overall.

Do. Not. Stay. Here.* Read the other reviews, I wish I did. The hotel is decently nice, can't complain about that. But there is a club across the street that BLARES club music until midnight every night. I wish I could upload a video of how loud it is in my room, and it's a Wednesday night. Another annoying thing is the wifi doesn't work in the rooms. They tried to say it was cause the weather, but it works just fine in the lobby. The second you leave the lobby it drops. (And the weather is clear now).

Most horrible experience ever! I booked a quiet room and at check-in I asked again for a quiet room and got assured our room would be on the quiet side. Up in the room I realized that the room was exactly opposite an open air techno place. So I went down to the receptionist and asked for the quiet room she promised. Now she suddenly said that I had booked a room on that side of the hotel, with Mont Blanc view. A total lie, I never cared for a mountain view. She also said the hotel was booked out and there were no more rooms. Then she added that the rave party would stop at 10 o clock, another lie. In total, the receptionist lied 3 times to me. Impossible to sleep in this hotel, and worst staff ever.

La reseña va orientada únicamente al restaurante. Comí allí por 22€, primero, segundo y postre, como se ve en las fotos. Para la zona la verdad que 22€ me parece totalmente razonable, pues incluye agua y pan, además del menú obviamente. La atención fue excelente gracias a una chica muy agradable que hablaba español, aunque el resto de sus compañeros también se portaron bien conmigo. Se lleva 4 estrellas porque el postre es cierto que deja algo que desear, un poco seco en mi opinión. La cantidad de comida es buena, no se pasa hambre con este menú, incluso sin postre si eres de poco comer, pues dan la opción de comer 2 platos en lugar de 3. Volvería sin dudarlo.

The hotel is relatively new and very clean. Well laid out rooms (we stayed 2 times in different rooms and both were great). |Staff were helpful. Breakfast (included in our package) was very good compared to others in the area. Lots of options. Good bar in the lobby as well.

I stayed here for almost a week. It’s a lovely place! The room I was in was fairly basic (3 twin beds), but it had a nice balcony with a little table and chairs. There were two of us sharing the room, and it was comfortable (bed was great, not too hard or soft!). Very clean. The sauna has a fantastic view of the mountains, and using it is included with your stay. A friend utilized the gym and liked having it available. Breakfast is also included, and it’s impressive! Assorted breads and pastries (even a whole grain, seeded loaf, and gluten free bread kept in a different location), muesli, cereals, fresh fruit (when melon was set out we loved that!), coffee, hot chocolate packets, good organic teas, cucumber water, apple and orange juices, at least four different tasty fruit jams, honey, yogurts, applesauce, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham and salami, cheese, cucumber and tomato slices, and

Booked this hotel for a night as the hotel we were staying at was fully booked. Nice room overseeing the mountains and the main stretch of shops from the balcony. Very convenient to get food since there are are many restaurants just right in front of the hotel. Hotel restaurant is nice and not expensive.

De locatie, personeel en het eten waren top. Wat eerder aangekomen omdat het verkeer mee zat maar dit was geen probleem. Het personeel is enorm sociaal en hielp goed bij vragen. Het uitzicht vanuit het hotel was super mooi op de bergen. De hele week gebruik gemaakt van de privé parking die op voorhand was gereserveerd. Tijdens het boeken kregen we hier gelijk reactie op. Het ontbijt was ook super. Genoeg variatie en het was allemaal vers. Het diner was ook top en stond snel op tafel. De gym op de 1e verdieping is wat je kunt verwachten van een hotel gym. Er miste wel wat gewichten (tot max 10kg dumbbells). Als je een hotel moet uitkiezen in Chamonix zou ik je deze boven alle andere aanraden. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

L'hôtel est très bon, mais la cuisine est à désirer. J'ai mangé un cerviche de thon et il avait un arôme très très désagréable. Je me sentais vraiment mal. J'ai communiqué à la serveuse et elle n'a pas donné d'importance.

Stayed here in January on a ski trip. Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Located close to the main restaurants and shops. Short walk to the ski lifts. Safe storage rooms for all ski gear and luggage if required. Views out the window are stunning. Would highly recommend.

Went there during december around last year. Rooms were great, clean, great view. Lobby staff were very friendly, chative and helpful.

Stayed in this hotel in April 2024 and it turned out to be a very miserable experience - Very poor wifi - expect to use your own 4G throughout your stay - Noisy hotel pub music - from early morning to late evening - Unwelcoming staff - some can be rude; we felt not fairly treated as Asian tourists - Minimal mountain view - only a limited number of rooms on higher floor can see the mont-blanc range

Pro: Gutes Hotel Mitte der Stadt. Man hat im Umkreis von 10 Minuten alles vor der Tür Bahnhof nicht mal 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die Aussicht die wir hatten, war mega!!! Das Abendpersonal einfach super 👌 Contra: Die Parkplätze im Haus, leider nur 7, sind sehr sehr eng. Für Kleinwagen ist es ok, für größere wird's ein wenig problematischer. Für die Größe des Hotel gibt es leider nur ein Fahrstuhl und dieser ist mit 4 Personen ohne Gepäck gut gefüllt. Das Frühstückpersonal könnte etwas freundlicher bei den Gäste sein -------------------------------------- Thema Frühstück, ist ok, bis auf eins, Kaffee Spezialitäten wie Cappuccino, Latte usw. gibt es leider nicht.

A very noisy hotel. We stayed on the 1st floor and everyday the bar music was non-stop from 8am to 11pm. The noise was even audible from the clock tower. We would not choose this hotel if we were aware of this situation beforehand. Don’t miss this hotel if you are a pub/bar lover.

Really nice hotel with great amenities. Be sure to check out the sauna on the roof as it looks out onto the mountains in spectacular fashion! The room was nice and very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. This property is right in the city center and you can see the train station from the front door. A really good property and I highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with consistently friendly and helpful staff in a great location for the train station and ski bus. Clean and sizeable modern rooms. Boot room in the basement with boot warmers. The ONLY downside of this hotel is that noise carries at night. It wasn’t guests being loud or boisterous but we got woken at 3am every night with some random banging. We were in Room 101 near the gym and not far from the stairs/lift. Would come back and remember ear plugs!

Stayed here as part of a Tour du Mont Blanc tour. Had a clean and spacious room. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Great food at the restaurant, especially the buffet breakfast which had many options including eggs, croissants, fruit, cheeses. It was an excellent way to start and finish the hike. Staff friendly and helpful. Central location with stores and views all around.

Avoid this hotel. I was really upset that Pointe Isabelle would not help out with our booking when we had a problem with it as I was really looking forward to going there with my dad. They are just interested in taking money but not helping when you need it.

I only put one star as I had to. Do not book at this hotel. I paid nearly £1200 for a week and had a problem with the booking. They will not reimburse you or help you fairly once they take your money. I was offered a 10% discount if I booked again which was ludicrous so basically lost all the money.

The hotel is centraly located and close to the train station. It is fairly new and well kept. However our room (with a small attached room with bunk beds) had a weird layout and no view. The bad points were the WiFi that was almost unusable and the underground parking garage which is tiny and not for larger cars. Make sure you check it before going down the garage or you may get stuck as it is very difficult to back out.

Great hotel in a great location. Very nice helpful staff, quality restaurant on first floor and incredible Sauna overlooking the city. Having stayed at multiple hotels in Chamonix can confidently say this is the best Sauna in town! Also ski room with boot heaters is a nice touch.

As other reviewers pointed out, the rooms are tiny. I was traveling solo and could barely move in my room. Positives: location is great. In the pedestrian area of Chamonix (you can still access by car up to 10:30am or if you call the staff) and conveniently located to ski bus stop in place Mont Blanc. Negatives: The list of positives stops here. I did not pay for the parking, but the Mont Blanc parking is a 5-minute walk and costs 21 per day. It's 1 euro more, but they charge for the time you stay. I was there for 4 days and I paid 54 euro. Also the hotel parking is very crammed, and was definitely happy with my choice The room was generally clean, but on the first night, I found a good chunk of long dark hair in the shower On my arrival the TV was not working. I pointed it out to the reception, and while they immediately sent someone up, the assistant just noted that the antenna

Actually I am giving this low rating due to one reason. When I arrived the first day, the elevator was out of service so I had to carry my luggage which isn’t very lightweight to the 3rd floor.

J'ai réservé 2 chambres, ainsi que le parking pour une semaine fin septembre 2023. Les bornes d'accès au parking étaient défectueuses ... Pratique sous la pluie ... Une jeune femme à l'accueil était sympathique mais s'exprimait mal en français (comme beaucoup d'employés), et était incapable d'expliquer clairement le fonctionnement des bornes, et enfin, impossible de garer ma voiture dans le parking souterrain beaucoup trop exigu et mal fichu. Difficile à accepter pour 20 euros par jour ! De plus, si elles étaient très propres et modernes, les chambres "double-twin" que j'avais réservées ne comportaient pas de quoi s'asseoir, pas de tablette pour écrire par exemple, pas de mini frigo, et, bien que des prises électriques fussent installées à la tête des lits, il n'y avait pas de tables de chevet (pratique quand on a un appareil à branc

9 euros un chocolat liégeois qui était simplement une petite boule de chocolat, une petite boule de vanille, l'équivalent d'une cuillère à soupe de chantilly et un semblant de croûte de coulis chocolat à peine visible! Fromages sans aucune saveur. Nous avons été extrêmement surpris qu'aucun salarié ne parle français. Nous avons pu échanger en anglais sans soucis, mais il me semble aberrant qu'il n'y ait pas à minima un(e) francophone pour servir la clientèle française qui ne parlerait pas anglais.

I rate only the restaurant, I stayed in this hotel on several occasions, but I rated it on booking. In all very nice dinner on a terrace. I took noix d'entrecôte with potatoes and 'legumes du moment'. Meat and potatoes were excellent, vegetables were less impressive, but ok. Service was correct.

Une famille de 3 venue déjeuner. Nous avons pris la formule du jour ( burger de saumon et betterave, frites et gâteau a l'ananas et boule de glace a l'ananas) ainsi qu'un menu enfant. Très gentil serveur : disponible, aimable, souriant. Plats bien présentés et plein de saveur. Environnement agréable Rapport qualité prix vraiment bon A refaire

Uncaring Hotel staff. rooms small and poorly equipped. Small towels no bidet cramped sleeping area. I suppose prices reflect location as they don't reflect quality. I'd give this a miss if you're looking for accommodation

Service long(+2heures pour 3 plats menu du jour!). Le prix est correct mais ce Jour là le cuisinier s’est raté: 5 aloyaux commandés saignant et servis à point + légumes non pas al dente mais crus. La maison propose d’offrir les cafés (beau geste!)

Very nice and comfortable, modern hotel. Thankfully our room had air conditioning and we had a great balcony view. The shower didn't get too hot but everything was clean and nice and convenient. A very comfortable hotel. It's nothing too special though, and just pretty much met our expectations without exceeding them.

Molto bello, vicino al centro ma tranquillo. Oltretutto ha anche una bellissima storia. I nipoti l'hanno costruito in ricordo della nonna inglese e alpinista Mary Isabella Charlet Straton, prima donna a compiere una scalata invernale alla vetta del Monte Bianco alla quale è poi stata dedicata la Punta Isabella

Very nice stay. Excellent location with spacious rooms. Wonderful view of Mount Blanc from our balcony.The staff were very nice and work incredibly hard as it gets extremely busy when events take place (Marathon). We booked through Inghams and they have been fantastic.

Je n’étais pas à l’hôte mais le service au bar et au restou c’était horrible aucun des serveurs parlait français. On a dû attendre presque 30 minutes pour été servi mais finalement la fille est rentré pour demandé si on pouvait reste au terra e pour manger mais elle n’est jamais revenue.

Je ne connais pas l'hôtel, mais au café rrstaurant, je recommande les spécialités locales.

Hotel muy bien situado en el mismo centro de Chamonix, trato excelente y habitaciones perfectas amplias con buenas vistas y muy limpias, el personal de 10. Tiene un bar restaurante muy bueno. Muy recomendable

We booked the summit suite for the view and we weren’t disappointed. The view was fantastic and the room was modern and comfortable, with a wrap |Lovely dog friendly hotel, which is really central. |We didn’t use the hotel car park, but there is one next door which cost just over €15 euros for the night. |We found the staff friendly and helpful. |If we return to Chamonix again, this is the hotel we would choose.

Great experience. When needed a last minute hotel Pointe Isabelle was able to accommodate us. Great location, close parking, and friendly staff.

Just an average hotel with great location. In the inter-season during May the air conditioning is turned off with no fans and the rooms don't have many amenities that are offered at other hotels - shampoo/conditioner/soap (instead using just a liquid hand soap), no mugs or cofee/tea, and the towels as well as the toilet paper were very thin and uncomfortable. The restaurant on the main level is okay but seems overpriced for many items. The Sauna was not available during our stay. If you're just looking for a place to crash then this will do the trick and it's centrally located for all of the activities in Chamonix.

The hotel is right in the centre of town! The room had a great view! We arrived around 1pm and the receptionist was happy to check us in and the hotel offered free tickets to Chamonix for a little train ride to see the sights. It was so relaxing to come back in the evening for a steam!

Apenas visitámos para jantar, mas foi uma experiência muito boa. A comida era bastante boa, com uma relação qualidade preço bastante aceitável. Recomendo

We were disappointed with our stay. The room smelt of mould and it was mouldy on the wall by the window. The heating didn't work well so the room was cold. On Booking.com it stated we had a free upgrade to 'mountain view room' (we were in 204) we didn't exactly have the best view. Whilst we understand you can't control building work, waking up to digger noises wasn't ideal. I did message the hotel before I wrote this , but I was asked to feedback via this review.

le restaurant de l'hôtel, plein centre de Chamonix, nous semblait une table chère et il s'est avéré que non. Pour le coup, nous avions envie d'un burger. Nous prenons donc un burger. La cuisson de la viande est parfaite, les pickles sont fameux, les frites croustillantes, le pain toasté. Et d'une taille énorme !||Puis le gâteau à l'ananas délicieux ! |Un playlist sympa, pas trop de monde compte tenu de l'époque, une serveuse souriante avec un délicieux accent.|Bref une adresse très sympa

Highly recommended. This accomodation provides everything for your perfect winter vacation. A room for your ski and snowboard + boots dryer in the cellar, sauna on top, restaurant and a nice view. The rooms were ultimately comfortable and cozy.

Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de skier come il était prévu. Heureusement cet hôtel est situé au plein cœur du cartier avec plein de service disponible (resto - location ski). Nous avons bien profité des alentours et notre séjour à l'hôtel.

Hotel prima. Vriendelijk en oplossingsgerichte receptie. ||Kamer was ok. Mooi uitzicht. Ruim balkon wat deel vd dag in de zon ligt. Douche prima, bedden goed.||'s Ochtend wordt de supermarkt aan de overkant vh hotel rond 07.00 uur door vrachtwagen bevoorraad. Met een open raam, voor mij een must, betekende dat vroeg wakker. De verlichting in de kamer is beneden wat je mag verwachten in een hotel van deze prijsklasse. Ontbijt was ok. Lekker brood vooral. Diner was ook prima. Bottomline: ik kan dit hotel aanraden
