I had a really lovely stay at PlanB. It was my first time solo travelling and I was a bit nervous from the offset! But having friendly faces help make everything run smoothly was excellent! My room was very nice and clean. It was also quiet and all round very comfortable. Ski lockers were also really handy and accessible! I would definitely stay here again and I’ll be recommending here to my friends and family!

I had a booking made for my supposed stay from March 5 until 7. Howver, due to the war in the Middle East my flight was cancelled. Inspite of my appeal for refund on March 1 due to this unforseen event, my appeal thur expedia and Plan B hotel was denied. I was told by the hotel that they will just assist me in my insurance claim. Although I understand the business aspect of their denial, I find this to be more on their greed. This is just for one room and selling the room upon my cancellation is definitely possible. Such a self-centered if not heartless business practice. While people are suffering substantially from the war, others are acting like hyenas preying on the injured.

Worn down ond poor service. What ever we asked for, nothing was possible. Voucher given at check in was not possible to use for beer. Breakfast was very limited.

일단 위치는 더할나위 없이 좋습니다. 특히 스키여행의 경우, 모든 지역으로 가는 스키버스가 다 문 앞에 서고, 쿠르마이유나 메제브/생제르뱅 스키장을 갈 때에도 바로 앞에서 버스를 탈 수 있습니다. 재네바 공항 버스도 마찬가지. 특히 방 청소상태가 아주 훌륭합니다. 스키를 마치고 돌아오면, 방이 아주 깔끔하게 잘 청소되어있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 식당에서도 직원들이 아주 친절하게 매일 맞아주어서 마음이 아주 좋았습니다. 리셉션도 친절하고 빠르게 일을 진행해줘서 새벽 체크아웃인데에도 편했습니다. 전반적으로 흠잡을 곳 없고 훌륭합니다.

L’hôtel plan B est une très belle découverte. L’hôtel est bien placé à l’endroit sud de Chamonix. L’accès au centre ville se fait très rapidement. chambre très spacieuse avec petite cuisine très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Le personnel est très sympathique

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right next to the bus station, which makes it extremely convenient—whether you are arriving from Geneva or Annecy, you can reach the hotel within a 20-second walk. From the hotel, it is also very easy to access downtown Chamonix, the train station, and Aiguille du Midi, all within a short walk or quick transit. The room is what you would expect from a good hotel: clean, well maintained, and comfortable. In addition, the view from the room was wonderful and added to the overall experience. I would especially like to compliment Jonathan, the receptionist. He was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. We stayed in Plan B for 4 nights - perfect location for the ski bus just outside, 5-10min walk to the centre of Chamonix for restaurants, shops & ski hire.Our room was spacious with sofa & coffee/tea facilities but no fridge. Bathroom stocked with towels (clean every day) body wash, shampoo & hairdryer. We only ate in for breakfast and they have a continental selection and hot food but they do evening meals too. The ski/boot room is secure, dry and warmI would definitely recommend this hotel for any skier

Si vous cherchez un hôtel idéal pour les enfants à Chamonix, ne cherchez plus! Plan B est idéal! Super bien placé, personnel adorable, une chambre très grande avec une literie très confortable, petit dej’ super bon et des jeux partout pour les enfants! Gros bonus: nous étions venus avec nos deux lévriers, qui ont été super bien accueillis avec gamelles et friandises dans la chambre.

Locația foarte buna, camera liniștită, am fost in ianuarie. In camere nu am avut truse cu casca de dus, săpunul este lichid in recipiente mari, nu am avut papuci de interior, am avut aparat de cafea, nu am avut minibar sau frigider și nicio sticla cu apa. Am văzut că este dotat la parter cu vestiare individuale pentru depozitare echipament sportiv. Micul dejun foarte slab. Patul, pernele și pilota au fost confortabile.

Perfect location and very clean tidy rooms. Staff was very helpful they helped us arrange ski lessons with ESF. One minor note, the bathroom sink does not drain fast enough. Otherwise everything was good.

Achei o hotel simples mas muito aconchegante. Inclusive com o preço bem interessante. O café da manhã é bom, não é maravilhoso mas atende bem. A localização também é boa porque dali já fomos a pé para o teleférico. A única coisa que realmente pegou um pouco para nós foi que no quarto o teto em certas partes é rebaixado e por ser uma parte que é próxima à cama, corre o risco de bater a cabeça e se machucar, porém, tirando isso, achamos o hotel maravilhoso, com um bom chuveiro e toalhas muito boas

Lo definirei un family hotel in ragion del fatto che gli spazi, sia comuni che delle camere, sono organizzati in modo congruo alle esigenze di una famiglia con una particolare attenzione ai bambini che godono di aree gioco molto carine e conviviali. After staying in 5 hotels in Chamonix You would find out this is the best and best although there are still some missing parts but acceptable, such as they don’t have any shoes to wear in the room. Enchantés de la nuit passée au PlanB Living Chamonix ! A proximité du parking du centre ville à pieds, du centre piéton et de la gare de L'aiguille du Midi. Accueil professionnel et sympathique, chambre très bien insonorisée, ultra propre, spacieuse et bien équipée, literie confortable (sauf oreillers), petit déjeuner en supplément avec offre salé-sucré variée.

the hotel is not far away from the train station and it just 5 mins walk to the cable car station. staff are nice and the room is spacious and clean. it is walking distance to the town so it is quiet at night

리셉션 직원 완전 친절해요. 제가 예약한 업체에서 패러글라이딩 미팅장소를 변경했는데 헷갈리게 알려줘서 리셉션에 도움을 요청했는데, 직접 업체에 전화해서 확인해 주셨어요. 정말 감사했어요. 숙소 위치도 에귀디미디 전망대 바로 옆이고, 식당도 근처에 많아요. 조식도 괜찮았구요. 발코니 있는 방에 묵었는데 그곳에 앉아 맥주도 마시고 별도 볼 수 있었어요. ^^

We had a wonderful stay at Plan B on our road trip round France. Car parking was 200 - 300m away, however we could park at the hotel to drop off luggage. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc from our balcony. Breakfast in the hotel was good with enough choice for setting us up for the day. The location is excellent, well within walking distance to everything, restaurants, shops, lifts etc. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chamonix, and we would happily stay there again. Finally, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location. Comfortable room. Breakfast was not very good. My opinion is the food not kept fresh and flies allowed to land on open jars of dried fruit. The staff working in the dining area seemed to be slow to acknowledge guests and were not looking to check the food and finer details of the dining and serving areas.

The location of PlanB is great, not far from the cable car station. We had a wonderful night here. The service from the front desk and the restaurant staff was excellent—they even helped us prepare a birthday surprise. The food and the cake at the restaurant were also amazing.

When I went to check the do not disturb was removed. Either by housekeeping or another hotel guest.- Bedroom felt a bit small, but I dont know if that is just a european thing in general- No queen beds, instead its two double beds sticked together. So dont sleep in the middle of the bed unless you want back pain

Etablissement hyper sympa, déco moderne, personnel aux petits soins, et ambiance générale ultra cool. La situation dans Chamonix est idéale : nous avons laissé la voiture au garage (payant mais moins cher que les parkings environnants ) , et nous avons pu tout faire à pied ☺️ Chambre avec superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc , petit déjeuner complet.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🤞😊✌️

Un prix très bon par rapport aux prix pratiqués: exagérés de Chamonix. Nous avions la chambre/dortoir de 10lits au dernier étages qui était très sympa en famille. C'est calme sauf quand on ouvre les fenêtres sur la rue. Avec la chaleur nous avons tenter d'ouvrir le velux mais la cheminée de cuisine très proche dégage une forte odeur de friture même la nuit: dommage.

Friendly staff, a hotel with a nice vibe and close to the the city center. Unfortunately, the AC in our room was not working at all. It was around 30-35 degrees. We could barely sleep.

Hi I have been around many destinations around the world and I just visited your hotel 3weeks back with my family and I must say that your hotel is having a very good ambience and the location is excellent and top quality cleanliness in the rooms but what bothered me most was the reception the way of how the people treat you a kind of racist remark was done towards me and my family but since I was on a holiday mood I thought of addressing you all a little bit latter the way they were talking to us was absolutely not acceptable and besides this it is a very rude behavior not only to me but all of my family please I believe you have to tell your receptionist that we pay for everything and it’s not a free stay .They should be firstly taught to be polite to all guests irrespective of color and countries. Kindly looking for your answer towards this bad experience of mine from your reception.

اوتيل . جميل فاخر. يوجد به تكييف قريب من السنتر وكل شي بقربك لديهم افطار متنوع الروم كان مطل على جبل مونت بلانك يوجد به بلكونة للجلوس بها استقبال مرحب واحترافي ايضا لديهم ابتسامة يوجد لديهم مواقف اسفل الاوتيل

Un super hôtel très bien situé à l'entrée du centre ville. Les chambres sont propres , grandes et spacieuses. J ai beaucoup aimé que cet hotel soit dog friendly ! Nos amis sont super bien accueillis par tous les membres de l'hôtel. C est très rare donc merci beaucoup à l'équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec mon chien !

I came to reception after my airbnb booking was cancelled, staff from the hotel was showing us the room when its still available, and we did confirm that we will take the appartement, came down to the reception to make the payment , and the staff telling me someone reserved the room some second ago online, what a shame! How is it even possible! They refused to give us the the room. If you are reding this, you can help them change the policy simply booking or staying somewhere else. Just RUN !!!

Plan B ist ein tolles und gut durchorganisiertes Hotel. Top Lage in Chamonix in der Nähe der Seilbahn. Sauber. Tolles Frühstück in einem tollen Ambiente. Parken für 25€ im Garagenkeller war perfekt.

We recently hosted my partner’s 40th birthday party at Plan B, and I can’t recommend this place enough! From the planning to the celebration night, the team went above and beyond to make the party unforgettable. The staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind—nothing ever felt like too much to ask. On the night of the event, the service was fantastic and the team worked behind the scenes with such professionalism that everything just flowed. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the whole atmosphere made everyone feel at home while still being something truly special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for helping us create such meaningful memories. We’re already looking for an excuse to come back!

Très pratique si vous prenez le bus FLiXBUS ou un autre. La vue depuis la fenêtre de certaines chambres est très belle.

The room was compact but clean and offered a beautiful view of the glacier (3rd floor), a definite highlight. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t live up to the same standard. The hotel’s interior shows signs of age and wear. While still functional, it’s evident that upkeep has been neglected. It feel tired and overused. Food was the biggest disappointment. Dinner consisted only of deep-fried items that tasted overwhelmingly like old oil. The steak was minuscule, dry, and seemed like it had been reheated from frozen. Even after voicing concerns, no alternatives were provided. Breakfast wasn’t any better—powdered scrambled eggs, low-grade juices, and lackluster English breakfast options made us wish we’d eaten elsewhere. As for parking, the garage is cramped and a challenge for standard-sized vehicles. At €24 per night, it’s pricey for the inconvenience.

chamonix sud 버스역 바로 코앞에 있습니다. 걸어서 30초면 호텔이예요. 아침에 일찍 버스 타고 떠나는 일정이라 여기로 잡았는데 룸슬리퍼, 어메니티 하나도 없고 심지어 냉장고도 없어요. 그리고 carte d hote라고 샤모니 지역 기차 무료 탑승 티켓이 있는데, 다른 호텔에서는 체크인할때 그냥 주는데 여기는 물어봐야지만 줄까? 하고 물어보더라구요. 룸컨디션이나 서비스가 나쁘지는 않지만 다른 더 좋은 선택지가 많이 있을 거 같아요.

버스 터미널 바로 옆이고 샤모니 돌아다니는 버스 정류장도 바로 앞이라 이동 편합니다. 숙소는 룸도 크고 깨끗하며 조식도 좋습니다. 아이들과의 여행이면 즐길거리가 있는 곳입니다. Qc terme 예약을 요청하면 10% 프로모션이 적용된 가격으로 예약해 줍니다. 몽블랑 멀티패스 프로모션은 없다고 했습니다.

I stumble upon this place as I was waiting for the bus to take me to the airport. If you go inside there is a full restaurant playground for the kids, and a full bar. there are also bathrooms for you to use free of charge. Great place to hang out while you're waiting for the bus. Free Wi-Fi without the hassle of logging in or providing your email address.

Room 208 has amazing views of Mont Blanc. Good central location

Stayed one night ahead of hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc. The room was perfect for 4 people (3 twins and a sofa bed) and had a lot of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the games room downstairs. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and had a broad range of food (hot/cold/fruit etc). I would recommend as a base for hiking in Chamonix.

Si vous avez un Plan A, gardez-le ! Le Plan B n’en vaut pas la peine. Déçue par cette expérience à Chamonix. Le service était froid, comme les plats. J’ai commandé un plat vegan qui s’est avéré extrêmement épicé, à tel point qu’il était immangeable, sans aucune mention dans la description. Aucun geste de la part du personnel malgré un désagrément signalé sur place. Vraiment dommage… Je ne recommande pas.

Great location, super helpful staff, rooms are adequate and the nicer rooms might make you wonder why the hotel isn't called Plan A Hotel. The breakfast is good and the common area is lively and has plenty of drinks and food on offer as well as comfortable chairs and wifi.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel pour plusieurs points, d'abord l'originalité du concept, avec un grand espace où l'on retrouve le restaurant, le salon, le bar, la terrasse (vue sur le Mont-Blanc) et un coin divertissement (flipper, mini bowling et plein de jeux de société) Ensuite, de l'accueil de la réception aux femmes de ménage et aux personnel de restauration, ils sont tous top 👍 Nous avons été surclassé, merci pour cela Et notre chien aussi vous remercie pour son accueil personnalisé 😄 Je recommande cet établissement.

Nous avons mangé sur place et pour être très sincère avec vous, c’était vraiment très insipide, je n’étais pas habitué à cette prestation car nous avons déjà mangé, il y a quelques temps plus de six mois, voire un an c’était pas du tout la même prestation de repas là. On est vraiment dans plutôt la cantine plus qu’ un restaurant, Mon but de déposer cet avis, c’est de renouer avec les expériences précédentes car là c’est vraiment très basique pour moi, ce n’est pas acceptable. Excellent stay all around, our 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and corner position was spacious and very comfortable and gave us spectacular views up to the Aiguille du Midi (and if correct, even Mont Blanc when the clouds lifted). Very good location and from our sitting room we could check the weather up at the top. Parking at €24 a day is steep but necessary and it’s great parking underground. The staff were wonderful. The accommodation equally so. Would definitely stay here again. We moved here after a huge disappointment with a failed “booking” apartment which was a building site on arrival. Aargh. Plan B should have been Plan A, as it was a great replacement and delivered happiness in spades.

Établissement moderne très bien situé. La chambre triple était bien équipée, la literie confortable. Le balcon donnait sur le Mont Blanc. L'ensemble est propre. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit en demi pension. Très bon repas et petit déjeuner copieux. Dès qu'il manque quelque chose, le staff recharge le buffet. Juste un petit bémol sur le manque de climatisation dans la chambre. Il faisait une forte chaleur à chamonix cette nuit là et même la fenêtre ouverte, la présence d un boîtier de réglage de la température et d'un ventilateur, nous avons pas pu rafraîchir notre chambre.

Super séjour à PlanB (1 nuitée). Lits et oreillers confortables, chambre super propre, buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et varié. J’ajouterais que j’ai oublié une paire d’écouteurs de valeur et après que je les ai appelés pour leur signaler, ils m’ont téléphoné pour m’informer qu’ils les avaient retrouvés. Très reconnaissant de leurs efforts et de l’honnêteté du staff!!!

Wir haben hier im Mai 3 Nächte mit Halbpension verbracht. Unser Zimmer lag ganz oben zur Hauptstraße raus und war mit Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee ausgestattet. Es war doch sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Einziges Manko war, dass keine Steckdose im Badezimmer war, also ging der Fön nur im Zimmer mit umgestellten Spiegel. Der Lift Richtung Aiguille du Midi und der Bahnhof sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Das Abendessen im Restaurant Plan B war jeden Abend liebevoll zubereitet und geschmacklich top. Zumindest hat es uns super geschmeckt. Vielen Dank an alle.

제네바에서 출발하는 버스정류장 바로 앞에 위치해있고 스태프의 대응, 룸 컨디션, 조식 모두 훌륭해요!! 조식 중에서 크루와상, 요거트가 너무 맛있었어요👍 샤모니가 작은 마을이라 관광, 케이블카 타는 곳까지 모두 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 체크아웃 후에 시큐리티가 완벽한 방에 가방도 무료로 맡길 수 있어요. 다음에 샤모니에 간다면 또 이 호텔을 이용할 생각이예요. 너무 좋은 경험이었습니다!!

Super hôtel, super déco avec le souci du détail. Les parties communes et les chambres sont très agréables, très propres avec une bonne literie. Buffet PDJ généreux. Je ne vois aucun point négatif.

El hotel esta bastante bien!! Pero me ha dejado bastante impactada que no hay enchufes en el baño… y en la habitación todos están lejos de algun espejo. Por otro lado la calefacción no funciona, el aire sale frio aunque regules la temperatura. Cama muy cómoda, tv grande y habitación espaciosa

Pro Zimmer zugeordneten Skischrank, Zimmer sehr geräumig und Bett bequem! Spa erst ab 18 und auch überhaupt nicht einladend od. hübsch (kühles Licht, sehr einfach gehalten)

We had a fabulous stay at Plan B in Chamonix! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient right next to the bus station and within easy walking distance of everything that we wanted to do!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Plan B. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. One minor issue that we faced. We accidentally dropped our Apple Pencil in the room after checking out. The hotel promptly called and informed me within the day, following up with an email detailing how to proceed. As we were not in the area anymore, we opted to have it shipped to a hotel in another country we would be visiting in a week and covered the shipping and handling fees. However, despite our follow-ups, they delayed sending it out for a few days. Fortunately, the package arrived at the hotel on my last day before my flight back to Asia—otherwise, the cost would have been wasted.

We had a great stay. Really relaxed. Clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Good selection for all. Even English breakfast tea and oat milk for me. Reception staff were very helpful. The ski bus was right outside the hotel which was great, and going to the slopes we were the first stop so we always got onto an empty bus. We are definitely coming back next year, great location, and we enjoyed going into the town in the evenings which is only a five minute walk away. Best ski holiday ever, and we have gone skiing with Club Med before but much preferred this experience and the hotel. We will be booking direct next year and Plan B said they can even organise our transfers. Thanks Plan B for a great stay for my family and our friends.

The hotel is just located next to the bus station. It is great if you will travel to other places by bus. There are some interesting entertainments you can pay to play such as bowling games. Inside the room, though there is no fridge, there is safe and water kettle. The room is simple but practical, and it is very clean.

Tout prêt de l aiguille du midi cet hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres, la propreté et le tarif par nuit très abordable. Vraiment une belle découverte de cette hôtel trois étoile. La vue donne sur le Mont Blanc. Petit déjeuné varié. Je ne vois pas de négatif.

位置挺好，旁邊就是白朗峰纜車入口，亦有放滑雪板的房間，房間挺大水壓也夠，有茶包等，這個價錢在這裏可以住更好，本來以為桑拿是免費的，但是要收費。

Cet hôtel est vraiment un très Bon plan: le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres très spacieuses et la restauration excellente; idéalement situé pour accéder en bus aux sites de ski et à pied au téléphérique de l’aiguille du midi.

L’hôtel est bien situé mais c’est tout ce que je lui trouve. La chambre était très chère pour les prestations et surtout mal nettoyée ! Il y avait des traces de dentifrice sur la porte de la salle de bain, de la poussière sur les meubles… lorsqu’on a fait la remarque à la réception, le personnel de ménage chuchotait entre eux et rigolaient. Pas top.

Amazing stay!

Booked directly for a 5 night skiing trip with friends. The hotel is very comfortable, smartly designed and offers great service. We had a BnB deal and breakfast was very good. The hotel has a bar with excellent local craft beer. Location in Chamonix Sud is next to all of the ski bus stops and we caught one within minutes each morning. The centre of town and all of its bars and restaurants is only a short walk. We loved this place.

Super Nous avons dormi dans un appartement pour deux personnes, la vue de la chambre et du salon est magnifique (vue Mont-Blanc). Très silencieux. Chambre avec rideaux épais, mais pas de volets (donc un peu lumineuse). Hôtel familial. Petit-déjeuner très sympa également. Très bien situé.

Stopped in for bowling and a drink. They sold us bowling tickets at the bar however we never got to play as they kept selling the people more bowling rounds too the people already on the lanes. Finished our drinks and asked if they would refund our money for bowling which they declined. We were offered a discount on another drink or chips to take home to offset the price of bowling.

Absolutely flawless stay Location was right outside the bus stops - ideal to jump on for multiple ski areas. Food was outstanding, half board options included the entire evening menu (starter and main or main and dessert) and was delicious, Staff were unbeatable and friendly, attentive and jolly. Ski lockers were heated so no soggy boots to return too! Clean and powerful showers, all in all an unbeatable stay and would happily return spring summer autumn or winter!!! Plan B will always be our Plan A from now on! We had such a smooth stay, everything was just as we wanted! Comfortable, quiet room with space to unpack a bit, friendly, helpful staff, good, varied and plentiful breakfast. The location was excellent to access local restaurants and shopping (well, a quick walk) as well as to hop on the bus to Geneva first thing in the AM. I hesitate to write such a good review for fear there will not be room for us next time, but this is the truth, we absolutely loved it!

This place was great: well located, efficient staff, restaurant/bar, arcade games for the kids, and most importantly quiet, relatively spacious rooms, and comfy beds. The bathrooms were great (no water everywhere like some). I realize this sounds like a bot because it is all positive, but I struggle to find anything negative to say. And the breakfast was plentiful with many options and delicious!

The location was fantastic, right by the bus station and only 5 minute walk to the centre. ||The only downside was it was very expensive (half term week which didn’t help!) and it was very busy so we didn’t manage to use the bowling alley even though we tried a few times. The description said complementary toiletries, so for once I didn’t pack shower gel - but the toiletries only consisted of shampoo and hand soap! ||Staff were very friendly, English speaking and very helpful. We arrived late on the first night and my children were thirsty. The bar was closed so the man on reception gave us a jug of water to take to our room.

Le lieu est chaleureux, les serveurs/serveuses sont au top, l’ambiance et les plats aussi. Parfait pour manger le soir entre classe et chill !

Plan B is a great hotel! They do everything well. Stylish all over, v comfy beds, friendly staff, and great breakfast (we didn't eat in but the evening menu looked excellent too). Easy walk into town for all the social stuff and shops, but far enough not to hear them. And, the ski bus goes from literally outside.

Un hôtel bien situé à coté du centre ville c’était super agréable comme petit séjour. Vous avez une salle de jeux pour petit et grand, un spa et même un bowling de quoi passer du temps même par mauvais temps. Merci PlanB pour l’accueil à Chamonix Mont-Blanc !

Great facilities, friendly helpful staff and great location - right next to Ski-bus depot. Will definitely book again if we return to Chamonix.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Chamonix, and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. Everything is very clean, and the staff is friendly.||A small complaint about the food – it's always the same, and there should be more savory options for breakfast and a larger à la carte selection for dinner. Also, the garage is not suitable for large cars.

Great hotel in Chamonix. Perfectly placed for ski bus trips to the lifts. Good rooms and friendly staff.
