Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à l'hôtel Totem Friendly qui porte bien son nom car dans cet Hôtel, l'accueil est adorable. Toute l'équipe vous accueille avec sourire et convivialité, un vrai Coup de Cœur 🩷 pour M.Christine la Directrice de l'établissement qui a accueilli notre petite Dolci 🐕avec des friandises, un grand Merci à elle. C'est une petite attention qui mérite d'être souligné tellement elle a été apprécié. On sent cette authentique envie de faire plaisir et cette volonté de bien recevoir. Notre chambre, joliment décorée avec vu sur la montagne et les pistes de ski était vraiment sympa avec sa baignoire, un vrai + Salle de sport est SPA pour se détendre. Just back from a great stay at this lovely hotel with family. Rooms are super cosy, spa lovely and the food is exceptional! My daughter and I are vegan and the food was brilliant at breakfast and dinner. The chef made special food for us. Location in Flaine forum on the sloops is fantastic. We will definitely we back.

Il y a une boutique de location à l’intérieur de l’hôtel avec du matériel de très grande qualité et JC et Allan sont de très bons conseils. C’est vraiment très pratique et les prix très compétitifs , surtout ne pas hésiter . |Ce que l’on retient en premier de cet hôtel très friendly c’est la gentillesse du personnel. C’est exceptionnel et à tous les postes. Que ce soit la restauration, la réception, le bar, la cuisine le spa le ménage et j’en oublie certainement. Tous ont le sourire. Hotel location - great for slopes and Flaine Forum. Boot room very accessible. Great that they have their own ski equipment rental shop - great staff service in here. Some areas of the hotel look a little tired (why I have the rooms a 3 rating. Breakfast was changeable - some days great, some days poor. Comfy bed, good shower, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice spa / sauna area.

La décoration y est très soignée et très harmonieuse. En dehors de l'aspect purement esthétique, l'hotel est dirigé avec professionnalisme et bienveillance. Le personnel est accueillant et le service est irréprochable. Le buffet est excellent et les menus proposés sont variés. Nous tenons à remercier personnellement Lola, Rémy et le reste de l'équipe de nettoyage, Mat, Amicie, Mathilde, Ewen, ainsi que toute l'équipe du bar et du restaurant, le personnel de la réception et du magasin de location de ski pour leur accueil et la qualité de leur service... Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et espérons pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine.

Magnifique séjour d'une semaine à Flaine, à l'hôtel Totem en famille. La suite familiale était très spacieuse pour nous 5 (deux adultes et 3 pré-ados). La chambre est joliment décorée et est très confortable. La restauration est vraiment un des points forts de l'hôtel. Nous étions en demi-pension : chaque soir, chaque matin c'était un plaisir de se rendre au restaurant. Mention spéciale pour le personnel, d'une extrême gentillesse. L'hôtel est très bien placé à Flaine Forum à quelques mètres du démarrage des cours de l'ESF (ultra pratique pour nos 3 filles qui étaient en cours le matin). This is a very good hotel and excellent location. We stayed half board both breakfast and dinner are very nice. And the staff are amazing but the breakfast and dinner teams are under staffed they are constantly running around to serve a full hotel and obviously that results in all kind of long waits.

Didn’t stay in this hotel but visited the spa twice- the massage was the best one I’ve ever had and the people very kind and friendly. Beautiful place.

The hotel was a great find. Close to the slopes, lovely choice of breakfast and dinner, clean and lovely friendly staff.||As others have said, it would be nice to have a heated boot room and free tea and cake at 4pm when you come back in but it is a 3 star hotel so you can’t expect everything!

This hotel is comfortable, well decorated and looks rather cool, however it is let down by poor quality food and generally slow poor service. Ski/boot room is close to the slopes but there are no boot dryers. ||Leaving at 9am and returning to the hotel at 3pm my room had not been cleaned. You need to pay EUR10 for the SPA.||Unfortunately the food at the breakfast and dinner buffet is not particularly good quality and is let down by the fact that that there are always items missing which are not replaced quickly. Items are often cold (cold beans for breakfast, lukewarm warm scrambled eggs etc.) If you wait around for something to be refreshed then by the time it is some other item will be missing. There is a desert cabinet with some nice cakes but once they are all gone it is not refreshed||For some reason one of the serving staff constantly fills the egg boiler with cold water so you ca

Very pleased with Hotel Totem. The communal area for eating and around the bar is spacious and welcoming. There are funky touches with some of the artwork and furniture which gives the place a distinct character. The food was decent and service always helpful and friendly.|We stayed in a larger room with a balcony which was plenty spacious. Any smaller would have been a squeeze so I'd recommend paying more for a larger room.|You're on the snow just outside the hotel with the main gondola a minute's walk away.

The best part of the hotel is the common living area/reception and the mountain view from there. The fireplace is very nice and creates a cozy atmosphere that really makes you want to sit there for a long time. The balcony facing the mountain is also lovely and a great place to spend time in good weather. Unfortunately, some of the staff at reception and in the kitchen did not speak sufficient English, which was surprising for a hotel of this size. Because of this, we couldn’t always get clear answers to our questions and sometimes had to let things go without proper information. In general, I also didn’t find the staff as welcoming and warm as you would normally expect in a hospitality environment. Once again, our older gents ski club enjoyed the warm hospitality from the Totem team in Flaine. Apart from the hotel's superb location, the staff & management are exceptional. The food buffet is delicious everyday, with so much choice. The bar, restaurant , reception staff, & the in-house ski shop owner could not have been more welcoming, friendly & professional. I have stayed in many ski resort accommodations & this provides the perfect blend of good service and value for our January trip. Thank you Totem team.

We flew in to Geneva, and did our own transfers via train to Cluses then the bus up the mountain. (train £90 return for 3, bus £30 one way for 3) we had to get a private transfer to Cluses on return as the bus timetable didn't fit with the train or flights. (it was a Thursday so they aren't as frequent as the weekend, this cost us £96.00)||A lovely well placed hotel, close to the lifts/slopes/ski school etc. We had a warm welcome at 2pm with apple juice and our room was ready, which was very much appreciated after leaving home at 2am. The ski hire shop is next to reception and they are super helpful with really nice kit. My husbands own ski boot broke, and they very helpful in sorting hiring a pair for our last 2 days.||Our room was a junior suite room 525 (2 adults and a 12 year old child) pleased we went for the larger room. We had a fabulous Christmas week at this hotel. It was clean, warm and really well located. The food was really good and the staff were happy and always helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Gros plus pour sa salle de sport avec vue sur le domaine. On vit un moment suspendu dans l'immensité du blanc tout en étant au chaud. A bientôt !

Très bon séjour dans l'hôtel Totem pour notre escapade en amoureux. L'hôtel est facilement accessible aussi bien pour la dépose des bagages que l'acces aux pistes du domaine. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Le spa est un vrai plus après une journée ski avec un bain bouillonnant donnant sur une magnifique vue des montagnes. Great hotel located straight by the slopes. Rooms are clean and comfy, with stunning views from the balcony. Food was delicious, from breakfast to dinner buffet. Make sure to try out the "Oeuf Parfait" which was a delight! J'ai eu la chance de venir séjourner deux jour avec ma compagne au Totem en décembre. Nous étions sur place pour des raisons professionnelles. Nous furent excellement accueillis. Espace restaurant très apaisant et de grande qualité. Nous avons adoré l'ambiance, le mobilier, les epaces, le design brutaliste, contemporain, bahaus. La chambre très conrortable et spacieuse (406) nous a offert une vue superbe sur les pistes. Nous avions de même un grand balcon. Enfin, nous avons été très satisfaits du buffet matin, midi et soir ou nous avos effectuer nos renocntres professionnellles.

We had a pre-Christmas family get together at the hotel and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Not everyone was a skier - those that were took full advantage of the ski in/ski out facilities and brilliant alpine skiing. Those that weren’t went off exploring on the numerous walking paths with two very excited dogs (their first time in ‘proper’ snow!). The hotel was great. The staff were - as the name suggests - extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The bedrooms were comfortable with a powerful shower/bath after a day on the slopes. I used the jacuzzi (the most picturesque I’ve ever been in?) the sauna and the gym, but there were also loads of spa treatments available for those who wanted a pamper. Nous avons passé un super séjour au Totem à Flaine ! La suite familiale était parfaite : une chambre enfants trop mignonne, et une chambre parents avec une vue magnifique et un grand balcon. L’accueil a été au top, chaleureux et attentionné. L’hôtel est au pied des pistes, en face de l’ESF, avec une pièce très pratique pour ranger les skis. Le coin canapé au fond, près de la cheminée, est ultra cosy pour se détendre après le ski. Et en plus, c’est dog friendly 🐾 et family friendly 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 ! Une super expérience hivernale, qu’on recommande à 100 % ! ❄️❤️

This is a great hotel located right at the base of the Gran Plattier which is the main lift to the top of the mountain. The hotel manager, Mary Christine is completely charming and takes her role as GM very seriously. Every single member of staff was courteous, helpful, professional, and very ready to please and accommodate any needs that we had. The food changed each day and was delicious and plentiful. Our only observation would be that the double rooms could really use some extra hooks to hang coats and ski apparel, but really if that is the only thing that I worried about, there really is not very much to be concerned here. This might be rated as a three star hotel, but it acts as way higher. Consider yourself very lucky if you manage to book rooms here.

Great hotel. My room with balcony was great. Layout of hotel fantastic in terms of easy access from rooms to ski equipment room and then out onto the snow. Really convenient and easy. Buffet breakfast very tasty with wide variety of options. Staff were really efficient and friendly and the bar is great too.

Super emplacement au pied des pistes, très bon accueil, le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner (buffet salé et sucré) avec des produits frais. Cependant, l’hôtel est vieillissant, l’insonorisation est mauvaise, les chambres sont vraiment très petites si vous prenez le « premier prix ». Le buffet du soir est extrêmement cher et ne vaut absolument pas son prix pour la qualité de ce qui est servi. Nous avons payé pour nos 3 repas du soirs mais nous avons préféré allé manger ailleurs les 2 soirs suivants au vu de ce qui nous étiez proposé le premier soir. Les plats sont froids, de mauvaises qualité et finalement il y a peu de choix pour un buffet. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h15 et il manquait déjà beaucoup de choses dans le buffet qui n’a pas été re rempli.

On va commencer par le positif : très bon buffet (personnel très agréables et très compétent, petit bémol avec certains qui ne parlait pas français). Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à la station et les pistes. Grande chambre. Le spa très sympa et un vrai plus le bain bouillonnant . Parti pris pour les boissons au bar. C'est un style, on aime ou pas. La vue de la chambre était super. |Le négatif : pas mal de vaisselle ébréchée (dans la chambre et au buffet) . Sur une semaine de séjour, une fois la chambre n'a pas été faite. Une fois, les draps d'un lit devait être changée mais ça n'a pas été fait. Mais le gros moins. C'est la personne de la réception qui nous dit une fois que la bagagerie vient d'être ouverte quand on a bjen vu quelle était constamment ouverte le samedi de notre arrivée. Et de nous faire croire qu'elle ne savair pas la place à dispo

Excellent staff who were very friendly, serviceminded and helpful, especially Chris in the reception who really went all the way to help us the late night when we arrived ,a family of 4 that were very hungry and all shops and restaurants in Flaine had closed. Great recommendations for restaurants as well. We missed more fresh fruit in the breakfast buffet. It only had oranges and grape fruit. Unfortunately the scramble eggs were made of powder eggs and not real fresh eggs. We also missed fried eggs but appreciated the fresh juice machine and the bread. Nous avons été très déçus par l'accueil réservé. Nous avons réservé une suite junior pour 3 personnes et on s'est vu attribuer un casier à ski pour 2 personnes. Nous signalons à la réception que nous ne pouvons pas y rentrer toutes nos chaussures de ski mais on nous répond qu'il n'y a pas de solution étant donné que l'hôtel est complet. Devant notre insistance on nous propose la bagagerie (grande ouverte à plusieurs moments de la journée et loin d'être idéale pour sécher des chaussures). Nous voilà donc avec les chaussures de ski dans la chambre 😤|Dommage car à côté de ça l'hôtel a de nombreux atouts comme un buffet très varié.

Overall, disappointed—though I was probably expecting too much from a 3* hotel (paying over €600 per night naturally raises expectations). Pros: - Close to the slopes - Great breakfast - Limited but comfortable spa Cons: - First time in my life I’ve been charged to access a spa as a client - Bedroom poorly maintained and equipped (scratches on the walls, dust and leftover hair, only one chair, missing shower gel, two single mattresses instead of a king bed, etc.) - Ski room is poorly heated, so your shoes will still be wet the next morning

An excellent hotel located right at the start of the ski tracks perfect for kicking off the day and heading straight to the slopes. From the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed, especially thanks to Ester at reception. Her kindness and vibe set the tone for the outstanding service we received throughout our four-night stay. The cozy living room next to the restaurant became our favorite gathering spot with friends, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was truly five star, with Cristhian going above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. The only minor downside was that the rooms were a bit warm for my preference, but simply opening the window at night resolved this. Overall a fantastic stay, I highly recommend it!

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Das Hotel ist modernisiert und auf einem aktuellen Stand. Der Service ist exzellent und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist nicht nur französische orientiert sondern bietet auch Eier in allen Variationen, Pancakes etc. Das Abendessen ist als Buffet gehalten und bietet alles von div. Vorspeisen bis Hauptmenü. Der Höhepunkt ist, dass man auf Wunsch auch ein Käse Fondue erhalten kann. Die Bar ist gut ausgestattet und bietet von Bier über eine vielfältige Weinkarte bis Cocktails alles. Der Service ist schnell und zuvorkommende. Highlight ist die Lage. Man kann direkt vom Hotel auf die Skipiste.

Magnifique séjour en janvier avec mon mari. Nous avons été heureux de revoir Marie-Christine, qui était la directrice lors de l’ouverture de l’hôtel en 2015. L’esprit est identique et l’hôtel n’a pas pris une ride! Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons mangé à la Friendly Kitchen. Les mets étaient très bien présenté et on avait envie de tout manger! La nourriture était délicieuse, ainsi que les cocktails au bar. J’ai profité d’un massage sportif avec Sarah, qui était très professionnelle. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement et pensons qu’à y retourné. Coming regularly to Flaine, the Totem is a very pleasant place to relax (spa), have an afterski drink or have dinner! The location & view are amazing and the service great! We were also here for New Year's eve and we had a blast with a super DJ! We strongly recommend you to try it! Promise, you'll come back!

Place is generally good but missing details in a lot of key areas. Rooms with more people don't get more storage space or boot room space so if there are 3 of more you'll probably need to keep ski gear in your rooms.

Nous avions réservé plusieurs chambres pour passer la fin d'année en famille. L'emplacement est parfait. Le personnel du restaurant est souriant et plutôt réactif. Le buffet est très correct mais il manque du choix pour les entrées. La déco est très belle mais les chambres sont parfois faites avec retard en fin de journée et l'aspirateur n'est pas passé tous les jours dans les chambres ! Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que tout soit très bien. Je le note 8/10

Absolutely amazing! Staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms far more spacious than other hotels we have stayed at in Flaine. Actually ski in ski out with spacious boot room and ski lockers. Can’t complain!

Idéalement situé, cet hôtel au très beau design vous accueille avec son équipe avec gentillesse, sympathie et professionnalisme ! Le restaurant est excellent que ce soit au petit déjeuner, à midi ou le soir avec des buffets copieux et variés. Les chambres sont de qualité. Le spa et la salle fitness vous accueillent à bras ouverts. L’équipe de location de ski est très professionnel. Cet hôtel est à recommander et mériterait une quatrième étoile. Nous avons réservé en dernière minute une nuit en suite junior pour passer la Saint Sylvestre au calme et offrir à notre petit garçon sa première fois à la neige. Commençons par le positif : L'hôtel est idéalement placé dans la station, très design, la décoration est soignée et le personnel très agréable. Dès notre arrivée, l'un d'eux nous a conseillé de décharger devant et de rejoindre ensuite le P2 pour ne pas avoir à payer 8€ de l'heure au P1 (1:30 gratuite donc largement suffisante pour décharger et le P2 accessible rapidement à pied). La chambre en elle-même avait une vue imprenable sur les montagnes donc parfaite pour profiter d'une belle vue. Nous avions demandés l'ajout d'un lit bébé et celui avait bien été monté à notre arrivée d'ailleurs nous avons pu prendre la chambre une demi-heure avant le check-in officiel. Le petit déjeuner étai

Presque 500€ la nuit c'est très cher au vue de la taille de la chambre et de la sdb. Spa : ridicule et il y fait froid. On ne comprend pas pourquoi l'accès n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre et pourquoi il n'y a pas de peignoir 2 types de personnel : le personnel français très dévoué et le personnel indien (je pense) qui ne parle pas un mot de français ! Et nettoye les tables en mettant tout par terre et sur les chaises ! Enfin le restaurant : surtout éviter le buffet à volonté. La qualité des plats est médiocre et là encore pas du tout à la hauteur du prix qui est bien excessif ! Le petit déjeuner est par contre très bien

Une très mauvaise expérience avec cet hôtel qui s'est permis le lundi 15 avril en pleines vacances de Pâques, de faire la fête jusqu'à minuit passé, avec des volumes de sono irrespectueux : même avec le casque anti bruit c'était audible. Bien entendu ils ont en plus eu un mépris complet pour les usagers lorsqu'il leur a été demandé de réduire le bruit...

Grosse déception pour ce hôtel emblématique de l'art brutaliste. Seul point positif, l'architecture exceptionnelle du bar/restaurant et son personnel sympathique. Côté hôtel, c'est une catastrophe, pas tant pour la chambre minimaliste avec un lit qui a bien vécu que pour la salle de bain de type Formule 1, vieillissante, microscopique, sans aucun produit d'accueil. Quant au spa, avec supplément, il n'y a pas de peignoir. Vous avez donc le choix entre traverser l'hôtel en maillot de bain ou vous changer, comme un client extérieur, dans un vestiaire avec casier. En résumé, des prix d'hôtel 4 étoiles pour une prestation 1 étoile. Profitez du bar, mais ne séjournez pas dans cet hôtel, cela n'en vaut pas la peine.

Nous avons passés une après-midi au spa et bar du totem. Équipe du spa au top même si nous avions pas réservé, vu imprenable et bonus prêt du maillot de bain que madame à oublié. Au bar merci à Ewen pour ces cocktails délicieux et sa bonne humeur et son professionnalisme ;)

Penny wise….The owners of this hotel think they found a formula to run a successful business by removing handsoap expense from their budget. You cannot wash your hands to save your life here. And that with majority of clients being children or adolescents or young families, in a post pandemic world! When asked for some handsoap we were directed to step into shower and use the shampoo: ‘we dont provide soap any longer’. If only this was the sole problem, however. The overall cleanliness especially of common areas is questionable, the hygiene around buffet-style restaurants quite poor. Under the pretense of cool decor, they are penny pinching on every step, including on having sufficient number of staff or training them to run the place and address their clients requests. Extremely disorganized, forgetful or plainly clueless, the saving grace is their enthusiasm as they are all here to ski

I stayed at this hotel recently who are marketing themselves as a ‘Friendly Hotel’. I was spoken to very rudely by a member of staff in the bar area. I have autism and suffer from anxiety. This experience ruined my trip which we had booked for my fathers birthday.

We stayed here Feb 2024 in a balcony room.. B&B The room was great, shower a bit low.. But fine.. Bed was enormous 🤩 Location is right at the foot of the slopes.. Fantastic. Service was exceptional.. All the team worked hard and were friendly and made the stay memorable. We ate out in the forum a few nights (Bauhaus is amazing) but also had 2 meals in.. Which were fantastic... Nothing ran out.. I wish I could have eaten more! A great holiday and Hotel Totem was a massive part of that. Thank you 👍

Great location although ski room is not heated so your boots don't dry. Rooms are nice and clean but tiny. Breakfast is good but evening meal buffet is often cold or over cooked. Bar is great and comfortable. I left my house keys in the room on departure, called them when I got home and asked if they could post them back, 4 Yale keys on a ring, I had an email asking for 39.78 Euros before they would post them. I called to question the ridiculous charge and was told it is what it is, disgusting in my opinion. Never got my keys back!!

We had a 6 day ski holiday here. The location is amazing - you can pretty much slide on your skis to the main gondola and it's in the middle of the flaine forum which is a small selection of shops and bars. Food was great and different every night. Room was quiet and well appointed. Pillows were a bit big for my taste. Staff were very friendly. Spa was nice too, and actually think it's a good thing they charge for it, as it kept it quieter and more relaxing. Good value. We'll probably be back!

Good hotel and close to slopes. Food is good hearty ski fare. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is usual continental plus bacon and sausages etc..very good. Evening meals ok and excellent home made deserts. Only comments would be a firmer mattress and there is no reason for a premium for mountain view room.

J'aime beaucoup, beaucoup la déco. Dépareillée et contemporaine, sans dénaturer l'ambiance montagne malgré tout, car très cosy. Mélange réussi et stylé, qui paraît inspiré des "Mama Shelter" je trouve (hôtels designés par Philippe Starck). Un plaisir de prendre un verre auprès de l'âtre, dans un confortable canapé, après une journée neige.

Excellent location to the ski lifts. Good quality dinner and breakfast while dinner can be very busy and food may run out in the middle for 7pm slot. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, but quite small and “unique” design of the room e.g. lighting, making it less suitable for kids. Overall very satisfied but I may try other highly reviewed hotels nearby.

Je fais remarqué au serveur du bar que ma commande est incomplète et pas conforme à ce qui ai indiqué sur la carte, je précise que le monsieur doit être le responsable du bar car il a une tenue noire, il me répond qu’il a pas le temps qu il a trop de travail ! Je suis choquée de voir si peu de professionnalisme.. habitué aux hôtels je n’ ai jamais eu affaire à un tel culot ! C est dommage car le cadre est joli et les autres serveurs sont très polis malheureusement je ne reviendrai pas et je ne conseillerai pas à mes amis il y a un minimum de respect lorsqu’on fait un travail de service.

I don't do many reviews but this hotel really deserves a positive endorsement..The hotel is well positioned being close ( less than 5 mins walk) to a main lift. Like most French ski resorts Flaine was built in the 70's brutalist concrete box style which many including myself find ugly and the hotel is part of that development. However, you spend most of the week inside or looking at the beautiful mountains. The hotel certainly lives up to the friendly name with staff in the reception, bar and restaurant area going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Most of them also spoke excellent English. Inside it's a bit quirky but the eating, bar, lounge area is pleasant and more than fine for a 3 star hotel. I am very keen on my food which was the best part of this hotel. We were in room 512 on the forum side of the building, The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The room was small but adequate. There is a kettle, Safe, hairdryer etc, There are a couple of English TV channels Inc Film 4 (running live UK time) Food is served Buffet style, Breakfast between 7 - 10am and Buffet Dinner has sittings at 7 and 8.30pm. Food was plentiful with a good choice available, gluten free bread available, cheese fondue at no extra cost on request daily. Drinks are free at Breakfast but not on an evening cost a minimum of 7 euros for a glass of wine. Access to the wellness and fitness areas are 10 euros per person per day or 45 euros for a 6 day pass. A back massage starts from 45 euros for 20 mins. The staff are young, friendly and energetic. The food is mostly great (the occasional cold pototo and oversalted fish notwithstanding). The hotel is close to the slopes. Outdoor jacuzzi is nice. We had a really tiny room, . We got a great price with Sunweb.

Very well managed. Goo choice buffet style cuisine. Have stayed here several times. New management equally good. Local transmitter chooses not to distribute the main BBC and ITV Channels. Only Film4, channel 4 and ITV2.

Really liked the hotel and the staff. Good food en great bar. The spa/jazucci is certainly a bonus, although IMHO it should be included in the price. The only real thing I would change is the ski locker. Having no boot dryers is awkward.

We left very happy with our stay at the hotel. Most impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. Our daughter is severely allergic to dairy. Laura, the restaurant manager, and Vincent, the chef, went out of their ways to make sure our daughter could enjoy her meals there, and she did tremendously. The food was excellent in quality and value. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the ski rental in the hotel, and the close proximity to the slope. This really made significant difference. One tiny thing that could make this a 6 star review would be the strength of the shower could be improved. Otherwise, this will become our regular spot for skiing and we certainly look forward to meet Laura and Vincent again next season. Please send my regards and appreciation to the team.

Une équipe très agréable et souriante. Déco très sympa et contemporaine. Le Spa permet de passer un moment très apaisant et la tarification est très correcte. Cependant j'ai éte déçue des prestations au bar qui sont vraiment onéreuses alors que ce n'est pas du fait maison... Et les pâtisseries ne sont pas servies fraîches, date sûrement du matin ou de la veille...

Nous n'avons fréquenté que le bar en soirée. Le lieu est très sympa, déco contemporaine et canapés très agréables. Petit bémol sur les quantités sur les planches apéro qui pourraient être revues en fonction du nombre de personnes.

Ce fut un séjour merveilleux, nous nous sommes déconnectés du quotidien ! Tout était parfait : l'accueil, le repas du soir, le petit déjeuner, le massage au spa... Un grand merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel et du spa qui sont tout simplement géniaux et d'une très grande gentillesse.

Avec une amie , nous avons réservé une chambre club balcon a l’hôtel terminal neige pour mon anniversaire, pendant cette periode de Covid. Nous avons été très agréablement surprises de tout ce que l’hôtel avait mis en place pour accueillir ses clients au mieux et plus agréable pendant cette pandémie (qu'on aurait presque oublié le temps de ce weekend). On y a passe un super séjour, la vue était juste incroyable, le personnel au petit soin, tout était très propre et parfaitement bien pensé. Nous avons rencontre de grosse difficultés a accéder a l’hôtel, pris dans une tempête de neige, avec des pneus non adaptés sur notre voiture. Ici encore le personnel s'est plié en 4 pour nous venir en aide et nous fournir un service digne un hôtel étoilé. Alors un grand merci a toute l’équipe du terminal neige, et particulièrement a Kevin, pour leur aide, service et pour cette parenthèse féer

2020: Stayed here again, this time with half-board. Very well worth it! We loved our stay and would love to come back. 2019: Perfect location and very nice rooms! Loved that they have a kettle for tea and instant coffee on the room. Did not love that the cleaner took our disposable mugs and didn't give us new ones. Overall, we really liked the hotel, and I would recommend it.

A real great laid back but professionally run hotel. Staff in the bar and restaurant are great. A hotel for all the ages. Just yards from the lifts and with a ski in ski out location make it the perfect place to stay.

Mooi hotel en ideale ligging, maar bediening in restaurant laat te wensen over. Er loopt veel personeel rond : sommigen werken heel hard, anderen doen amper iets. Ook de kwaliteit van het eten is er sinds vorig jaar op achteruit gegaan. Spijtig, maar het management moet hier ingrijpen om de kwaliteit op niveau te houden

Dit mooi modern design hotel heeft ons een bijzonder onvergetelijke ervaring gegeven. Deze ervaring is vooral te danken aan het vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De architectuur en de vintage design meubelen zorgen voor een zeer prettige (hippe) ambiance om in te verblijven. Ook het nuttigen van het diner (buffetvorm) in de grote open lobby met uitzicht op de piste was zeer smaakvol, en een ervaring op zich. Kortom een hotel om zeker een keer terug te komen

Nous sommes en congé actuellement une semaine sur Flaine. Aujourd’hui 11:55, on s’est arrêté pour découvrir l’hôtel et réserver pour le soir une table pour 5. L’hôtel est conforme aux photos: belle déco avec environnement chaleureux... ce qui d’ailleurs nous donnait envie pour un éventuel séjour l’an prochain. Mais la déco ne suffit pas!!! Déjà il faut juste appliquer les bases de l’hôtellerie et du service! ....... Nous nous installons à table, joli cadre avec vue sur les pistes et commandons un Purple Mojito et un gin Star ou Bombay avec un Fentiman’s Tonic Water (spécialités de gin sur la carte). Un deuxième serveur revient pour redemander ce qui avait été commandé. Pas de souci, les 2 jeunes sont souriants et l’erreur est humaine. Great location (close to lifts and village centre), great service, helpful staff (nothing was any problem), great food and clean room. + good ski room.

Really cool bar, great place for a drink after being on the slopes all day. Live music and a log fire in the updated mid-century chic of Marcel Breuer's wonderful modernist building.

Vernieuwd hotel met vriendelijk meertalig personeel.|Degelijk ontbijt en dinerbuffet met nodige variatie. Goede kwaliteit en meerdere mogelijkheden. Gezien grote aantal engelsen,ook redelijk wat variatie in smaken ..gemberkoekjes, citroentaart...|Goede internationele wijnkaart en belgische bieren aan correcte prijzen.|Mooie ligging tussen de liften binnen een straal van 100m.

De grootste troef van dit hotel is de ligging op de ski-piste.||Het is een heel modern hotel, beton is overal aanwezig.||De skiverhuur in het hotel is zeer handig. Als je online reserveert staan je ski's klaar bij aankomst en krijg je extra korting.

Perfect location adjacent to the main lift up the mountain. Rooms are small but adequate Dinner at the hotel is buffet style but surprisingly delicious given the format. Would highly recommend.

Hip hotel, leuke stijl, erg verzorgd. Lekkere keuken, alles in buffetvorm, veel keuze. Wat ons ook bijzonder bevallen is, was de vriendelijkheid van alle personeel, van manager tot mensen aan de bar, poetsdienst. Iedereen werkte er met de glimlach, ondanks de drukte in het hotel. Het was er ook rustig en net. Kamer clean en ski-room top. Heerlijk om ski-in-ski-out te genieten van een deugddoende ski-vakantie. Een aanrader!

Very classy and stylish hotel recently taken over by the Sibuet Group. The Picasso replica Totem sculpture on the Nursery slope in Flaine Forum next to the hotel, "Face of a woman", gives the hotel its unique name.

Équipe professionnelle, hôtel idéalement situé dans la station de flaine (proche des pistes, des commerces). Hôtel modern, chambre spacieuse et propre. Petit déjeuné complet.

My wife and I stayed there for three nights as a 40th birthday treat leaving our twin girls at home. Everybody was so welcoming and friendly. The reception, restaurant staff, ski shop were all lovely. We didn't want to leave. The hotel is so close to the main lifts it's perfect. We had a massage there as well, they were expensive but amazing. One of the most relaxing so far. Thanks Juliet and Francois. The ski shop inside the hotel were also amazing. They dried our boots every night and couldn't have done more for us. The hotel room was amazing too. A view of the slopes. Very modern and comfortable. Finally the food. Wow, best ski accommodation food I have had. You would easily pay over 75 Euros per person for the food we got if you ate out. Will definitely be back. Thanks so much David and Sarah

On voulait aller au restau, mais le soir il n'y a qu'un buffet. Pas l'air mal mais pas pour cette fois. Très bien accueillis en tous cas

Мы первый раз посетили лыжный курорт во Франции, до этого были только в Австрии, Италии, ну и у нас на Кавказе. Флейн выбрали из-за большой зоны катания разного уровня, у нас с мужем разная подготовка, он по черным, я по синим :) ||Русских встретили за 8 дней один раз, в основном катаются французы, англичане и немцы. Все очень дружелюбные, но на горе лучше не зевать, могут и подрезать.||Отель нам очень понравился, до подъемника рукой подать, оформлен очень современно, номера не большие, но и не крошечные, нам было в самый раз. Вообще отель тянет скорее на 4*, мы не пожалели что выбрали его. Особенно были в восторге от еды, все невероятно вкусно! ||Ходили в ресторанчики поблизости, но решили, что ужин в отеле вкуснее, плюс на шведском столе можно попробовать сразу несколько блюд, так что в итоге последние дни ели только в отеле.||В целом отдохнули на 5+, думаем вернуться сюда как-нибудь.

Geceliğine kişi başı 250€ ödediğimiz bu kayak otelinde, gece yarısına kadar oteldeki bir grup için düzenlenmiş canlı müzik organizasyonuna katlanmak zorunda kaldık. Müzik adeta odanın içinde çalıyordu. Sonrasında koridorlardaki after party gürültüsü işi dayanılmaz bir noktaya getirdi.

Zalige shortski in Flaine. Hotel is recent vernieuwd en echt geslaagd.mooie kamers, resto in buffetvorm,hip en trendy personeel,er is echt n leuke vibe in t hotel. Trouwens perfect aan de piste op 1600m en direct naar 2560 m met de liften.wellness&spa tegen 10 euro dik in orde. Enig minpuntje is de skiroom. Kasten niet gesloten en geen bootverwarming.al bij al n topweekend gehad.

Afgelopen week 5 nachten te gast geweest in dit net geopende hotel. Eerste indruk top: veel en vriendelijk personeel, trendy en mooie inrichting en sfeer, brandende open haard en kamer (clubroom) toch klein maar heerlijke sfeer en bedden. Verflucht was enorm aanwezig (3 weken open) maar met open deur naar fijn balkonnetje met uitzicht was het te doen. Prijs-kwaliteit wel echt scheef. Voor 210 euro per nacht verwachten wij badjassen, coffee/tea making facilities op de kamer, fohn (was er op dag 3 wel), maar goed: wellicht zijn we een beetje verwend. Prijzen van bar en eten zijn vergelijkbaar met andere restaurants daar, maar kwaliteit hier wel echt stuk beter. Personeel was supervriendelijk maar een aantal (vooral receptie) echt niet competent genoeg: niet denken in mogelijkheden, in bediening ging altijd wel iets mis. Maar houding maakte veel goed. Skiverhuur was top geregeld en erg pret

It was an extremely clean and fresh hotel, I loved the interior design and the staff. It was an amazing experience and I am hoping to go there again next year. I really enjoyed my stay. I couldn't fault it if I tried.
