We had an amazing stay! The rooms were beautiful, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect. They even surprised us with a special honeymoon setup, which made our stay extra memorable. Highly recommended!

Great hotel and location and the glacier experience is great

Nice enough hotel and the little garden is super peaceful for drinks etc with a small putside pool area. But for the price (350 per night starting) it lacks any wow. I wouldn't stay there for that.

Exceptional hotel, amazing service, delicious buffet breakfast, great concierge

I've stayed at this hotel in both the summer and winter. No matter what the season, this hotel is first class. Rooms, "the library", the outdoor/indoor bar, view from rooms, heated pool, steam room,... Everything is great. They recently updated ski lockers that are heated with nice posts for hanging boots, etc. You get a free ride to/from the ski hills in the valley. It's all great. The staff is top notch and really try to make everything perfect.

This was my second stay at the Mont Blanc Hotel, this time I returned with my family.||As per my previous experience , the stand out professional and friendly staff are a credit to the management , always eager to help. A nod to Vincent at the bar, who kept my husband entertained with a shared enthusiasm for Formula 1.||The interiors of this hotel , are beautifully designed, clean fresh rooms with stunning view’s of the Alps. Great restaurant of a high standard and located right in the town with access to bars and eateries. | |A short walk to the main Gondola or the hotel will happily ferry you back and forth. ||Added bonus of a Clarins spa onsite , outdoor pool and lovely boot room for your ski equipment.||I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will no doubt be back for a third visit.

Truly an exceptional experience here and particularly seamless skiing experience. The service here is top notch, nothing was too much trouble. Skiing wise, they have a stunning ski room at the back of the hotel, alongside a brilliant shuttle service to whichever mountain resort you’d like to go to, ready at your convenience to drop you as close to the gondola as possible! Plus, a quick call to the hotel and they will pick you up at your convenience. That, in itself, is worth 5 stars. Rooms were immaculate. The hotel is located a few steps back from the main strip of Chamonix town. If you’re skiing in Chamonix and want a luxurious experience, look no further than Mont-Blanc Hotel.

My favorite hotel with views of the mountain that carries its name. Special to amuse yourself admiring the top of Europe from the warmth of the outside heated pool and whirlpool. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff as attentive and professional. The only downside is during peak seasons (winter bit also summer) it can be quite pricey. The breakfast is one of the best I've tasted (quality of products).

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location in Chamonix. The rooms are beautifully decorated with spectacular views. The common areas of the hotel are very well organized. Loved the bar area and cozy sitting area with lots of board games and books to borrow. The staff is amazing! They were always available to answer any question and were so helpful the duration of our trip. Can’t imagine there is a better place to stay in Chamonix!

This is our second trip to this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect, they offer parking, free shuttle to the different lifts throughout the valley. The rooms are nice, size is consistent with other European hotels. Americans may be disappointed with the size.

Absolutely incredible stay! The staff were warm, helpful, and always went the extra mile. My room had a breathtaking view, breakfast was amazing every morning, and the hot chocolate was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The private Porsche transfer to the town center was a brilliant touch and made everything so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again! ♥️

This hotel is located in the heart of Chamonix in front of the Mont Blanc. We were just passing by and we went into the hotel to take a look and visit, and the experience was good. The staff was warm even though we were not staying in the hotel itself. They showed us around and were very nice. So I can only recommend going there or staying there even if you need. Thank you guys for being so nice.

The hotel is very nice and room was specious, clean and wonderful. We arrived around 5 AM and Cedric was in the reception. I stayed here with my wife in May 2025 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is lovely and cosy. The room was fantastic with the most amazing bathroom and shower. The staff couldn't do enough for us and we were very much looked after. They even gave me a prime parking spot right outside the front steps. The room has a view directly towards Mont Blanc and the same view from in the outdoor pool was an amazing experience. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Only let down was the small room with a portable fan for "air conditioning" not sufficient for this level of hotel and price. Pool was beautiful.

As a hotelier myself I was totally amazed by the staff. The cleanliness the facilities the ambiance from arrival to departure it was like entering another world. A true escape. While not cheap you can’t buy class and this was one of the classiest places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

This hotel was wonderful. From the location, the beautiful rooms with excellent views to the amazing food. The staff went above and beyond and were super friendly and helpful! The spa and pool were the perfect ending to unwind after we completed the TMB. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a fantastic stay in Chamonix. I am writing directly from the hotel. We booked 3 nights (2 + 1 night booked separately) in a prestige room (not a standard one) hoping to have a magical stay for my wife's birthday.||Our room is in the back of the hotel with views of a super busy street with trucks and buses. Not to mention the noise of the machines (A/C I guess). Impossible to sleep last night which is ruining our nice long weekend for a birthday.||While the staff is nice (they agreed to cancel and refund our last night after we realized the room would be even worse), I am really saddened to see that they are not organized and that nothing can be done. They are fully booked but the hotel appears empty and most rooms were off past night. That said, they tried to sell us the suite as a solution, or chocolates and flowers for my wife's birthday. Cheesy and at a price that made me laugh.||This hotel is ruining my

Charles at the restaurant is a JOY! He completely made our wine in the garden and time in the restaurant. Protect him at all costs he is a gem :) Please also big shout out and note to Ryan who led us to safe parking despite the road closures with the race this weekend. Ryan went above and beyond to get us in safe and sound. Biggest thanks to Ryan as well :) Amazing job selecting the most hospitable team in one of the most beautiful places on earth!

This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We stayed here after finishing the TMB last summer and vowed if we ever return to Chamonix, we would stay here again…and here we are. The service is amazing, the staff are very friendly and eager to help, and the location cannot be beat. Yes it’s a bit pricey, but the rooms are impeccably clean and everywhere in the facility is cared for with utmost detail. If you’re looking to enjoy beautiful Chamonix in a luxury hotel and have a little extra money in the budget for accommodations…you will not be disappointed.

Amazing hotel! Loved the spa, restaurant, service and rooms.

We did not have a room here, but many in our mountain biking group did, and we gathered here for their breakfasts, for celebratory drinks, and to venture out to the trails. This hotel is a gem located in quaint, cozy Les Praz! It is centrally placed with very convenient access to trails in walking distance and the train station. (They provide a train pass fo your stay!!) It is beautiful, both in decor and in the surrounding magnificent mountain views! Getting freshly baked croissants in the morning was heavenly 😍 and the staff are friendly and helpful! We loved our visit!

Extraordinary - lavish simplicity at its finest.

From initial booking, great communication. The hotel organised transport from Geneva Airport to the hotel. We knew in advance there was no air conditioning but a great fan was in our room, which worked well. Nice Clarins toiletries in the room. We ate breakfast in the hotel which had a really good selection - everything you could want. The hotel recommended hikes for us, and took us to the start (& collected us from the end point). Every member of staff was helpful and was really a credit to the hotel from front desk, concierge, housekeeper and breakfast staff. We used the spa which is beautiful - however the ‘relaxation room’ was being used by a group of young children who were having a lot of fun on the swing chairs totally unsupervised and literally running riot in there. perfecta la atención.|la habitación muy pequeña, claramente habían dividido el espacio de una para conseguir dos. esto no es propio de un gran hotel. El desayuno, siendo bueno, tampoco está a la altura de un gran hotel.|Teníamos una habitación con una pequeña terraza con vistas al macizo del Montblanc, perfecta, casi hacia olvidar lo reducido del espacio interior.|Por otra parte, la atención del personal siempre fue excelente, y a recalcar que tenían un van disponible para trasladarte a casi cualquier sitio que solicitases.|En resumen, un hotel recomendable pero algo corto como gran hotel.

Location is fantastic, breakfast is superb, but staff is what sets this hotel apart though. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. Food at hotel restaurant is also top notch. Pool area is super nice for kids. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff especially Marieke, the all-star concierge who set us up with many amazing activities. We stayed in the Junior Suite with balcony which was beautiful, spacious and looked out onto Mont Blanc. The hotel itself is less than a minute walk to the main downtown area, but somehow manages to feel like it’s in its own neighborhood. Also the cookie dessert at the restaurant is out of this world.

Hotel Mont Blanc was an amazing hotel. The property is beautiful and the service is extraordinary. The pool, hot tub, and spa are nice after a day of hiking. There is a beautiful outdoor garden to have drinks and dinner. The restaurant served delightful cuisine.

Étant habitué aux hôtels cinq étoiles, je dois dire que celui-ci les vaut amplement. Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement pour le pont de mai avec nos enfants . Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel, les petites attentions laissé en chambre pour nos enfants, ainsi que pour nous, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des chambres, la nourriture, le spa piscine chauffé tout était parfait .

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l’hôtel Mont-Blanc. Le personnel est très attentionné, on nous a même offert une bouteille de champagne pour mon anniversaire. Nous avons été surclassé, la chambre était splendide. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et les massages très relaxants.

Stayed for 2 nights, had junior suite. Room was beautiful, great views, soft drinks in the mini bar included. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, had the best breakfast so far on our French road trip, nice drinks in the bar. Hotel is very central, you pay for car parking, very reasonable. My only suggestion would be to give guests better instructions on how to access the car parking. Otherwise 5 star all around

Ideally located just off the main streets of Chamonix, this hotel falls short of it's five star rating. The rooms are very comfortable with good bedding (though they could invest in better pillows) and nicely appointed bathrooms/showers. The hotel in it's heyday was probably a five star hotel but it needs some investments, especially in the plumbing infrastructure and spa/gym/pool facilities. We reported this to the hotel staff (which were very gracious and attentive throughout our stay) but they couldn't do anything about it. There was a constant odor coming from the shower plumbing and also permeated the sauna which was inhabitable. They will need a major overhaul to fix what is probably a multi-month plumbing replacement. Also, the pool and spa can use an upgrade. Lastly, the concierge was outstanding in scheduling activities.

Un séjour tout simplement inoubliable à l'hôtel Mont Blanc ! Tout a été absolument incroyable, mais ce qui a vraiment marqué mon expérience, c’est le personnel exceptionnel. Un immense merci aux femmes de chambre pour leur travail impeccable, à l’équipe de la réception toujours souriante et attentionnée, et une mention très spéciale à Max pour sa grande gentillesse et son professionnalisme exemplaire. Les installations sont magnifiques, le spa est un véritable havre de paix, la piscine chauffée un vrai bonheur, et le petit-déjeuner… un pur délice avec des produits de grande qualité. Et que dire de la vue ? À couper le souffle ! Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 34 pendant une semaine, et je la recommande vivement. Cette chambre avec hammam privé est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Un hôtel qui restera gravé dans ma mémoire pour toute la vie. Merci pour cette expérience magique.

Venus dans cet hôtel suite à l’offre d’un coffret cadeau, nous en avons profité pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Nous avons été séduits par la beauté de l’endroit. Un immense merci pour toutes les petites intentions du personnel de l’établissement. Le spa est à l’image de l’hôtel sans parler de la vue à couper le souffle lorsque l’on profite de la piscine, tout comme le petit déjeuner et le restaurant. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter et en ferons la publicité autour de nous.

We booked the Hotel Mont-Blanc to celebrate a very special occasion and we can now say that it met and went above and beyond our expectations. The staff will do anything to make you feel special, we loved the location, the facilities (especially the outdoor heated pool and hot tub) and the rooms. Very nosy rooms and location , very mixed feelings about location at night or the early mornings its nosey from all the services and people at bars and night life. I would recommend if you looking for quiet time to find another location. The room facilities are oki , the toilet is very small !!!! And

This is our go to place in Chamonix. We’ve becoming here for over 8 years and wouldn’t anywhere else. The location in unbeatable, close to everything in town. They have shuttle service to all ski mountains which really helps. It’s next to a church and the bell ringing is something we love. They always makes us feel right at home. Thank you everyone but specially Nicolas, Mariehe, Max and Geraldine. Will see you next year.

We loved Chamonix and Hotel Mont-Blanc is the perfect place to stay when visiting! One block from the town center, hot tub, heated pool and gorgeous views. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating. The services that we were especially impressed with were (1) they partner with a local ski shop that delivers rentals directly to and picks up the hotel. The hotel has a separate locker room to store the equipment, and they shuttle you to the lift of your choice when ready to ski! (2) I left my Kindle in the room and they shipped it back to New York City for us free of charge. It was so kind and generous! I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

For the second year in a row, i have enjoyed a lovely, multi-night stay. Hotel is big enough to be full service, but small enough to be charming. Spa treatments first rate, excellent restaurant, welcoming staff.

Abolsutely amazing hotel. The scenery is beautiful. The level of service and friendliness of the staff was unlike anything that we have experienced. We hope to be back in Chamonix in the future and will absolutely be staying at Hotel Mont-Blanc.

Im Ganzen ist das Hotel gut. Trotzdem gab es ein paar Dinge zu bemängeln. Zum einen sind zwei Paar Socken von mir einfach weggekommen ( ich habe das ganze Zimmer auf den Kopf gestellt). warmes Wasser gab es auch nicht immer teilweise mussten wir mit kaltem Wasser duschen. Handtücher hatten wir auch keine. Das Frühstück war auch nicht besonders lecker. Für mehr als 3 Sterne reicht es daher leider nicht.

原來是很期待住在這個酒店的，訂了一間的大一點的房子，後來他給了我們小的普通房，我向酒店投訴，這不是我訂的房間，後來給我換了大一點的房間，不過在三樓，酒店門口得staff應該是沒有經驗得服務生，說話也很不好聽，眼睛翻來翻去的，樓下服務生，還說，這就是你訂的房間，我真的很無語！ 後來看到照片才發現不是我訂的，當然酒店還和我道歉送了小香檳，但是經歷也很差！我又想做SPA，服務生說，我們酒店很滿，問了很久一直也沒有回覆，第二天早上再問，其實明明就有位子！非常差的經歷在這個酒店，完全不像五星級酒店，再也不會來了！ 🤦🏻♀️🥲

We got an upgrade for our rooms complementary . Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Breakfast has wide range of options. Very good location. Would definitely recommend it.

Le personnel est professionnel, souriant et efficace. Nous avons eu un petit « souci » récurent mais sans gravité avec les cartes d’accès à notre chambre, et le personnel à l’accueil a toujours été réactif, disponible et a tenté de trouver au mieux une solution (sans succès malheureusement). Nous avons bénéficié d’un geste commercial spontané et appréciable au moment de régler la note, bref vivement le prochain séjour!

I spent one day in this wonderful hotel, it was one of the best days of my life. Globalement cet hôtel vaut le détour ! L’emplacement dans Chamonix est idéal, les chambres particulièrement confortables, le restaurant de belle qualité. Le petit déjeuné nous a particulièrement frappé: il dépasse l’imagination, bref il ne manque rien. Le personnel est au top, notamment Arnaud de la réception et Flavien au bar qui ont fait preuve d’un professionnalisme et d’une amabilité rarement égalés. Seul défaut de cet hôtel et pas des moindres : le SPA est très décevant. Le jacuzzi en plastique externe est minuscule au point qu’il est inconfortable de s’y trouver avec un inconnu et les installations intérieures mériteraient un sérieux coup de neuf (murs tachés, deco démodée, mauvaise qualité des matériaux, salles exiguës, etc…). Nous y avons séjourné avec un animal et notre chat a été très bien reçu, les femmes de ménages très attentionnées à son égard. Un grand merci à vous tous !

Très surprise par la monde à chamonix, l’hôtel est très bien situé et silencieux Les chambres agréable et spacieuse… L’accueil manque et chaleur et de personnalisation. Les animaux de compagnies sont les bienvenus à l’établissement et c’est une point positif ! Petit bémol sur l’espace spa où vous laisser l’accès au enfants …. C’est n’est plus un lieu de détente….. il peut aussi être rapidement rempli avec les clients extérieurs et ceux de l’hôtel …. Il manque quelque choses pour un spa de renom clarins …. Peut être plus de coins calme , une piscine intérieure ? Mais globalement une bonne expérience mais le rapport qualité prix comparé à des établissements de même facture est un peu décevant

It was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced! The receptionist (I’m sorry, I forget his name) was an amazing and thoughtful man. I was a little sick, and he was so kind and generous—it really touched me. I asked for ginger and lemon, and he got them right away. Also, it was our 15th anniversary, and they upgraded our room and served us with lovely and tasty treats along with champagne!!! They made us feel so comfy and I have to say the service of this hotel is extraordinary!! I will definitely want to visit again here!!!

Great pool. Location can’t be beat. Service was exemplary. Excellent shuttle service. One item to be careful about. The design of the combination tub and shower in some of the rooms is dangerous and should be avoided by all but the most limber.

Par contre le gros bémol reste la dureté des lits, malgré le fait que nous ayons demandé de ramollir le lit et toute la bonne volonté des femmes de ménage. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The service was superb- friendly and helpful. We lounged in the garden, enjoyed the pool, and dined at their restaurant. Both the live music and plates were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back.

Magnifique établissement situé au calme tout en étant en plein centre de Chamonix. L'accueil et les services sont ceux que l'on attend d'un 5*. Beaucoup de simplicité, de l'efficacité et de la chaleur humaine. On se sent très vite chez soi dans ce cocon élégant et chaleureux. Nous avons été reçus au bar par Philippe, hôte de grande valeur, intéressant et talentueux, qui nous a régalés deux soirs de suite avec d'excellents cocktails et de sublimes assiettes de charcuterie et fromages locaux pour picorer. La décoration est raffinée. La propreté parfaite. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir stationner notre véhicule dans le parking de l'hôtel (avec supplément). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour délicieux et de Philippe, Julien, Géraldine, et de celles et ceux qui nous ont offert sourire et gentillesse.

Beautiful hotel with great service, beautiful rooms and comfy bed including pillows. Only disappointment was they could not make a fruit smoothie! Let me be fair. This is a very small village with restrictions and very little room to expand. That being, the room is as good as is possible in this environment! But still comfortable and the location is, in my opinion, the best in Chamonix. The breakfast is 5 STAR! We have been to many 5 star, upscale hotels in Europe and the quantity and quality of the food would satisfy anyone! The staff are AWESOME!

Elegant hotel in the heart of Chamonix. You could feel the luxury at this hotel, and the service was impeccable. We booked the last room in the hotel the day of our stay, and the wifi was spotty at times, but housekeeping did an outstanding job and the room was otherwise great.

Нам понравился ресторан отеля и бар. И конечно очень приятно было поплавать в подогреваемом бассейне на свежем воздухе.

Went to spa by Clarins for a massage and unwind. Jade (not sure if I spelt it correctly) was wonderful. She gave me a firm massage to fix my back. Was incredibly attentive. Thanks also to Costa for keeping me hydrated by the pool 🍹 If youre looking for a day to unwind in Chamonix, highly recommend.

This hotel is phenomenal! We took 2 rooms for 4 nights and absolutely everything was perfect from the moment we walked in to the moment we were waved off- we were blown away with the level of service by every single member of staff (special thanks to Ryan who we loved). The location, the rooms, the ambience and the spa was perfect, and breakfast catered for every taste and was high quality. Their free mini bus took us to whichever ski lift we wanted to go to, and collected us, which was so useful, and the ski hire company dropped all the gear off at the hotel and collected it- what a fab service and took all the stress out of the trip. Total luxury at this beautiful holiday- a huge well done for getting every aspect of our stay just perfect.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel du 19 au 22 septembre 2023. Nous tenions à remercier particulièrement le personnel pour son accueil chaleureux et son efficacité. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, le jardin et la piscine ainsi que le SPA permettent de véritables moments de détente. La chambre Prestige Plus est très agréable. Nous pensons déjà à un nouveau séjour pour l'été 2024.

Abbiamo amato l’hotel Mont Blanc dal momento dell’arrivo grazie alla cortesia del servizio di car valet e alla gentilezza delle ragazze della reception e l’esperienza positiva è continuata con la bellissima stanza vista monte bianco e i servizi di alto livello dal consierge alla piscina, alla palestra fino alla posizione comodissima ma a una distanza sufficiente dal corso principale per non sentire il minimo rumore durante le ore serali. Un grazie al personale sempre disponibile che ci ha aiutato quando una leggera distorsione ci ha impedito di fare le escursioni che avevamo pianificato, indicandoci le passeggiate più agevoli e accompagnandoci in auto.|È stata una vacanza bellissima e torneremo di sicuro!

Персонал сам все решает, делает как ему удобно, при заселении спросили на ресепшен можем ли мы записаться на массаж, девушка с ресепшн ответила да, спа работает до 20. Я спустилась в спа и уточнила могу ли я записаться на получасовой массаж, устала с дороги, мне ответили нет! мы уже закрыты. я удивлена так как в расписании указано работает до 20! а время было 19:20. Мы сказали ок, и спросили а сауны посетить можно? Девушка которая занималась нашим заселением ответили да, у нас есть еще полчаса для посещения саун, мы пошли в номер и спустились через 5-7 минут, но сауны уже были выключены в 19;30 и двери саун распахнуты настеж. Все это очень неприятно и персонал не соответствует отелю 5 звезд. Вечер был испорчен.

We stayed in one of the mont Blanc view junior suites and enjoyed it. In the summer heat it was a little difficult to keep the windows open at night because of noise from marathons and other kinds of merrymaking, but we did ok. It was hot at times and they have fans. The view is lovely and the room is comfortable. The food and drinks are very good at this hotel and so I ate there a lot. I would be happy to return

De retour en couple dans ce magnifique hôtel à l'occasion du marathon du Mont-Blanc. Cet établissement mérite vraiment ses 5 étoiles ! Le personnel est adorable, le petit déjeuner, la piscine et la terrasse sont au top. L'hôtel dispose d'une vue exceptionnelle sur le Mont-Blanc ! Situé au cœur de Chamonix, il bénéficie dun emplacement idéal nous permettant de ne pas utiliser notre véhicule durant tout le séjour. Petit bémol concernant l'absence de climatisation dans les chambres et le hammam qui était hors service toute la semaine. Excellent séjour malgré tout !

Excelente ubicación, hotel con muchas amenidades y cómodo, bastante staff para atender a todos los huéspedes. Era nuestra luna de miel y nos dieron una habitación viendo a la montaña, muy lindo. Las habitaciones son amplias, con sala, closets, frigobar, cafetera etc y la regadera es muy buena. El colchón me pareció muy duro o poco ortopédico para un hotel cinco estrellas. Es lo único negativo de la habitación. Nos ayudaron a contratar instructor de ski y coordinar las rentas de equipo, también tienen lockers y te llevan y recogen en vans del hotel a los puntos de ski de toda la zona. Esto nos pareció excelente. Todo lo que pedias te ayudaban y te llevaban cosas rápido a habitación. El área de bar y restaurante no lo usamos ya que queríamos conocer el pueblo pero se veía muy lindo. Mi única mala experiencia es que queríamos quedarnos en un hotel con alberca con calefacción y jacuzzi

I stayed at the Hotel Mont Blanc Chamonix just last week, and I have a few things to say. The hotel was very nice and calming when i would go to the library. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice, friendly and welcoming and the valet staff who drove us to the ski hills were also exceptionally nice. The room was really nice especially the views were amazing!! The layout of my room I found it a bit Wired because the shower was in the middle of the room. There are only 2 things that i am going to slightly going to complain about is that the Keys to my room were not working. After dinner we got back to the hotel we went upstairs and the keys were not working so i had to go back down for the front desk person to fix the keys and he did. But the next day it happened again so I went down to the front desk staff so they fixed it again and went back up and it was still not working. So we

very good staff. The staff was excellent and friendly. The room and overall hotel was beautiful. And the support with scheduling and access to adventure guides was excellent. The hotel services themselves however, we’re not very good. No spa openings, at all, very slow wifi (0.2 Mbps wifi), very limited in room dining. Breakfast was very good.

Great hotel with nice facilities but most importantly amazing staff, really welcoming and helpful all the time. Big thanks for sending back our forgotten belongings. The only suggestion I could possibly do would be to invest in more comfy pillows 😊

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The reception staff are all extremely kind, inclusive and friendly - without being too overbearing. We felt extremely welcomed the whole time. They had great recommendations for food and things to do. The lobby also has an amazing scent! The shuttle service to the gondolas was quick, easy and efficient, and the drivers were all lovely. Quick to answer the pick-up calls and quick to arrive with accurate arrival estimates. The room was clean, well-maintained and had plenty of amenities. Balcony was very cute and had a really nice view of the town and the Aiguille du Midi / Mont-Blanc! Lastly, the breakfast was top-notch! Great selection of food, pastries and coffee - restaurant staff are wonderful too.

FABULEUX ! Un vrai hôtel 5 étoiles comme on les aime. Service parfait, l’équipe de jeunes gens à l’accueil est charmante et professionnelle. Le cuisinier a accepté de faire des pâtes pour notre fille malade. La chambre penthouse est incroyable ! Le petit déjeuner délicieux

Un séjour de rêve. Un personnel attentionné et aux petits soins pour répondre à toutes les demandes. Chambre récupérée à 12h00 alors que le check-in est habituellement à 15h et nous sommes repartis à 12h00 au lieu de 11h normalement. Notre chambre a été surclassée et les nombreuses petites attentions sont adorables. J’espère revenir très bientôt pour un séjour autant romantique que haut de gamme !

Excellent hôtel in the heart of Chamonix. The rooms are spacious and have been recently updated. The staff pays attention to your needs. There's a very nice spa and a large outdoor pool as well.

Excellent séjour avec mes 2 fripouilles Jules et Jeanne offert par le père Noël 2021.. Établissement parfaitt , chambre, restaurant, bar, bibliothèque , spa, hammam jacuzzi, piscine chauffée, tout était parfait ... Merci à toutes l équipe de l hotel Mont Blanc pour leur Accueil : cocktail de bienvenue avec un mot mot manuscrit ,leur professionnalisme leur gentillesse ...

En plus d’être bien placé, de disposer d’une piscine extérieure chauffée, d’une cuisine de très bonne qualité, de chambres de très bonnes factures, de bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique (!), le personnel est charmant et extrêmement attentionné, et cela fait la différence. Que cela soit pour y dormir et/ou pour y manger, c’est toujours un très grand plaisir d’être accueilli dans ce lieu et d’y demeurer ! Certainement un des must sur Chamonix.

2 nights in mid-September and it was a dream. LOVE this hotel- we will absolutely return at our first chance as it is easily one of my favorite stays. The hotel is beautiful, views are fantastic. The staff was friendly, courteous and some of the most accommodating people I’ve ever met. Cannot wait to return in the future!

Hôtel absoluement magnifique, le service était impeccable. Nous y sommes allés pour la formule un midi au spa. Le spa est vraiment top, le massage très agréable, et la propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci pour nous avoir très bien reçu.

J’ai oublié une paire de basket acheter 160€ toute neuve dans le placard. En partant j’ai appeler l’hotel impossible de retrouver ma paire se basket. J’en déduis donc que le personnel vole. Une plainte a été déposée gendarmerie de Chambéry. Affaires a suivre… n’oubliez rien.

Après deux séjours dans cet hôtel, 5 étoiles sans hésiter. Localisation idéale dans le centre ville, tout à pied en 1 minute mais à l’écart du bruit. Les espaces communs sont très confortables et agréables. Piscine, jardin ++ Les soins au SPA Clarins cette année étaient vraiment de très grande qualité et les praticiennes très professionnelles. Petit déjeuner top, carte du bar très bien. Restaurant ok.

Bel hotel qui donne une très belle vue sur la montagne. La chambre et le service était impeccable. Le dîner au restaurant était très bon. Le petit déjeuné (pris en chambre) pourrait être meilleur.

Établissement en tout point parfait 👌avec une grande qualité tant dans l'accueil que dans le soin porté par le personnel à répondre aux besoins des clients !

Séjour parfait dans une chambre avec vue sur l'aiguille du midi, le personnel est réactif et très professionnel, nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous recommandons vivement de se laisser tenter par le spa et ses messages
