Great state staff were lovely good location👍

A solid lower-cost, unpretentious option with all the amenities and basic things you would need to support a great ski trip in Chamonix. The bus stops steps from the hotel taking you to all the surrounding ski resorts and downtown chamonix for transfer to the airport or the bus to Italy, Valle Blanche, etc. The staff are great and make sure you have everything you need, and are willing to keep your ski bags, boots, gear, etc stored in the boot room downstairs while you wait for your next travel plans. There is WiFi that works well from the room and from the lounge downstairs if you need to hop on work calls and get work done. I had no connection issues. Les Praz is a good location (and closer) to the resorts up the valley such as Le Flegere, Grands Montets, and Le Tour. 20 minute walk to downtown Chamonix on a lovely river-side path.

Perfect location, ski hire next door, flejere ski lift 3 min walk and bus stop outside hotel. Room was modern, spacious and cleaned well every day with beautiful views and had a powerful shower also. Staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was perfect with everything you need. Great value for money and would definitely come back! Thank you Les Lanchers!

Nous sommes venu manger apres le ski. Nous avons eu une bonne decouverte gourmande et tres bon. Les assiettes ont une bonne quantité et tres bien présenté. Le chef a ete a lecoute de nos attentes, merci a lui.

Malheureusement les prix demandés pour le week-end du 19 au 22 septembre n'étaient pas à la hauteur de la prestation pour des prix identiques dans d'autres établissements de Chamonix déjà connus et fréquentes (malheureusement complets et pour cause). La chambre, très propre effectivement, ne disposait d'aucune "commodité" même pas des parterres porte-manteau, aucun crochet dans la salle de bain, un minuscule savon en miette dans en emballage papier (comme dans les 2* proche gare des grandes villes). Placards minuscules. Pour les petits déj j'ai connu mieux. Le premier soir pour des raison de facilités nous avions réservé au restaurant et avons souhaité du pain avec notre repas.... Il nous a fallu attendre une demie heure qu'on le décongèle... Notre repas était fini. Lorsque nous avons demandé du "poivre (pepper) on nous a apporté une feuille de pa

Dommage...Rapport qualité/ prix non justifié. Chambre exiguë et non fonctionnelle. Idem pour la SDB.Espaces de rangement trop petits.Pas un seul crochet... Petit déjeuner très succinct : fromage blanc cartonné, jus d' orange de 5ème choix,viennoiseries de grande surface,pas de choix en pain. Personnel parlant à peine le Français. Bien sûr c est Chamonix, mais ça ne justifie pas la médiocrité des prestations. Tant pis,mais il reste un goût amer. Allez prendre des leçons d hôtellerie de l autre côté de la frontière en Suisse! On ne m y reprendra plus!

The hotel is easy to find and has a public car park next door. The car park can be very busy as it serves a number of local establishments. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are large (ours was actually 2 rooms with 2 double beds) and very comfortable. Be wary of leaving the windows open for any amount of time as the room quickly fills with exhaust fumes from the passing traffic. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price.

Un seul mot , DRAMATIQUE . Attente interminable pour manger une quiche BIO , et un Burger . J'en passe du brouhaha de la table voisine . La serveuse s'excuse pour la quiche , ce jour pas de lardons et de fromage quand au burger demandé saignant et finalement cuit comme une semelle . quand au dessert ..... carte de glace mais la moitié des parfums absent . A oui , la cerise sur le gateau , nous désirons boire un vin blanc moelleux à l'apéritif , la serveuse nous fait gouter un fond de verre de vin blanc italien qui n'es pas à notre gout . Du coup pas d'apéritif mais le soit disant verre facturé sur notre note .

Joli petit hôtel très propre et très calme. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Le restaurant est délicieux egalement.

Simple convenient hotel with okay rooms, good breakfast and amazing views of the mountains. About 20 minutes walk to Chamonix or use the free bus tickets the hotel provides

Un hôtel plutôt cher par rapport à sa qualité. Le service est assez moyen, peu de personnel parle français, les chambres ne sont pas très grandes. Mais le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont à la hauteur ! Enfin bref, un hôtel ok avec du bon et du moins.

Vu le prix de la chambre, très décevante, vraiment petite. La salle de bains réduite à un placard et avec une Vmc tellement bruyante que j'ai renoncé à en allumer la lumière. Et l'absence totale d'insonorisation, le sursaut quand les voisins ferment leur porte, l'impression qu'on est rentré dans ma chambre, et le bruit de la terrasse en face malgré les fenêtres fermées. A ce prix-là je m'attendais au moins à un certain confort.

Une chambre confortable et propre mais quelle horreur ces ferme portes qui les font claquer tellement fort et ce à n'importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit vos faisant bondir dans votre lit !! isolation phonique a revoir. Sinon petit déjeuner sucré/salé excellent et personnel aux petits soins.

L'emplacement est parfait. A côté du télécabine. Calme la nuit. Propreté au rendez-vous. Bonne literie. Chambre simple mais correcte. Accueil et service correcte. Petit-déjeuner simple mais aussi correcte. Qualité-Prix en-dessus de la moyenne. Mais tout est question de l'offre et la demande ! Merci pour ces bons moments !

Wir haben nur 2 Nächte hier verbracht, hätten aber viel mehr Zeit hier verbringen können. Das Hotel ist mit seinem Personal einfach wunderbar! Wir wurden sehr freundlich beim Check-in empfangen und der freundliche Mitarbeiter nahm sich viel Zeit all unsere Fragen zu den naheliegenden Attraktionen zu beantworten. Dies hat uns sehr geholfen unsere Unternehmungen besser und entspannter zu planen. Vielen Dank dafür! Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war für unsere Ansprüche sehr bequem. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben besonders die Badewanne und die eigene Dachterrasse mit ihrem tollen Ausblick genossen. Das Frühstück war frisch und ausreichend. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann im Normalfall direkt am Hotel parken. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, erreicht Charmonix in ca. 30 Minuten.

Un hôtel qui aurait pu recevoir 4 étoiles mais qui ne correspond pas au 3 etoiles.... il ne faut pas y venir quand il y a du foen vent du sud... car si vous avez envie de regarder les infos après le ski ou le soir impossible .... y a bien le Wi-Fi et les abonnements Sky sport mais c est pour les anglais.... la télé est connecté via la tnt dans la vallée de chamonix...on croit rever.... pas d images pas de son.... ou est la fibre ou le satellite....on ne sait pas.... dommage car ormis les fenêtres qui ferment mal et l absence de tele...déplorable pour un trois etoiles....je ne rendrais pas compte du reste je risquerai d être désagréable. Au prix des chambres limites admissibles. Il faut revoir ces points .... dommage la terrasse est magnifique.....voilà très decu...car première impression belle chambre mais le reste juste moyen.....

Clean, friendly and great location

Déçu pour le prix nous avons trouvé les chambres trop petite et vieillotte, de plus, nous ne pouvons pas fermer les volets réveillés par la lumière du jours, pas de savon dans la douche et 2 lits simple rapprochés au lieu d’un grand lit double comme écrit dans l’annonce.

Ein gemütliches und schönes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker, vorallem die ofenfrische Gebäcke. Das Hotel liegt neben einer übertags relativ viel befahrenen Strasse, das stört allerdings nicht wenn man hier ist um Ausflüge zu machen. Bushaltestelle ist direkt neben dem Hotel und das Zentrum von Chamonix ist auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar.

La colazione non è proporzionale al costo, meglio farla in un bar. Le camere sono basiche e non ho trovato shampo per i capelli, inoltre c'era pochissimo bagno schiuma.

Nice View of the Mont Blanc. Too expensive for what one's get. A very poor breakfast not attended by the staff. Not even a bottle of drinking water in the room. Rooms very small but quite clean. Old bath with a broken soap dispenser. Everything needs renovation and refurbishment.

What a lovely find!! Booked on the day of our arrival due to a change in our road trip plans, The Lanchers is a 25 minute riverside walk from the centre of Chamonix. Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and towels and a bath!! We were up and out too early to take advantage of breakfast!|The lady on reception was most helpful in securing us a room for the night and so we would definitely recommend the hotel and look to stay again should our travels take us to Chamonix!

We were here for 7 nights in July. It is a very good location. A basic room. We booked a room with 1/2 board which provides breakfast and dinner. Upon check in we were told dinner included ordering an appetizer entree and dessert off the menu. On the fourth night the manager changed this to you get what they cooked for you. No option no concern about food allergies and no communication of this charged. Management put the wait staff in a very awkward position. I would reconsider staying at this hotel again as the management does not consider the paying customers in their decision making. No less we spent over 300 euros in beer wine and other drinks which they made a good profit on.

After calling ahead before booking online to ask some questions, they went ahead and doubled the price on their system before I could go and book it, in the hope I would call back and book direct with them at double the price. I find this very unfair and dishonest.

Great views and easy access to hiking trails! Nice staff and cozy, modern rooms! One thing that we weren’t expecting was they didn’t mention reception closed at 6 and that we needed a code to get in, luckily someone was coming out and they were able to let us in.

Struttura un po’ datata ma adatta ad un soggiorno veloce e di passaggio.come il nostro. Abbiamo avuto upgrade nella superior molto luminosa e con una bella vista sulle montagne. Moquette ovunque per il resto ok. Personale molto gentile.Il ristorante era chiuso quindi non possiamo commentare a riguardo. Piacevole passeggiata di una ventina di minuti per arrivare al centro di Chamonix senza prendere la macchina.Possibilità di parcheggio libero davanti alla struttura , compatibilmente alla stagione.

Comfy and cozy little boutique hotel near the Flégère gondola. Totally casual with tasty pizza and beer. Good value, as well. Don't expect much from the rooms, but them- you're not in Chamonix to hang out in your room

Love this place, just been for apres ski there, great location by Le Flegere ski slopes near Chamonix. It has really good local beer on draught and the bar man was quite entertaining if you like that kind of thing. Above all they do an awesome buffet during apres ski there that's free (in moderation of course), just like they do in Italy except with much better food IMHO. Chilled out place with cool music, comfy seating and I think they do sports on TV but not all the time which is good..

Attente de plus de 10mn au bar (vide)|Après avoir été repéré par la réceptionniste d'un geste de la main, il s'est passé....|Un barman est apparu et à pris la commande. |Alors que nous allions nous en aller, la réceptionniste est venue pour s'excuser et nous a proposé une boisson pour le désagrément.....bon, ok, nous attendons quelques minutes...plus de son plus d'image...sauf que je vois la réceptionniste se diriger vers le bar et j'entends une voix masculine à la tonalité sèche.... qui visiblement ne partageait pas l'attention de la réceptionniste. Nous décidons de nous en aller et passant devant nos deux 'interlocuteurs " nous les saluons comme des gens ayant des notions de politesse, et là pas un mot pas un regard...du dédain.|A éviter !|

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel after finishing the TMB. The room was big and bright. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. All we could ask for really!

Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu .... cuisine médiocre, un plateau apéritif avec 4 tranches minuscules de saucisson + fromage médiocre.|La burrata avec la salade de tomates est industrielle et insipide...c'est plutôt de la mozzarella ! |Le service est long (alors qu'il n'y avait personne !). Un Irish coffee mauvais .... je suis repartie avec l'impression qu'on s'était moqué de nous ! |JE NE REVIENDRAI PLUS !|

Personnel pas du tout accueillant nous faisant poireauter 10 min avant de prendre notre commande alors que le bar était vide. De plus on a du emmener nos boissons à la table nous même.

Très belle chambre, propre et grande, dommage que le personnel d’accueil ne parle pas le français et ne soit pas au niveau de l’hôtel, sinon très bien situé, vue magnifique 👍, au vu de l’accueil nous n’avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place.

Вот наверное звезды 2, не больше. Если повесить одежду при входе, то дверь в номер очень не удобно открывать и закрывать. В туалете холодно всегда, но в ванной можно включить полотенцесушитель, в комнате электро батарею и будет тепло.

E a proposito, qui viene preparata una pizza molto molto gustosa. Per un hotel a 3 stelle merita 5.

Reasonable price.|We checked in on Fri 06Jan2023 and stayed through Sunday 08Jan2023 in room #12. Room #12 is a handicapped room so there was lots of space. On Sunday 08Jan2023 at check out we decided to stay one more night here but needed to switch rooms, our second room was #19, which had a great view. ||At check in Andrea was extremely helpful, without being asked she told us the bus schedule and marked everything on a map for us. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We also ate at the restaurant at the hotel which was some of the best food we had during our time in Chamonix. The bartender/server Florin was phenomenal - genuinely kind, helpful and overall a wonderful human. He made our experience so good that we stayed the extra night at the hote

Prix exorbitant pour cet hôtel 3 étoiles. |Chambre très simple mais propres. Demi pension , c'est vraiment pas très bon ni fin et beaucoup trop abondant. Petit déjeuner décevant réduit à son strict minimum.| Résultat : nous avons payé aussi cher que dans un 4 étoiles en étant très loin des mêmes prestations. Chamonix a bien d'autres hôtels bien plus sympas et agréables au même prix mais faut-il encore qu'il y ait de la place !...

Wonderful location near Flegere cablecar, magnificent personnel, friendly, efficient, and ready to fulfill the guests wishes. Tasty dishes, and a warm, cozy atmosphere, in the restaurant and the bar. Best place to be for skiing and enjoying the night after that.

I stayed the hotel Mar 2022. Although it's a bit far from the city centre, It's quite close to La Flegere cable car. Just 5 mins walk with ski boots. There isn't many restaurant around the hotel. So I stayed with half-board option. It's much cheaper than going out to restaurants in city centre and I had 3 courses meal with 1 drink every day. And all foods are good. Staffs are kind and all of them speak English. The room I stayed came with a large balcony which I could see Aiguille du Midi. That was a good surprise. There's no dedicated car park. But there is a public car park right in front of the hotel. It's not that big parking. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights awhile back while hiking the TMB. Our room was on the second and looked onto the street as well as the Mont Blanc Massif. The room was spacious and the bathroom, modern. We were able to get Aperol Spritz at the bar, and sat outside, where we watched a small parade of vintage sports cars. Breakfast was ample and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given transit passes too.

I stayed at Les Lanchers as part of an activity week package (interspersed with staying in mountain huts). The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating each time I came down from the mountains. My room was comfortable and the food was good but mostly it was the truly wonderful staff who made my stay so great, the reception, waiting staff and cleaners really couldn't do enough. Thank you! I will definitely return :)

Clean, friendly staff, well kept and super accommodating. Simple but lovely accomodation. Bus is right outside. 2.4km walk into the centre of chamonix via a lovely gravel path along the stream to the right. 10/10 cafes nearby also if you don’t feel like trekking into town.

Nous avons été conquis par la gentillesse du staff de cet hôtel , nous nous y sommes rendu en famille ( à 17) et nous avons tous été ravis de l'expérience grâce aux personnes qui y travaillent. Adorei, vista maravilhosa para Mon-Blanc

Lekker eten en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Smakelijke burgers, pizza’s en andere gerechten. Sfeer is ongedwongen en buiten zit je prima op het terras, hoewel deze direct grenst aan de weg door het dorp en een parkeerplaats. Ondanks dat prima plek. Vega opties ook prima hier.

Vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden, ruime kamer, uitzicht op bergen, goede douche, schoon. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in de omgeving. Hartje Chamonix op 20 minuutjes loopafstand. We zijn hier 2 nachten geweest en dat is ons prima bevallen. Gratis parkeren naast het hotel. Snelle wifi.

The staff at Les Lanchers were exceptional throughout our stay! Very helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, in fact I would be disappointed if I could not stay there! The two young ladies on reception and at breakfast were both really pleasant, happy people! Happy staff makes happy guests!

Great location and friendly staff. Room (no.14) was pleasant and had a nice balcony, although no patio furniture on it so couldn’t sit out there. We were half board for a couple of days and the food was good. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. My main issue was the bed was really hard, like concrete, which isn’t ideal after a day on the slopes. Bathroom was fine with a nice shower (over a bath). Slightly dated, but clean and functional.

Really nice staff. Great bar for apres ski just across the road. Bus stops for all ski resorts directly outside the hotel.

Situated 300m from the bottom of the Les Praz ski slope, we stopped here for lunch instead of staying on the mountain and we were so glad we did! There was lots of space and the food was so good we went back the following night for dinner. Would highly recommend the cheeseburger and chicken wings… so good! Everything was reasonably priced as well, get in for happy hour 4pm - 6pm!

We actually chose to take the gondola down from the mountain and have lunch here rather than paying more money on the mountain for rubbish food! Prices are decent but the food quality is superb. Honestly can’t rate it highly enough. We’ve had the burgers, salads and wings all incredible.

a great place! had the chance to stay at the hotel, and enjoy every night the restaurant. always has people, but this is no inconvenience, the service is kind and quick. all dishes are delicious. i would go back and stay here with no doubts.

Altogether adequate room. Wi-Fi Internet was slow and required repeated entering of a password. There is a ski room but no ski lockers or boot dryers. Convenient free parking. Located within ski-boot walking distance of the Flégère ski lift. Good breakfast. Restaurant not recommended for dinner.

Bon hotel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.||La chambre est confortable, la salle de bains mériterait un petit suivi (flexible de la douche percé), mais nous avons été satisfait de l'ensemble.||En plus il y a un bar et un restaurant au rez de chaussé, très pratique.

The hotel is very nice, located in a quiet area just outside of Chamonix, but with very quick bus access to the town center. The restaurant is also really good!

Nous avons logé à l’hôtel une nuit avec la demie pension. Je déconseille sincèrement fortement le restaurant qui est bas de gamme, trop cher pour sa qualité médiocre voire surgelé. Concernant l’hôtel, nous avons eu la bonne nouvelle d’être surclassé, ce qui a été très utile pour notre nuit, les rideaux de la chambre principale ne fermant pas suffisamment pour garantir l’obscurité de la pièce nous ont obligé à nous réfugier dans l’autre chambre. Un bruit de moteur a également été très dérangeant pendant le début de nuit. De plus la télévision pourtant comprise dans le prix de la chambre ne marchait pas dans aucune des deux pièces. Pour le prix et les prestations à priori de l’hôtel cela nous a paru dérangeant. En revanche je tiens à relever la diligence et la courtoisie du personnel.

Excellent view from balcony, very clean, very nicely decorated, free parking, free tickets for the city bus to Chamonix. Food is good. No safe , fridge and coffee possibly in the room but the stuff is very much kind and helpful. English speaking.

Très déçu par cet établissement! Mépris total de ses clients! Réservation pour le samedi 24 octobre, annulation en date du 23 suite aux annonces gouvernementales (COVID 19). La personne que j'ai eu au téléphone (face à cet évènement plus qu'exceptionnel) me dit qu'elle ne peut rien faire quant aux frais d'annulation (qui s'élèvent à 121 euros!!!) et de contacter BOOKING! Ce que j'ai fait immédiatement, la réponse de BOOKING est très claire : l'établissement REFUSE tout remboursement et cerise sur le gâteau va relouer la chambre qui du coup n'est plus accessible non plus! Aucun geste commercial + une chambre louer deux fois tout en renvoyant la faute sur BOOKING! Une honte! Réservation au nom de FROMENT

Ok hotel, but a bit too far from Chamonix to walk. The dinner was ok-ish, good fries, but a bit cold burger. The breakfast was also sort of ok. But the free parking made it worth it I guess.

Notre hôtel préféré aux Praz où nous dormons chaque séjour passé à Chamonix. Je recommande vivement.

La restauration est exceptionnelle ! Les produits sont frais, la cuisine est de très bonne qualité !!! Nous avons mangés des pizzas et des burger, et nous en avons rarement mangés d'aussi bon !

Staff were great, food was good and just a short walk to the Flegere Ski lift. Yes the rooms are a bit dated and small but overall it was great experience and would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights here to break our TMB hike. Comfortable rooms. Decent food in the restaurant. Great timing for us as we caught the 2018 World Cup finals and watched the game in the bar with the locals and other guests. What an experience to be in France when France won!

Pizzas vraiment top. pas chère dans l ensemble, service jeune et très gentil. Les salades sont très bien sauf si vous aimez pas les poivrons. Très chargé sur ce dernier même en janvier. Encore en été ok mais la... les plats et les desserts sont très corrects, par contre la fondue pas assez copieuse, je déconseille donc cette dernière si vous voulez une grosse ventrée de fromage. Je conseille cet établissement pour un budget moyen.

This was the worst food i have ever tasted in my life, the chef must have no taste buds. The chicken wings had no flavour what so over and were extremely soggy, the pizza base was as stale as biscuits you find in your grandmothers pantry 50 years later, service was average but the chef really has to go very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible food. The chicken wings were not even cooked or fried. They were left in batter and warmed up. The pizza felt like it was made on 4th century papyrus. The service was bad as the waiter would just stand there and not offer anything. Not sure about the accommodation but the food is horrible.

Enklare hotell med helt ok rum. Lugnt och skönt. Bra ala carte på hotellrestaurangen (över förväntan faktiskt!). Frukosten däremot har en hel del som kunde förbättras! Hotellet är en bit från centrum, men busshållsplats finns precis utanför hotellet och bussarna går ofta vilket var väldigt smidigt. Utanför hotellet ligger också en skidlift nära. Trevlig personal. Mysig omgivning utanför hotellet.

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits. L'accueil est sympathique, et différents conseils sont donnés pour le séjour à Chamonix. La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle avec une superbe vue sur l'aiguille du Midi. La salle de bain est minimaliste, et inondée après la douche. Seul bémol , nous avons acheté à L'hôtel l nos multi-passe pour profiter au mieux des loisirs dans la vallée. Et la personne de l'hotel qui les a validés (un peux vite a mon avis) à fait une érreur de dates. Ce qui fait que nous avons perdu presque 3h à tout refaire valider à Chamonix (merci pour la gentillesse de l'employée du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi) Pour finir, nous l'avons signalé à la responsable de L'hôtel qui à eu du ma à reconnaître l'erreur. Moralité bien contrôler les documents avant de partir. Néanmoins je recommande cet établissement.

Als Liebhaber Chamonixs hat das Hotel Les Lanchers uns schon immer in der Nase gejuckt. Und - es hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Ein freundliches, familiengefuehrtes Haus in idealer Lage. Les Praz ist der ‘ruhige’ und noch halbwegs authentische Teil Chamonixs. Zudem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren, sommers wie winters. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

É o melhor é o preço, cerca de 50 euros, com estacionamento incluído. Em Chamonix e na região é com certeza o melhor custo beneficio.

Went above and beyond in the hospitality department! Highly recommend as it is just a short distance to Flegere/Brevant lift. Beds are firm, and rooms are basic but comfortable!!

For the price absolutely five stars. Went out of the way to prepare Gluton free food and give a warm welcoming feel from the staff. Location is good, just about a fifteen minute walk from the centre. Lovely and lively Apri Ski bar just over the road for a change of venue although the bar is good at the hotel. Great views of the glacier and a main lift is only a five minute walk away, that said get to it early as we had to que at least hand an hour after nine. New lifts are coming though this year so will be a great location then. Rental ships with in two minutes x2.

Hôtel propre et agréable avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Malgré une odeur de cigarette quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, le personnel nous a très vite trouver une solution malgré la haute saison dans une autre chambre. La SDB est un minimaliste mais sinon les chambre sont fonctionnelles

Hôtel propre, agréable et bien situé. La chambre que nous avons eue était correct, propre et avec un petit balcon qui donne sur le mont blanc . Bien chauffée et bonne isolation. Le personnel est vraiment super , les serveurs extra . ( pensée pour Patrick !) Côté restauration , les plats proposés sont bons ( je vous conseil la gratiné d'oignons ainsi que la fondue savoyarde qui sont un régal ). Nous reviendrons c'est sur ! Encore merci à toute l'équipe, notre séjour à été très agréable en partie grâce à vous et vos bons conseils !

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff is very friendly, the room is cosy and very clean. The views out of the windows are stunning :) The location is convenient as the bus stop is literally at the doorstep of the hotel. Besides, you can get a card at the reception that will allow you to use the bus for free. Definitely recommended!

En hotel sólo estuvimos para hacer el check in de los apartamentos, que por cierto, se retrasó más de dos horas....||En cuanto a los apartamentos, estan muy muy bien situados en Chamonix, cerca del centro, pero sin agobio. Instalaciones en muy buen estado, facilidades como lavadora, horno,micro y super importante parking, imprescindible en Chamonix.Dos labavos, y tres habitaciones. Aunque el espacio del comedor es bastante justo para alojar 7 personas||La verdad es que el precio es excesivo para los servicios que ofrece, pero como casi todo alojamiento en Chamonix. ||Lo que si me pareció un completo abuso, es el cobro que te hacen por la limpieza, 150eur, independientemente si estás 1 dia o 15 dias. A tener en cuenta, ya que el check in se retrasó, pudimos comprobar que no tardan más de 2h en limpiar todo el apartamento, con lo que repito, se pasan mucho con el importe. Por este motivo,

We absolutely loved this hotel in all aspects, and will stay here whenever we return to Chamonix. The room was excellent. Amazing views, really nice balcony with a view of the mountains in the sunshine, bed was comfortable and shower/bath was great. Staff were excellent- very friendly and accommodating Had the breakfast there, was delicious. Healthy, good variety, good quality. Location, we almost didn’t book given its distance from the centre of town... but, there are plenty public transit options (train, bus) which are free with hotel fees. It’s also a 30 minute walk along the river of public transit isn’t an option/walking is preferred We can primarily to hike - we were able to access a ton of trails by foot. They even allow dogs! Love this hotel. Will definitely be a regular here.

Wij waren met een groep en hadden 5 kamers geboekt. Het hotel is eenvoudig, maar gezellig en schoon. De staff is gastvrij en behulpzaam. Zo mochten we bijvoorbeeld onze spullen de laatste dag nog in een van de kamers laten staan, erg prettig. Kamers zijn schoon en er is een goede douche. Ruime parkeergelegenheid voor het hotel en de bus naar het centrum stopt voor de deur. Het enige minpuntje was, dat het ontbijt wat langzaam aangevuld werd. Kan het iedereen aanraden die in een hotel wil verblijven zonder poespas.

Però se si arriva dopo le 9 si trova il vassoio dei croissants vuoto e non viene rifornito. Annesso all'hotel c'è un piccolo ristorante nel cui menù sono previsti pochi piatti. Bom mas nada de mais. O melhor do hotel é sua proximidade com a gôndola Flegere, que da acesso as pistas de ski e snowboard do vale de Chamonix. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, poucas opções e preço muito alto (em janeiro de 2018 custava 12 euros por pessoa). Tem um bar e um restaurante bristot, também com preços altos. Vale mais a pena ir até o centro de Chamonix e comer por lá, uns 30min caminhando ou 10min de ônibus (que é gratuito durante o dia em toda a cidade!).

We verbleven 2 nachten in dit hotel na activiteiten op de Gran Paradiso en de Mont Blanc. Een prima hotel, mooie kamer met een goede douche. Het personeel is vriendelijk . Het ontbijt is simpel en word niet snel aangevuld. Wanneer je een auto tot je beschikking hebt ben je met een paar minuten in Chamonix- centrum. Ook rijden er bussen, er is een bushalte voor het hotel.

今回長期の海外出張中に一人で行きましたが、スタッフはフレンドリーでバーやレストランは地元の人にも愛されていました。シャモニーの中心地からは2km位ですが明るい時間帯はアルブ川沿いの道を新鮮な空気を吸いながら歩いたり、夜も宿泊者が無料で利用できるバスのバス停がホテルの目の前なので安心です。窓やテラスからはアルプスの雄大な山や氷河が見られました。

Vi kom sent om kvelden og ble godt mottatt! Stille og rolige rom med gode senger. Familierommene hadde gangen mellom soverommene, slik at man ikke ble forstyrret. Deilig frokost og svært hyggelig og god service! Vi bor gjerne her ingen.

Останавливались всего на одну ночь. Не большой уютный отель. В отеле только завтракали, обычный набор еды. Номер брали улучшенный , вид из окна просто шикарный, вокруг горы. До центра на машине ездили поесть и погулять.

Helpful staff

The staff were friendly, but that is probably the only positive point. The room is not sound proofed at all - we were woken up at 7am daily by our neighbours banging their doors when they were leaving and we could hear all the conversations on the street. You have to run the hot water for 5 minutes after 9pm but there's no sign in the room to tell you that so, on the first night, we thought the hot water wasn't working (reception closes at 10pm). The food for breakfast isn't great - they don't top up and there's not a lot of variety. I would pay more to stay elsewhere.

Really nice English-speaking staff. Excellent restaurant on site. 5min walk to the ski lift. Free public bus stop right out the front door. Nice sized room/bathroom with extra-firm mattress. Fantastic views
