Avis sur Chalet Hôtel le Prieuré & Spa hôtel-restaurant à Chamonix

Très bel hôtel : emplacement idéal, complexe spa piscine, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna parfaits, petit déjeuner très copieux et excellent, personnel disponibles et agréables, très propre. La chambre 301 est grande et confortable malheureusement bruyante proximité de la route très passante. Nous avons demandé à changer dés le 1er soir, pour notre séjour de 4 nuits (hôtel loin d'être complet). Il nous a été seulement proposé une chambre avec supplément, ce que nous avons refusé car des chambres similaires étaient disponibles. Au moment de notre départ, nous avons signalé notre insatisfaction, pour la non prise en compte de notre demande de changer de chambre pour notre séjour de 4 nuits, à la responsable. Il serait bien pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et pour des séjours de plusieurs nuits de prendre avec plus de considération la demande des clients en période de non affluence.

Beautiful luxury hotel in the city center, 2 minutes walk from ski bus stop. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is delicious with great choices, I also enjoyed every dinner with half-board booking = great value. View from rooms at Mont Blanc is very scenic !

Incredible Service - People who genuinely care! Special thanks to Bronwen and Elvin who were absolute heroes when I had an emergency with my snowboard hire. I will tell everyone about this experience - unforgettable !!!

L’hôtel est très bien équipé, l’accueil est courtois, clair, nous avons pris un séjour d’une nuit en demi-pension, le repas du soir était de très grande qualité, le petit-déjeuner est un buffet tres complet et qualitatif, et manger avec vue sur le Mont-Blanc est quelque chose de spécial. Le spa est très bien entretenu, avec vue.

Tout était parfait. Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles sur l'emplacement uniquement car au bord d'une avenue passante; mais idéalement situé sinon.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was nice and spacious. The view of Mont Blanc was incredible to wake up to every morning. The breakfast was delicious and varied for the price, including fresh jams, honey, grind-your-own Nutella, bread, and unlimited fresh OJ! The staff (especially Kate) were incredibly kind and helpful. The heated ski and boot lockers were extremely helpful. It was nice to have a spa. It was a little more challenging to use than other such facilities I’ve been to: because of its size, reservations are required (and even then felt crowded). The jacuzzi was intentionally kept at room temperature, which seems unusual and doesn’t help those sore muscles quite as much.

J’ai beaucoup aimé la salle de sport, très bien équipée avec des machines modernes. Le hammam, la piscine et le sauna extérieur sont vraiment incroyables. Possibilité également de prendre un thé ou des infusions bio dans l’espace bien-être, ce qui est très appréciable.Points négatifs : parking payant (30 €), malgré l’indication. La mention ‘parking’ prête à confusion. Ajouter la taxe de séjour et bien faire attention aux créneaux pour l’espace bien-être.

The Hotel is in a great location with a short walk to the town centre, a 5min walk to the bus station making it easy to reach various mountains for skiing. The staff were friendly and professional and aimed to make sure you had a pleasant stay. The Rooms were well sized, with comfortable beds, place to dry your jackets etc. with a modern Chalet feel. The balcony was a a great plus! The Boot Room was a comfortable size with each room receiving a locker that could house two adult sets of skis, boots and poles. Breakfast was well varried with many options for you to choose from. Some warm vegetarian options could be a consideration but on the whole was really good. The lounge was a nice place to be by the fire and again the staff were very attentive. There are games for adults and children alike to enjoy. The hotel worked great for two older guy friends skiing for a week. The thumbs up go to the excellent location, good clean rooms (very clean), helpful staff and convenience of an attached ski shop. The included buffet breakfast as OK, but nothing to write home about. If you really care about a pool, sauna or hot tub this isn't the best choice. The spa area is small so is the pool and hot tub. You have to book time to visit the spa area in advance given its small size. The complaints I'd read beforehand about the water in the hot tub being luke warm were accurate and the hot tub is really for fitting no more than two people at a time. Again, the hotel worked really for us and liked it, but had the spa area been better we would have been much happier. Maybe they should dump the tiny hot tub and put in a sauna instead? Extremely disappointing serviceUnfortunately, the service we received during our stay was extremely disappointing and among the worst I have experienced.Prior to our arrival, I sent an email two weeks in advance requesting the possibility of an early check-in, as we had a morning flight and were due to arrive early. We arrived at the hotel shortly before 12:00 PM, but despite the prior notice, we were required to wait several hours before being able to check in. We were not given access to our room until just before 4:00 PM.Additionally, two days before our departure, I asked whether a late check-out might be possible. I was informed that this request could only be made on the day of departure, which I found unusual compared to my experiences at other hotels. When I asked again on the day of check-out, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. The request was immediately declin

2ème fois au Prieuré et un peu déçue. En effet, nous avons choisi une période plus basse pour plus de tranquillité et réservé un créneau spa. Nous nous sommes retrouvés très nombreux et c'était extrêmement bruyant. Peut-être limiter davantage, surveiller, ou afficher des règles de bienveillance... Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées aussi De plus nous avons oublié un maillot de bain Tommy dans la salle de bain; j'ai contacté la réception peu après le check out...perdu car non retrouvé à priori... Dommage

We loved staying at Chalet Hotel le Prieure! It was the perfect spot for skiing in the Chamonix valley- and a 4 min walk to catch the bus to most ski resorts and 2 min walk to the main strip in the town where all the restaurants and shops are located. Everything about the hotel was top notch - the breakfast spread was always well stocked and plenty of variety, the on site ski rental shop & heated ski lockers, the amazing spa facilities (sauna overlooking the mountains, steam room, hot tub, pool), the stunning view of the Aiguille du Midi from our room patio and the clean, very comfortable room. Bathroom was clean and the shower had great hot water pressure. All staff was very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. We kept talking about how great our stay was at the hotel for the rest of our trip. 10/10 recommend.

Franchement, je regrette amèrement mon passage à l’hôtel Le Prieuré Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement infâme : produits bas de gamme, peu de choix, rien de frais, voir passé et une présentation qui donne à peine envie de s’approcher du buffet. En bref immangeable On a vraiment l’impression qu’aucun effort n’est fait pour offrir quelque chose de correct aux clients. Quant au personnel , c’est encore pire. désagréable et peu professionnel. On a l’impression de déranger. Aucune écoute, aucune solution proposée quand il y a un problème, et une attitude franchement limite pour un établissement censé accueillir des clients. Entre le petit-déjeuner lamentable et une réception aussi déplorable, l’expérience est clairement à éviter. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Superbe hôtel situé dans le centre de Chamonix, en face de la rue piétonne. Il y a également un spa, un ski shop, des casiers à skis. Merci à l’équipe nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

We had a fantastic stay at Le Prieuré; the hotel feels very homely and intimate, despite being able to accommodate quite a lot of guests. It has a lovely bar and lobby, the staff were all wonderful and unfailingly kind and helpful; the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. There's also a very good onsite ski shop, a fantastic heated ski and boot room with lots of lockers, and the location is very good too - it's an easy walk to the bus stops, train station, and lots of shops and restaurants, and even one of the cable cars, if you don't mind a short uphill hike. Oh, and there's a lovely spa too, with excellent facilities and treatments, though do be sure to reserve some slots when you arrive, as it does get booked up. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint j’ai décider de lui faire un weekend surprise à chamonix. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel de l’hôtel, toutes les demandes on été prise en compte. Bonne expérience en général. Hôtel très bien situé. Very well-located 4‑star hotel close to Chamonix village, with good overall facilities. The room was spacious, featuring a balcony with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the reception staff were helpful in providing information about the town. The only downsides were the limited capacity of the spa and the hotel’s environmental policy, which meant there was no minibar in the room. Overall, it was a good experience, though priced at a 5‑star level, including €30 per night for parking.

We loved our short break. Everyone was incredibly helpful. It was great that the ski hire shop was attached to the hotel. Very short walk into town and a five minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to the pistes. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and relaxing in the hotel bar, all staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

A huge thank you to the staff that were so kind when I was sick the first 3 days of a week ski vacation. You brought up tea, a fan and bread as I couldn’t get out of bed for 3 days. Thank you! The rooms are great- the only disappointment was that there was no channels in English but bbc news. Being I was stuck in bed an English Channel would have been wonderful beside news. The location is good- by the bus line. The desk staff was incredible. Thank you. I would like to share one experience that was harsh. The first night I was able to be upright I joined friends for dinner in their CASUAL restaurant/buffet. I was 10 feet away from my group of friends who were in the bar and called one of their names. A restaurant staff man (later I learned was Pascal the restaurant manager!) literally screamed at me to be quiet. I did raise my voice to catch my friend’s attention as it was

J'avais réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel et mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Chambre : propre et moderne, nous avons bien dormi. Coin spa : très bien même si j'ai trouvé la piscine un peu froide (un autre client partageait mon avis). C'est un plus pour l'hôtel mais je ne réserverai pas mon séjour juste pour ça. Hôtel : propre, accueil du personnel variable selon la personne. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas son nom mais nous avons été très bien accueilli par un jeune homme (vendredi 06/02 aux alentours de 17h). Les autres personnes étaient comme le climat, "plus froides" mais néanmoins professionnelles. La gestion du parking est particulière... Petit-déjeuner excellent, beaucoup de choix.

Accueil vraiment désagréable, Je suis venu avec une amie de couleur et on m’a bien fait comprendre que nous n’étions pas les bienvenue, je ne sais pas si c’est à cause de la couleur de mon ami mais des regard mal placé et insistant nous on gênés. Nous avons donc décidé de quitter cet endroit peu recommandable pour certaines personnes.

Nous avons passé deux nuits (week-end) dans cet hôtel à Chamonix Mont-Blanc. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à environ 3 à 7 minutes à pied des restaurants, du centre-ville et du téléphérique, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le prix se situe entre correct et plutôt élevé, en adéquation avec l’emplacement et les prestations proposées. Le SPA, accessible 2 heures par jour, est suffisant en termes de durée. En revanche, l’organisation pourrait être améliorée : beaucoup trop de clients en même temps (environ 20 personnes ou plus) pour seulement 8 chaises afin de poser les linges et les affaires, ce qui nuit un peu au confort et à la détente. Le restaurant est excellent. Le buffet, aussi bien pour le petit-déjeuner que pour le dîner en demi-pension, est de très bonne qualité, varié et soigné. L’accueil est bien, correct et professionnel. Great Location, nice room, nice bathroom, roomy enough, not enough power points, only 1 chair in the room, no table for eating room service, adequate stroage for luggage and clothes. Locker room for ski gear downstairs, well organized. Nice lounge and dining area. Balcony with view of Mont Blanc.

لم يكن خيار موفق بالنسبة لي لعدة أسباب: ١- لا يوجد اصنصير للدور الثامن الاصنصير الى الدور ٧ فقط بعد ذلك سلم. غير مناسب في حال وجود رضيع او احتياجات خاصة مع العلم ان الغرفة العلوية اكبر غرفة في الفندق. ٢- لا يوجد مروش في الحمام فقط فيه البانيو ولا يرتفع فقط يدوي كما هو موضح في الصورة الشامبو في الاعلى والصنبور والدش في الاسفل! .. لم انعم بدش هانئ ابدا .. ٣- الغرفة العلوية سقفها مائل و قصير جدا طولي ١٥٧ ويصطدم رأسي فيه كل مرة. فالغرفة ليست مناسبة لطولين القامة . ٤-لا يوجد مطعم يخدم الغرف. الفندق جيد من ناحية : ١- الموقع قريب جدا للمطاعم والمحلات . ٢- وجود مواقف مدفوعة. ٣- توفير سرير رضيع . ٤- السرير واسع ومريح.

Bellissimo struttura in centro a Chamonix, in stile moderno e super accogliente. Staff molto gentile, camere pulite, profumate e con vista spettacolare. Nel nostro soggiorno erano comprese 2 ore di Spa gratis, ma non siamo pienamente soddisfatti, in quanto piccolina e frequentata purtroppo da gente maleducata che non lasciava il posto agli altri, quindi secondo me andrebbe rivisto il numero massimo di persone ogni slot di tempo. Cibo.. mhh amici connazionali italiani stendiamo un velo pietoso. Purtroppo é una cucina diversa dalla nostra, non prendete assolutamente la pasta da questo ristorante perché scotta, contorni e secondi discreti, o dolci però buoni, ma essendo a buffet devi sbrigarti a prendere le cose altrimenti rischi di rimanere all’asciutto. We just stayed there for a long weekend and loved it, great staff and perfect walking distance to downtown and also walking distance or short shuttle ride to mountain would definitely stay again!

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the ski bus stop and a couple of minutes into town. A log fire greets you when you walk into reception and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a perfect mix of modern and cosy, the beds are really comfortable and the Mountain View from our balcony was fabulous (see photo) The spa was exactly what we needed after a great day’s skiing. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we wanted to walk into town and choose different places each evening but it did look really nice in there. We will definitely be back!

Booked for a long weekend for my wife’s 50th Birthday. Check in was smooth & efficient. Staff extremely helpful. Lovely little touch of some balloons in the bedroom. Room very clean & had great views of Mont Blanc. Had a meal in the restaurant that was lovely. The breakfast were very good. Complimentary spa very good. All staff very helpful. Thank you for giving us a Wonderful time. Great value. Great location only a couple of minutes from the centre of Chamonix. Few minutes to the ski bus. Would definitely stay again.

احذروا الحجز في هذا الفندق المحتال ! حجزت أنا وزوجتي لشهر العسل قبل الموعد بـ ٤ اشهر ونكبونا يوم وصلنا بعد تعب الرحلة قالوا فيه واحد حاجز كل الغرف لثلاث أيام ووعدونا يعوضونا بفندق يتبع لهم في نفس المنطقة بدون دفع اي تكاليف لكن يوم رحنا للفندق الثاني طلبوا بيانات البطاقة من أجل تأمين الحجز واكدوا لنا ان الحجز يومين مجانية لأننا دفعنا حق الحجز الاول لكن المفاجاة يوم قمنا الصباح لقيناهم خصموا المبلغ من البطاقة بدون اي إشعار لنا وطلبت الشرطة وللأسف الشركة متعاونة معهم وما وجدنا تجاوب + طلبوا منا إدارة الفندق المغادرة واضطرينا نبحث عن فندق بديل بعيد ونحجز فيه بسعر مبالغ فيه لان الحجز في نفس اليوم!!! نصيحة خصوصاً الخليجيين ابعدوا عن هالفندق وعن هالمجموعه الزبالة

Hôtel à fuir. Propreté médiocre (meubles et balcons sales), déco moche qui ne reflète pas l'esprit montagne, et un emplacement très moyen. Les 4 étoiles sont injustifiées, surtout quand on ne peut pas disposer de sa chambre avant 16h. Bien moins bien qu'un Belambra qui est pourtant moins cher et moins étoilé. Très mauvaise expérience.

冬のスキーと夏のトレッキング（ツールドモンブラン）で何泊かしました。シャモニーの他の宿知りませんが、良いと宿だと思います。

Party of 3 Value for money: off season pricing so worth the price Location: It's a bit outside of the central shop zone, but town is so small location it's not a dealbreaker Amenities: coffee / two thumbs up for the bio tea in room Linen: clean and comfortable, with bathrobe + slippers (for sauna) Customer Service: gentleman at check in allowed us to store our luggage in their storage whilst waiting for room Cleanliness: room was in order , our experience for the sauna left us scratching our head, upon check in we were told to select a time for sauna usage, for our sauna check in it was more full than expected with no lounge chairs available due to people reserving with bathrobes, only one staff member doing her best to keep things tidy and efficient ( she deserves a pay bump) so in the end the time window booking was useless. Also cheaper parking just a few minutes walk at Pa

A very nice and comfortable hotel. The room had a lovely mountain-style design, with a great attention to detail. The wellness area was pleasant and the dinner excellent. Very nice and helpful staff both at the restaurant and the reception.

Very comfortable 4 night stay in Chamonix for skiing. The staff was very friendly. We had everything on site, ski rental, ski pass, and the bus stop across the street. Clean rooms with a fantastic view. The food was excellent and the spa facilities were organized. Central location and is very convenient. We will definitely come back.

تجربة سيئة من جميع النواحي ولا أوصي به خصوصا للعوائل باختصار المكان ماكان نظيف أول مادخلت خصوصا دورة المياة ، الحمام مافيه شور الا في البانيو والبانيو الدش مايشتغل فيه يعني لازم تدنق راسك تحت صنبور الماء عشان تتروش والله العظيم هذا اللي صار هههههههه ومنطقة الشور (البانيو) مفتوحه على الغرفه يعني باختصار اذا نويت تتروش لازم تتلف اعصابك ، الغرفه صغيره وتضيق الخلق مع اني ماخذ غرفة كبيره وسعره عالي بس للاسف سيئه ، وتعامل الستاف سيء خصوصا برونوي واللي كانت معه بالشفت وعشان اكون صريح مو كلهم سيئين كان فيه ثنين تعاملهم راقي ، مافيه ماء شرب بالغرفه سكنت بالدور الثامن وعشان اشرب ماء لازم انزل للدور السابع اعبي ماء من البراده واصعد ! ، فطور الفندق جيد ، تعبت زوجتي بالفندق وقت التشيك اوت وكنا بالدور الثامن مافيه مصعد كلمتهم قلت احتاج احد يساعدني بتنزيل الشنط من الدرج ورفضت البنت اللي بالاستقبال ، عمال التنظيف بعد مادخلوا الغرفه ماكلفوا انفسهم يشيكون على المناديل اللي خلصت ويجددون اكياس الزبايل بس

l’hôtel est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables, propre et en bonne état. Les services de l’hôtel sont aux niveaux de ce attendu, de même pour le spa.

Asked for early check-in on arrival (1 p.m.), agreed to pay, yet over an hour later nothing was done. Rooms were “available but not cleaned,” with no prioritization to prepare a room, no follow-up, and no update. Shortly after, we were pressured to move our car immediately, even though it was parked in front of the hotel, not blocking access or causing any inconvenience. We were informed that the hotel parking was full and we need to find a public parking. However, all neighboring public parkings were also full. As a result, we spent over an hour driving around trying to find parking. We returned to the hotel to explain the situation and asked to temporarily keep the car in front, especially given that we had already lost valuable time and were only staying for less than 48 hours, and still could not access our room. Despite this, we were told that “nothing would change”, no parking and

Cela est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et je ne suis pas déçu, le service est toujours impeccable, un accueil chaleureux, avec le sourire, les employées sont très serviable et à l’écoute de nos besoins. L’établissement est super propre, décoration magnifique, très belle chambre, la restauration est excellente et le spa nous a permis d’avoir un bon moment de détente. Hotel à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Chamonix et 15 minutes à pied du Domaine Skiable des Planards. Coup de cœur pour cet établissement, je vous remercie.

AMAZING experience at The Prieuré! First of all, excellent location with views of L’aiguille Du Midi and The Mont Blanc. Super central in Chamonix to stroll in the centre of town that’s like a one-minute walk away. Now let’s discuss Jorge at reception. The Best ever!!! Such a wonderful human being and so kind, helpful, passionate and warm. Jorge deserves 6 starts out of five as he made our stay so memorable, giving advice on where to go and what to see. We are so thankful to him and we hope the hotel owners recognize what an amazing asset they have in him. Our room was really lovely, incredible view of the mountains, very comfy bed and well-appointed bathroom. Finally, breakfast. A really delicious hotel breakfast from start to finish. Que dire à part que l'etablissement est splendide,chaleureux. L'equipe est genialissime, mention spéciale pour Stephanie et le responsable pour la place de parking et l'apéro ( lait de poule). A trés vite j'espére!

J’ai séjourné pour nuit pour l’anniversaire de ma +1. Déjà la chambre est très belle, vue sur le Mont Blanc. La literie est très confortable. Le restaurant est super bon, et le petit déjeuné un régal !!! Le personnel est très aimable

Et pour finir le restaurant : très bon et personnel très attentionné. J'allais oublié le petit-déjeuner....incroyable...j'ai même découvert la fontaine à pâte tartiner. Merciiiiii

الفندق قريب من السنتر بس المكان الي تدخل فيه السنتر فيه نفس الصعده فا صعب للكبار بالعمر شوي ولكن بشكل عام قريب جدا للسنتر ولكل المطاعم المعروفه والغرف عندهم واسعه وفيها بلكونه اطلالتها خيال ريوق الفندق سيء و التنظيف عندهم سيء اسواء تنظيف غرف مر علي الموظفين في الريسيبشن محترمين وبروفيشنال جدا . The hotel is close to the city center, but the path leading into the center has an incline, so it might be a bit difficult for older people. But overall, it’s very close to the center and the well-known restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have balconies with amazing views. The hotel breakfast is bad, and the room cleaning is poor—honestly the worst room cleaning I’ve experienced. The reception staff, however, are respectful and very professional.

7층 마운틴뷰에서 커플 숙박했어요 맑은날 마을과 산뷰가 너무멋져서 뷰하나만으로도 완벽했어요ㅠㅠ 단점을 꼭하나 꼽자면 엘레베이터 바로앞이라 엘레베이터 작동소리가 다 들릴만큼 방음이 전혀안되더라구요 그렇지만 후회없는 3박 이었어요, 부대시설로 스파와 사우나가 있는데 역시나 야외 사우나 이용도 만족스럽고 사람이 없느 시간대에 가서 산을 바라보며 스파하는것도 너무 좋았어요(큐씨테르메 이용하시거 하루정도는 호텔스파도 이용해보세요)

Hôtel incontournable, superbe équipe, très dog-friendly, avec un bar chaleureux et un excellent restaurant. Le concept et la décoration sont parfaitement harmonieux, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. La situation est idéale pour profiter du centre-ville de Chamonix. Le parking — parfois un peu étroit — complète parfaitement l’ensemble. C’était déjà notre quatrième séjour, et nous reviendrons certainement !

We stayed here for 3 nights. Room was large and had a balcony with a great view. Spa was great as well. Not too busy as you have to book it. View from the sauna was insane. Did not look real. Would happily come back here.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is really convenient — it’s not far from the bus station and just a short walk from the city center, which made getting around super easy. The room itself was comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the view. My window faced directly toward Mont Blanc, and waking up to that scenery was incredible. The hotel also has a small spa, which is a nice bonus, but make sure to book your spa slot in advance. Since the space is limited, they won’t be able to accommodate walk-ins. Overall, a good stay with great views and a very convenient location. Would recommend

Séjour super d’une nuit, dans l’ensemble le personnel est très gentil et serviable Parking compter 46€ les 24h au parking public et 30€ à l’hôtel pour la nuité L’hôtel est très bien situé On a pu profiter du SPA 2 fois donc top 🧖‍♀️ Mini bémol pour la chambre cela serait bien d’avoir une télé connectée afin de se connecter à netflix etc. Sinon le reste est vraiment bien je vous recommande pour un séjour détente et reposant 😊

The stay really was excellent. Our room was perfect for the whole family, we had space for our 2 dogs. We were able to use the spa which was lovely, and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast. Staff were super friendly and helpful, we'll definitely come back!

We had a really lovely stay at Chalet Hôtel le Prieuré in Chamonix. The hotel has that warm, classic alpine feel, and my room was comfortable with an amazing view of the mountains—waking up to that scenery was a highlight on its own. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful, making the whole stay feel easy and welcoming. The location is also fantastic—just a short walk to the center of Chamonix, close to shops, restaurants, and ski lifts, but still quiet enough to relax.

The hotel is very nice and the room is quite spacious and cute. We stayed in the room with Mountain View and it was fantastic. The room came with free 2-hour spa per day which is basically warm pool, jacuzzi, steam room. It was nice for relaxing after a long hiking day.

Super séjour, on y a passé que une nuit mais c'était très agréable au reflet du personnel de l'hôtel et du spa, une équipe adorable et très serviable ! Chambre très propre et jolie, balcon vue sur le Mont Blanc, l'hôtel et le spa sont propre et en super état, très relaxant et intime en basse saison, emplacement parfait à proximité de tous les magasins et restaurants du centre ville je recommande vivement :)

The hotel is located in a very good location, and the staff are very attentive. Our room had a view, but on the day we stayed, the weather wasn’t good — it was rainy and very foggy. The cable car was closed, so we chose to walk around the town instead, which wasn’t far from the hotel. However, the slippers provided by the hotel weren’t very comfortable, especially the smaller pair. When I wore them, they hurt my feet.

The room was very nice and had an amazing view of Mont Blanc. Cleaning was done every day, with fresh towels and the room always left in perfect condition. The heating worked well and kept the room warm at all times. We were initially skeptical since there was no AC, but we were fully comfortable and never felt cold. The staff was incredible at all times and Jorge even helped us with stuff to do during the time of our stay. The Chalet was also in a perfect location, with a train 5 minutes away and the city center aswell. The only less positive point was the spa. It was often fully booked and had to be scheduled at least a day in advance to secure a time slot. Still, the spa itself was excellent, and once we tried it, it was clear why it was always in high demand. We enjoyed it on the days we managed to book it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) à l'hôtel Le Prieuré à Chamonix, un dimanche et un lundi soir. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, le personnel toujours gentil et attentionné. Chambre “suite” pas à la hauteur de son nom. La chambre n’était pas chauffée à notre arrivée; Jolie baignoire dans la pièce principale, dommage que l’eau ait tardé 5min avant d’étre chaude.., d’autant plus que la pièce était froide… Pas de mini bar, ni de boissons fraîche., même pas une bouteille d’eau offerte comme nous avons l’habitude dans d’autres établissements. Fontaine à eau certes, mais à l’étage d’en dessous. Le lendemain matin, jour de l’anniversaire de ma Femme, Nous avons été réveille brutalement pas le housekiping, a 9h puis 9h20, en claquant les portes à côté de nous plusieurs fois de suite. Possible que cela soit la technique pour faire lever les gens pour qu’ils aillent au petit déjeuner et qu’ils libèrent les chambre…possible.., je Ne veux pas savoir… horrible. J’ai commandée un bouquet afin de lui offrir au petit déjeuner, commandé au fleuriste du coin, très très jolie

Amazing hotel, very clean, spacious room well located, 2 minutes walk to be in city center. All coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store (Spar, closes at 10:00pm) shops all are within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I loved the place, so nice and very respectful front desk staff, definitely, i will be back to this hotel.

Un séjour absolument parfait au Prieuré ! La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et offrait une vue splendide sur le Mont-Blanc. Le spa est un vrai havre de détente après une journée en montagne : calme, propre et magnifiquement aménagé. Le petit déjeuner mérite une mention spéciale : un buffet incroyable, très varié, avec des produits frais, des jus pressés, des viennoiseries croustillantes et des options pour tous les goûts. C’est rare de commencer la journée avec autant de plaisir ! En résumé : tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! ❤️

Très bel hôtel avec une vue splendide depuis le balcon de la chambre. Très calme. Spa sympa et calme. Le parking est très étroit et il faut manœuvrer plusieurs fois pour pouvoir garer sa voiture.

L'accueil est toujours aussi agréable. Le spa est un excellent endroit pour se détendre et se réchauffer si nécessaire. La chambre avec vue sur le MB est un incontournable. Confort et ambiance cosy sont au rendez-vous. Seule petite critique, une salle de bain un peu froide. Buffet petit déjeuner complet, personnel très compétent. L'espace restaurant est lumineux, feutré et très agréable.

We had a great stay, the room was clean, nice view, the location is perfect, we came by car but didn’t have to drive it since everything was walking distance from the hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, especially jorge and tonie, they were the best, definitely coming back again👌🏼

Globalement nous sommes satisfait, certains petits détails pourraient être fignolés pour un 4*. L'absence notamment de chauffe serviettes dans la salle de bain. Ou le radiateur de la chambre qui chauffe très peu. Le wc craque également, on a vite peur qu'il tombe pour un simple pipi. Nous n'avons pas profité du petit déjeuner, 44€ pour 2 personnes, nous avons préféré aller en ville où nous avons trouvé pour très copieux et excellent, avec un cadre sublime a moitié prix de l'hôtel. Côté spa, trop de monde malgré la réservation à la réception. Le jacuzzi est tout juste pour 2 personnes, donc quand d'autres clients y sont difficiles de s'y rendre. Comme le spa extérieur. 10 personnes / créneaux c'est trop pour profiter pleinement, sur les 2h quotidienne on se contente de 30min, après chaque personne est différente et vit son séjour différemment. Une très belle expérience dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une très belle vue. Seul bémol, notre chauffage ne fonctionnait pas mais la réception nous a immédiatement amené un chauffage d'appoint. Une belle attention nous attendait dans la chambre pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. De quoi bien commencer la journée. Le créneau de réservation pour le spa est très appréciable pour éviter qu'il y ait trop de monde. Avec ce système nous pouvons profiter pleinement des infrastructures du spa et de la magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Un pur moment de détente. Nous reviendrons très certainement dans cet établissement pour un prochain séjour à Chamonix car son emplacement permet de découvrir la ville en laissant la voiture au garage

Od prvního okamžiku nás nadchl milý a profesionální personál, který byl neustále ochotný pomoci a s úsměvem vyřešil vše, co jsme potřebovali. I drobný problém s parkováním po příjezdu byl okamžitě vyřešen – první noc jsme využili nedaleké veřejné parkoviště a hned druhý den jsme mohli přeparkovat do hotelové garáže. Un séjour intimiste et apaisant dans un cadre exceptionnel. La chambre était spacieuse et décorée avec goût avec une vue superbe sur le Mont Blanc. Le personnel de réception et de service a été aux petits soins et le spa, bien que cosy, offre également une vue magique sur le Mont Blanc. L hotel est tres bien placé le spa un peu restreint le ptit dej vraiment tres bien la literie au top par contre gros gros point negatif pour ce type de standing les chambres sont potentiellement communicantes et par conséquent aucune isolation phonique... Nos voisins sont partis a 7.30 du mat on aurait dit qu ils etaient dans notre chambre...

The rooms are cosy and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the personnel very nice. The spa was also very relaxing and the view over the Mont-Blanc is stunning. The only downside being the proximity of a rather noisy street.

We had the nicest long weekend stay here! The room was gorgeous, the view was only truly appreciated the next morning when the rain had passed, it was stunning! The location was perfect and we used the Lionel terray parking just a 2 min walk away which for 2days 16hrs cost approx €50. Breakfast was good. A range of both continental and cooked breakfast to suit anyone. 2hrs free spa access was perfect and after walking all day was a much needed rest. Everyone was nice and friendly from the breakfast staff to front desk to the cleaning team. We would not hesitate to stay again!!

バルコニー付きの部屋からの眺めが、一面美しいアルプスの絶景が楽しめました。 ウォターサーバーも設置してあり、市の中心部に位置していて移動も楽。ホテルのスパも無料で楽しめ、サウナも丸太🪵を半分に切ったような形で、お庭に設置されていました。お庭には山羊🐐も放し飼い。 食事も美味しく、とても清潔で、難点？と言えば駐車場が大変狭い事、（コンクリートの柱が出っ張っており大型は停めにくいです）駐車料金が1日一万近く取られた事ぐらいです。

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli. Très belle chambre, bien équipée, lit fantastique, vue splendide. SPA très agréable avec en prime le sauna dans un tonneau vitré à l’extérieur avec vu sur le Mt Blanc. Restaurant très très bon, avec beaucoup de choix aux buffets tant pour le dîner que le petit déjeuner sans en oublier la qualité, et un serveur nommé Owen (de l’île Maurice), extrêmement gentil, à notre écoute, très professionnel, humain, comme il y en a peu de nos jours. Seul petit bémol pour nous, venant juste pour une parenthèse d’Annecy, une borne de recharge électrique au sein de l’hôtel sans avoir à aller à un parking aurait été très agréable d’autant que j’ai une carte d’invalidité avec place réservée gentiment sur place.

Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu nous rendre à l’hôtel en septembre à cause des routes fermées et des éboulements. Nous avions demandé à reporter notre séjour au week-end suivant, en proposant même de régler la différence, mais cela nous a été refusé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été accordé et nous avons perdu notre chambre. Très décevant.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant as so much other choice nearby. The Spa was a bit disappointing, as the pool was really too small to swim in and jacouzi was also only big enough for 2. The only other fault I would mention, is that despite a high percentage of English speaking guests, the TV doesn't allow you to change the language from French, so we ended one day watching James Bond's Casino Royale in French. Otherwise, there's a good lobby area with bar and games for evening entertainment.

We had 2 fabulous nights here- one at each end of our Tour of Mont Blanc hike . Service is exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable and sparkling clean. We had the most lovely time relaxing in the luxurious spa after an excellent couples massage. Pauline's expert and healing hands were just what was needed after a weeks hard hiking! Highly recommend.

Highly recommended hotel to stay at. It's literally next to the city centre, a Mont Blanc Express station, and 5 minute walk to Aguile du Midi transport. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a balcony and a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains/glacier. The whole crew, from reception to bar man, was outstanding: always kind and solved all our questions. The spa was great. Maybe one little thing I would suggest is that the reception crew should handle the transport guest cards (for the Mont Blanc Express) at arrival (we didn’t even know we had access to them, thankfully they were kindly given to us after asking indications to go to Gorge de la Diosaz). They even have free candy and a little arcade machine at the lobby. Top stay!

The hotel was spectacular from the rooms to the common areas! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful! Rooms were an unexpected delight with wondrous views of the city and Mount Blanc. A very delightful stay for the 4 days were we in Chamonix!

We had a wonderful stay here! We sat on the balcony with our coffee and looked at the Aiguille du Midi. The hotel is right in town and very accessible. The staff are wonderful! We had raclette at the restaurant and it was beautifully prepared and delicious. I can’t wait to return.

This was an amazing stay after completing the TMB - very comfortable, spa entry included in stay which was perfect for recovery. Buffet breakfast and dinner were both very good. Rooms very comfortable, with mountain view.

We spent over a week in Chamonix at this hotel. It was the best possible choice. The hotel is a bit out of the way but very close to both the center and the trails. Inside, there's a modern fitness room and spa. But above all, the atmosphere is created by the people. Owen and Kate, whom we met here, were incredibly kind and had infectious smiles. Always ready to help and filled with positive energy. We will definitely be back!And Angie - our mix terrier spend the best holiday in Her dog’s life!!!

W środku znajduje się nowoczesna sala fitness i spa. Ale przede wszystkim atmosferę tworzą ludzie.Owen oraz Kate,których tutaj poznaliśmy byli przemili i zarażali uśmiechem. Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l’hôtel dans le cadre d’une randonnée sportive sur Chamonix. J’ai voulu organiser une surprise pour ma conjointe avec une rose et un petit mot. J’ai eu par téléphone une personne du service des réservations afin de gérer ma demande exceptionnelle. Everything was great but there was a lack of staff! Over the weekend we went with a friend to visit the hotel spa in Chamonix. The place is very beautiful and the hotel staff is very warm. We had a good time and left satisfied with the massages and our overall experience. The only negative point we can highlight is that there was only one person working at the spa. The girl did her very best and her effort really showed, but it’s not fair. She was a bit overwhelmed, though we understand it’s not her fault. It’s a pity that the quality of service is affected by the clear lack of staff. Other than that, we would definitely come back!

Lovely staff, great location, comfy beds, uncluttered and tasteful rooms. As a wheelchair user, I was so pleased it worked for me and my able-bodied friends (who loved the spa). We will be back.

Everything was good, especially the reception. Even as we arrived in the late evening the reception was friendly. Thank you for the effort, in every way (parking, tickets for the cable car and all my questions). Room was clean, loved the view and the nearness very practical to the centre and cable cars for several activities. The rooms have thin walls, but still ok. For my comfort I would have liked to have a little fridge and more hooks for towels in the bathroom. Yes, the breakfast has its limits (scrambled eggs too moist, but overall good. Spa looked good next time I’ll book a timeslot. So dog friendly!

Hotel comodo da raggiungere dall’autostrada: pur essendo su una variante stradale, è nei fatti vicinissimo al centro di Chamonix andando a piedi. Vicina la stazione e vicinissima la funivia dell’Aguille du Midi. Vicinissima anche l’omonima fermata del trenino locale. Possiede un garage coperto per il quale ci vuole un po’ di abilità al volante (meglio approcciarlo in retromarcia). Il suo prezzo per via di questa scomodità è a mio parere alto, pur trovandoci in una delle località più famose delle Alpi (30€ a notte). Ci sono alcuni posti auto dell’hotel allo scoperto e nelle vicinanze alcune aree di parcheggio a pagamento (ma arrivate presto al mattino o sarà tutto pieno). I posti in garage non sono numerosissimi e, nonostante quanto si desse ad intendere al momento della prenotazione della camera, non sono riservabili, quindi bisogna avere fortuna al momento dell’arrivo. Rooms are clean, decently organized, and the views are beautiful. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which we appreciated, and the rooms are a good size. That said, the hotel cuts corners in disappointing ways for a €230+ rate: Breakfast is below average — scrambled eggs were watery and flavorless. Thin, fragile toilet paper. Only one combined bottle for hair/body/face in the shower. Housekeeping was inefficient. Although rooms were cleaned well, coordinating was frustrating. With our pets, we asked for service before noon; one time nothing happened until 12:45, another time our room wasn’t cleaned by 1 pm despite staff spending hours in a single neighboring room. We also saw a tour group complain their rooms weren’t ready until after 4 pm. The front desk handled concerns defensively and without apology. I arrived late at night after booking through Booking.com, only to be told the hotel was full. When I checked online in front of them, rooms were still showing as available. This was both confusing and frustrating. The staff were not welcoming, and I experienced rudeness from Browyn and her manager. I asked politely for just a one-hour late checkout so I could have breakfast and return, but I was abruptly told “no” without even being allowed to finish my sentence. The room had no air conditioning, meaning I had to sleep with the balcony door open, which was uncomfortable. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor service, unhelpful attitude, and lack of basic comfort.

We truly had the best stay! Everything was immaculate. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, the room and amenities were all very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa and massage. Thank you very much for everything!

Very nice hotel and staff. Perfect location and great view on the Mont Blanc. Congrats to hotel’s chef for the food! We really enjoyed it. I would also encourage visitors to go to the spa, as it is cosy and well equipped, even if it is small.

A great place to stay in Chamonix! We bookended our Tour Mont Blanc hike by staying here our first and last nights. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to Elwin! Merci! Rooms were very clean and smarty laid out. Nespresso in each room. Bathroom was effective with ample hot water. Rooms had nice balconies with great views. Ate here for 3 meals. Buffet breakfast was great! Had the bbq buffet and it was awesome too. Hotel is located just 2 minutes from shopping district of Chamonix. Wonderful place!

Loved this hotel! The service at the front desk was wonderful and everyone was very friendly. The parking was convenient (although expensive) and the location was perfect! We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room and the space was perfect for my husband and I. Additionally, the booking came with two hours of spa time per day - it was great to sit in the sauna and steam room after a long day. Highly recommend.

Stayed here as a family of 6 before starting Tour du Mont Blanc. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on food, but it is very close to the town centre and all the restaurants, bars, shops, bus station, etc. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the spa was a nice treat. The rooms have amazing views down the Chamonix valley. The hotel very kindly allowed us to cancel a room because one of our party wasn't able to join us.

Absolutely loved everything about the hotel - their rooms, service, and location are excellent!! We have travelled across many towns in Europe and in France. I by far had one of the best experiences here. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I am very surprised by the positive reviews. The rooms are tiny, there are no shower doors or curtains so the floor floods and best of all, there is no sound proofing between the rooms. When the people in the room next door cough, take a shower, or flush the toilet, it sounds as if they are in our room.

Upon arrival our group was greeted by Elvin who answered all of our many questions with patience and a smile. He oriented us to Chamonix as well as the hotel and spa. We felt at home because of him. When he was away Kate was his equal with friendly answers about hotel as well as local festivals. Everyone was hospitable and we will stay here again.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel le Prieuré, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées et la literie est très confortable. La vue sur le Mont Blanc depuis la terrasse de la chambre est vraiment magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, il y a vraiment de tout et le soir, le dîner est servi sous la forme d'un buffet à volonté, très bon et varié. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique. L'hôtel est bien situé, au calme car il n'est pas directement dans le centre ville mais en seulement 5 minutes à pied on peut se rendre dans la rue commerçante et il n'est qu'à une dizaine de minutes de la gare de Chamonix.

Stayed here for 5 nights and wished it was longer. Hotel is in a great location- literally 3 minute walk to all the restaurants / shops in Chamonix town & yet so quiet & peaceful. The views from our balcony were amazing- Mont Blanc in all it’s glory. Stunning. |We used the spa a few times & it was lovely to have a chill out & rest in the afternoon from all the hiking. |We didn’t dine in the hotel so can’t comment but the restaurant & bar areas looked nice.|Everyone on reception were really friendly , especially Kate who was great in giving us advice on walks/ locations |Would definitely come back to this hotel!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The view across to the mountains from our balcony was stunning. The room was nicely decorated and had a large comfortable bed. Kate on reception was very helpful when our luggage didn’t arrive. Would definitely recommend this lovely chalet style hotel.

Overall a good stay but may be want to upgrade to a better room for improved experience Pros - large and relatively modern room - location is perfect - very clean and comfortable bed - view is great Cons - shower not strong and space is small - warm room caused by weak ventilation - breakfast can be better

The balconies of the hotel are facing the mountain and the cable car that takes u up, it’s a wonderful view! No AC in the room and the garage is small for parking, we had to maneuver very hard to get it out. No fridge in the room too but they will store anything for u in their fridge at the reception. We stayed there for 2 nights!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our room had a wonderful view of Mont Blanc and the hotel's location is perfect for walking into town. The room was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast includes plenty of options as does the bar. The spa is the icing on the cake!

The shower water volume at Chalet Hôtel le Prieuré & Spa Chamonix is ​​insufficient, and the bathroom floor is very slippery, making it very difficult to take a shower. There is no air conditioning in the room. Now that the global climate is warming up, it will be very hot to stay in this hotel in summer. In addition, the staff lacks smiles, which affects the overall rating. It is recommended that the staff should receive training.

Really close to the town center to walk. Nice rooms. No walk in shower it’s a tub and a spray handle but that’s normal in many hotels. Not sure how people are expected to not get the floors all wet. On site parking. Great staff very nice and speak English.

Really nice and modern hotel, close to lively streets and not far from a bus stop that services the different ski resorts. Ski rental in-house is also super convenient. Most exceptional thing was the service, especially everyone at the front desk. Level of service you would expect from hotels 10x this price. P.S. pretty awesome Mont Blanc views

Perfect location, great breakfast, nice, spacious rooms and nice spa area to use. Staff was friendly and I would definitely stay again. It is warm in summer with no windows to open so have to have balcony door open for air.

Hôtel à proximité du centre ville à pied, très facile d'accès depuis la gare de l'aiguille du Midi. Les chambres sont chaleureuses avec leur habillage en bois, et la vue sur le Mont Blanc depuis la terrasse est splendide. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le spa est un vrai plus avec notamment son jacuzzi avec vue sur l'aiguille du midi. Enfin le petit déjeuner était tres complet que ce soit en salé ou en sucré. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel !

샤모니 몽블랑의 중앙에 있는 숙소입니다. 중앙 버스터미널에서는 5분정도 거리로 가까우며 숙소에서 한 3뷴 걸어가면 바로 에귀디미디 케이블카를 탈 수 있습니다. 마트도 호텔에서 1분이면 갈수 있어 매우 좋습니다 . 스파는 1층(한국 2층)에 있는데, 물이 엄청 따뜻하지는 않아 다소 아쉽지만 물속에 들어가서 보는 에귀디미디 산은 정말 웅장하고 멋졌습니다. 직원들은 친절합니다. 혹시 숙소에서 전자레인지가 필요하면 로비에 이야기 하시면 바로 데워줍니다

Je tiens à remercier très chaleureusement l'ensemble de l'équipe de l'Hôtel le Prieuré. Je suis venu pour un séjour sportif et j'ai pu me détendre au calme et passer des douces nuits après les efforts de la journée - dans une chambre très agréable et surtout très confortable. L'emplacement de l'Hôtel est idéal - le centre ville est sous vos pieds ainsi que l'accès à la gare et à l'aiguille du midi. Le personnel reste présent à votre écoute en toute discrétion. Ce qui est vraiment très appréciable.

This is generally a good hotel with great views, a very tasty and high quality breakfast, in a wonderful location, and at a fair price, thus my 4 star review. It was exceptionally hot in Chamonix when we visited and so the rooms were also extremely hot as they face the sun all day, so if you are very sensitive to heat then you may prefer a hotel with air-con. I do not blame the hotel for the weather/climate-change though!! The only thing that puts me off staying again was the shortish dark-haired gentleman who worked across the bar, breakfast and the lounge gave off a very overt energy that customers are an irritant - he was inpolite to us on several interactions and always looked annoyed. I couldn't really fathom the unspoken 'rules' and expectations he had of how customers should interact with him. Patience, a smile and manners goes a long way! As for reception- they

Je ne saurais recommander cet hôtel, dont la classification quatre étoiles me paraît imméritée. Les services annoncés ne sont pas au rendez-vous : l’accueil est inexistant, aucune assistance n’est proposée et le personnel se montre rarement disponible. L’hygiène laisse également à désirer, y compris au spa. Ce séjour fut décevant ; je n’y retournerai pas.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We loved our room, location and staff were wonderful! Also, highly recommend booking the spa that comes with the room (you just need to book a two hour slot). It has EVERTHING : pool, hot tub, sauna and steam !

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. On my last day, I even changed my bus schedule just to enjoy a few more hours in the room. The spa with the mountain view was absolutely amazing. The staff were kind and professional. If I ever have the chance to visit again, I’ll definitely book here again. Merci!

Came for a work event and a few extra days. Great location and great staff

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from May 31st to June 2nd for a weekend getaway, and overall, it was a very positive experience: welcoming property, kind staff, and an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, we must mention an issue that left us quite disappointed. On Sunday, June 1st, when we returned to our room at 3:45 PM, it had not been cleaned yet. We went back to the lobby to wait. After about half an hour — at 4:15 PM — we went back up, but the room was still untouched. We asked one of the housekeeping staff if it could be cleaned, and only after another 30 minutes of waiting were we finally able to return to the room. We wonder: if we hadn’t asked directly, how much longer would we have had to wait? We’ve never experienced anything like this before. Again, the rest of the stay was very enjoyable, but we feel it’s fair to point out this episode, as it doesn’t reflect the level

The location of the accommodation and the room condition are excellent. There’s also a water purifier in the hallway, which is very convenient. The price of the QC Terme voucher sold at the hotel is higher than the price on the official QC Terme website. I paid €158 for two people, but the website was selling it for €144, so I requested a refund. I received a receipt, but the refund was not processed and the payment went through. I sent two emails and a direct message on Instagram to the hotel yesterday, but I haven’t received a response yet. If you see this message, please check your email and reply.

제네바에서 샤모니로 버스 타고 방문했습니다 위치도 너무 좋고 특히 조식이 너무 맛났답니다

Our stay here was so lovely. I appreciated that when our beds were not separated, Francis let us look at a different room in person to compare if we wanted to switch. This was at 1 AM too! I had put in the notes it was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond: they tied balloons in our room!! And left a lovely printed card and a beautiful box of candied almonds, for free!! Loved the water station in the hallway. Would recommend and go back. Note: Do put in the notes they you need 2 beds, even if it’s already in the booking, as it took a couple in person reminders from us for them to separate the one big bed into two.
