Outstanding food. Really well made, home cooked Italian food. Great wine list as well, some lovely wine at very fair prices. Was very quiet on the evening we visited but quality was high, thought it should be much busier but maybe was just a quiet night in town - was busier other times we passed which was good as they very much deserve to be busy! Will definitely return 👍

We were 2 friends that visited the restaurant for dinner. The pasta and salad was delicious. The dessert was average. The atmosphere is nice and calm and the staff excellent, smiling and flexible.

Certes l'accueil est agréable, mais lieu assez dénué de déco et surtout déçus par la cuisine.. Lasagnes fades, et mon mari déçu aussi par la souris d'agneau. Nous sommes venus confiants avec la note de 4,8 Pour nous ça ne les mérite pas.....

Une très bonne cuisine dans ce restaurant italien tout au bout de la rue piétonne. L'accueil et le service sont chaleureux, une bonne ambiance avec les musiques italiennes, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Our final meal in Chamonix. We arrived just before the kitchen was ready. Thankfully, we were greeted by the host who patiently informed us that we could wait. We ordered the ribeye steak medium and the Bonatti Salad. The steak was perfect. The sauce for the fries was mouth watering and the salad was just what we had been looking for. If you want a relaxed pleasant experience with great food, than this is your stop!

We ordered lamb shank and truffle pasta and it definitely did not disappoint! Would highly recommend

We visited Bistrot Bonatti on January 31, 2026, at 8:30 PM, after a long and exhausting day of skiing in Chamonix. We were two people and were seated at a table on the second floor. We ordered: Burrata salad Two pasta dishes Cola and water After about 10 minutes, the waiter brought only the salad and drinks. After finishing them, we waited around 45 minutes for the main dishes, which never arrived. During this entire waiting time, the waiter repeatedly passed by our table asking if we had finished the salad. We clearly answered yes, and he asked the same question three times, without giving any explanation, update, or apology. What made the situation even worse was seeing other customers who arrived after us being served their main dishes while we were still waiting with no information. My friend and I went downstairs to speak to the waiter politely. He appeared to be between 35 and

Our second visit. The food was delicious, our waiter was lovely, and it was just as good as our first visit last year. The chef is incredibly talented, and our waiter was so kind and very friendly. We will definitely be back for round 3 next time we are in Chamonix.

후기가 좋아서 사장님이 부탁한건가 의심하고갔는데 그런거 아니었고 다들 자발적으로 썼던건가봐요ㅋㅋ 저는 완전 만족하고 나왔어요!! 특히 토마토 카프레제가 진짜 대박 맛있어요. 시키고 너무 비싼가 살짝 후회했는데 부라타랑 토마토가 하나씩 통째로 들어가있고 바질페스토가 존맛이라 소스까지 싹싹 긁어 먹었어요. 양도 진짜많아서 양 적으신 분들은 이거랑 파스타 하나만 먹어도 될것 같아요. 까르보나라는 완전 정통인 노른자 소스고 적당히 짠편이에요. 그리고 트러플파스타는 버섯향이 진하게 나고 이것도 적당히 짜서 완전 맛있게 먹었습니당ㅎㅎ 근데 이후에 목이 많이 말랐던걸보니 좀 짰던가 싶기도 하고... 이건 저희가 짠걸 진짜 못먹는편이라 사바사일것 같아요. 참고로 맥주도 대존맛이었어용ㅎㅎ 양을 생각하면 가격도 합리적인것 같아요!! 사장님도 친절하시고 안에 화장실도 있어용. 여러모로 강추합니당ㅎㅎ

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Back from our TMB trek and we ate dinner here twice because the food was so good. We had the linguine, penne, lasagna and lamb shank and they did not disappoint. The place might look average but the food certainly wasn’t. Extremely friendly service too! Highly recommended if you are looking for good Italian food in Chamonix.

Un vrai coup de cœur à Chamonix ! Avec mon amie, nous avons découvert ce bistrot un peu par hasard et quelle belle surprise. Arrivées juste avant la fermeture, le gérant et le cuisinier ont accepté de nous recevoir avec une extrême gentillesse. Les plats étaient excellents (mention spéciale pour le poulpe que j’ai adoré !), le service impeccable et l’ambiance conviviale. Les prix sont corrects et on s’y sent bien, au point que nous y sommes retournées plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour. Un grand merci à Pascal et Laurent pour leur accueil chaleureux à chaque visite. Une belle expérience que je garderai en souvenir, et que je conseille à ceux qui passent par ici.

The service and starter were good, however the pasta (carbonara) was overcooked and very bland. The parmesan was cheap, shop bought pre-grated cheese. We were also asked to keep the same cutlery from our starter for our main course (this did also happen with another restaurant in the same street another evening).

Excellent food, service and experience.

We visited Bistrot Bonatti as a group of six and were warmly welcomed despite having no booking. We were quickly shown to a table and given just the right amount of time to decide what we wanted to order. I'm pleased to say that the menu contained a good range of dishes but not too many suggesting that everything is cooked from scratch. Indeed our food was both excellent and nicely sized which was very pleasing given our day of mountain climbing. I have to say that I can't think of anything negative to say about Bistrot Bonatti at all except that we started to get a bit cold sitting outside! Our meals were tasty and we very much enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended.

A lovely little brasserie! We really enjoyed sitting outside and soaking in the atmosphere of the pedestrian street. The food was excellent, and our waitress was very professional, taking the time to explain the dishes and drinks to us. Highly recommended!

After a long day of hiking in Chamonix’s gorgeous trails, me and my family sat down at this lovely restaurant and had an amazing meal. The waiters were very kind, the food was delicious, and it was well priced at ~20 per person. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

4,9 on Google? Surely this is a joke. Service does not exist. One man show. Bar area is a disgusting mess. Has anyone looked into the area where the bread is sliced? Looks like a storage/recycling area. Boxes everywhere. Even a wooden pallet for your viewing pleasure. It looks like some prep work is done in there too. The room is a mess. Several huge jars of pesto. Surely fresh pesto is simple enough to make? Ordered the entrecote de boeuf. Italian bistro with bearnaise sauce? Served with zucchini or squash and little potato puffs/tater tot looking things. 100% purchased frozen.

3번째 오는 샤모니, 작년에 맛있었던 식당에 가려다 한국인 분들 평점이 좋아서 평점 수가 적었지만 도전해 봤는데 괜찮았어요. 무엇보다도 굉장히 친절하셔서 기분 좋게 식사했습니다. 이름에서 알 수 있듯이 이탈리안 식당이고 음식이 전반적으로 맛있습니다. 추천해요!

서버분 1분, 요리사 1분이라 사람 몰리면 느리지만 진짜 친절하시고 서비스가 좋아요. 칠판에 쓰인 메뉴판을 의자에 놓아주시는데 계속 있는 건줄 알고 가방 올려놨더니 메뉴판이랑 의자 치우시길래 가방을 다시 가져갔거든요. 그랬더니 가방 놓으라고 빈 의자를 하나 옆에다 놔주시더라구요. 세심한 서비스 감동이예요. 그리고 물 한병을 그냥 줍니다!! 유럽에서 공짜 생수라니…! 라자냐가 유명하대서 라자냐 시켰구요, 딱 한국에서 먹던 익숙한 맛있는 맛이예요. 빵에 소스 긁어먹기 좋은 맛입니다. 그리고 문어 파스타는 엄청 간이 삼삼해서 테이블에 비치된 소금, 후추 쳐서 먹으니 딱 좋았어요. 강추입니다!

Best lasagna I have ever tried!

Alors oui, le service c'est important mais je suis dans un resto et la chose qui m'importe le plus, c'est ce que j'ai dans mon assiette. J'ai commandé une souris d'agneau. J'ai planté ma fourchette dedans et j'ai immédiatement oublié le couteau que j'avais dans l'autre main. Ma fourchette a fondu dans la viande tant elle était tendre et mijotée à souhait. Moi aussi j'ai fondu devant cette souris, juste DÉLICIEUSE, une sauce parfaite et accompagnée de gnocchis croustillants mais moelleux à l'intérieur. Au plaisir de vous revoir et je précise quand même que notre serveur a été vraiment aux petits soins avec nous !

Puedo hablarte de lo que comí, la lasaña estaba deliciosa la mejor que me he comida en un restaurante si te soy honesta, sabores correctos nada excesivo, la cerveza rica y el postre también muy sabroso. La atención muy bien, muy educados y atentos, el lugar en sí es agradable.

We had to come here twice during our short stay in Chamonix—it was that good. The service is incredible. Pascal and his team work tirelessly to serve their patrons, and always with a smile on his face. The food is extraordinarily good. We tried most of the menu between our large party and it was all exquisite. I personally loved the lamb. This place is gem and should be at the top of your list for restaurants to try in Chamonix.

Spectacular restaurant run by two brothers! The service, the care, the food, the value - all 5 stars. From the start we felt welcomed. We ordered the shoulder of lamb (dreamy), milanese veal and tuna steaks and we all came out raving about the food *chef's kiss*. The tarte tartin was one of the best we've ever had. I'm gluten free and they had no problem catering for it as well, which was a bonus.

5Star for everything! We saw a photo of carpaccio on the website, which was enough to give it a try. Excellent starters and similarly priced mains - all 4 of us were delighted with the quality and subtle flavours. Service from the maitre d' was attentive and encouraging without being over the top. @€50 pet head (including 2 bottles of very good wine) it's good value. Only 4 months since opening, but if they keep this level we'll come back regularly. ;

Un nouveau restaurant dans chamonix, restaurant chic, un personnel très à l’écoute, et une cuisine excellente, nous avons pris les carbonaras, elles sont succulentes avec des pâtes linguini, et ce sont adaptés à mon petit pour lui faire un petit plat à côté. Nous avons découvert le Bistro Bonatti sur recommandation. Malgré le restaurant vide à notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris. La nourriture et le service sont excellents, avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant, qui mérite d’être plus visible sur les réseaux sociaux.
